Excellent service and communication on status of service. Service time estimate was 2.5 hours to 3.0 hours for the two safety recall items and A-1 service. Great Customer Service This was one of my first visits to a dealership for a service and I was impressed by the customer service. The dealership made it easy for me and took care of the car while I was able to do what I wanted. Yvonne even offered me a complimentary vaccum car wash which I was not expecting. I brought in our 2017 Acura RDX for a multi-point inspection in advance of a tow we Yvonne Russell (aka Y or Y-Not) was a total pleasure to deal with. I brought in our 2017 Acura RDX for a multi-point inspection in advance of a tow week road trip. I told her it was especially important for my wife's piece of mind. Yvonne completely understood. She showed me two filters that she recommended be changed which I agreed. All communication was professional and pleasant and the turn around was faster than I expected. Middle of the road review This service center is the closest to me which is why I prefer it but every time I go I never get a call when my car is ready. I end up waiting over t This service center is the closest to me which is why I prefer it but every time I go I never get a call when my car is ready. I end up waiting over the estimated wait time and having to ask when my car is done (the lady next to me yesterday was there for 5 HOURS..). I usually block out at least 3 hours for an oil change just because I have no clue how long it will take. This particular location does not except competitor coupons either as of 5/29/19 per Yvonne so I may try out a different dealer next time. In addition from a past experience - I took my car in for a big problem (power steering was tough and making a noise), I was quoted over 5k for what I assume was everything around the power steering pump which covers the dealership so I completely understand but I was in a panic initialing thinking I had to get a new car because that was just a crazy amount for noisy steering. Long story short - My brother fixed it for $120 in 2 hours.... No dealership will be perfect but this place is ok to get an oil changed at. More
