Always a great experience! Norm, the Supra Tech, always takes time out of his busy schedule to discuss what was done to the car. Norm, the Supra Tech, always takes time out of his busy schedule to discuss what was done to the car. More

Service writer argued with me about it being impossible for all brand new (4) tires to have slow leaks, then told me that my tire pressures being at 38lbs and the cold weather is causing them to leak. for all brand new (4) tires to have slow leaks, then told me that my tire pressures being at 38lbs and the cold weather is causing them to leak. I asked for Tire Rotation and to check all my tire pressures as each tire was showing 30-31 psi on the dashboard gauge vs the recommended 36 lbs. When I left the dealership only the tires on the pas pressures as each tire was showing 30-31 psi on the dashboard gauge vs the recommended 36 lbs. When I left the dealership only the tires on the passenger side were inflated to 36 lbs. The other two tires were still 31 lbs. I had to stop elsewhere to get the tires inflated. Very disappointed.
