Setting up a service appointment is quite a bit of a hassle. It took me more than an hour and a half of back and forth between the automated system and two other service reps. to get my appointment time hassle. It took me more than an hour and a half of back and forth between the automated system and two other service reps. to get my appointment time and issue sorted out. It was for a simple recall on my 2022 Civic EX along with a routine brake flush. Also while I have had only good experiences with the showroom and sales department over the years, the service department leaves much to be desired of, as true customer service is lacking as everyone seems to be like a robot.- My other grievance has been a $4.00 clip that secures the oil pan shield. On several occasions in the past I received both my Civic and Accord with these clips missing and have had to re-purchase them, as the service manager did not want to hear my story and insisted that it was a bad design and that they fall off due to vibration.- well because of that Is started doing my oil and filter change myself 2 and a half years ago, along with tire rotation etc.I keep a service log along with my receipts, I have never lost another clip since.- sloppy service needs improvement, along with reasonable managers with common sense. More
