Made an appointment a week prior for getting my second keys and to have someone look at my ac/heater. The guy the person on the phone booked an appointment with, wasn’t even there! I even got several noti keys and to have someone look at my ac/heater. The guy the person on the phone booked an appointment with, wasn’t even there! I even got several notifications with my appointment with Carlos last Thursday. I had two issues, was told I needed to come back for my second issue because no one would be able to help me with my Ac/heater. The person in charge took over and made sure some one looked at my ac/heater after I expressed my concerns that I don’t like having my time wasted and that I need to get it looked at today since the appointment was for that. My information was even wrong in the system after asking to get it fixed multiple times. My family and I have bought multiple cars from this location, I’ve had so much trouble here, I will not be back! More
