Scott our salesman showed us al the options on the van, and I was very impressed with the way they laid out the price they could give us for our trade and what we would pay for the new vehicle, along with our financing options. Zach the sales manager checked in with us a number of times and thanked us numerous times for our business. Chad in finance showed us all the options available to us and did a great job walking us through all the paperwork. And everyone we dealt with stayed late on a Saturday night to get us our new vehicle that day! Overall, we had an excellent car buying experience! More

The pricing was competitive and fair - of course, it would be nice if the price was lower, but there was no degrading back-and-forth haggling which we appreciated. I found a used GMC on cars.com at Honda of Lincoln. I was impressed with how clean the car was and the price. I didn't have my trade with me at the time, but Zach was still willing to make a deal with m was impressed with how clean the car was and the price. I didn't have my trade with me at the time, but Zach was still willing to make a deal with me without ever seeing my trade. I came back a week later and they had my "new" vehicle ready for me. Chad did a great job with my financing, explaining every cost to me and helping me get every bit of savings possible, keeping me withing my payment range and not pressuring me to take on any "extras". The only negative I had was with my initial salesman; I had a handful of questions and concerns during my first visit, and they were not addressed by the salesman by the time of my next visit. There was not much of a chance to negotiate with the value of my trade, either. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Honda of Lincoln and would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them when the time comes around. More

Our experience was Outstanding! Things were explained in great detail. Unbelievably friendly employees. The only issue was I had to wait longer than expected when I was there to pick up our new Pilot. We great detail. Unbelievably friendly employees. We added some extra services at our purchase and they worked unbelievably hard to get everything done on the vehicle so we didn't have to come back again to finish those services, so that was the reason for the delay.
