This was my first experience with this dealership and I was most impressed. My sales rep, service tech and the facilities were excellent. Because this was a newly designed Escalade there was a slight desig was most impressed. My sales rep, service tech and the facilities were excellent. Because this was a newly designed Escalade there was a slight design that was thought to be a defect but was detector be a design and the issue was quickly resolved before I left the dealership. My sales rep spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the basics of the operations of the vehicle. Couldn’t ask for more. More
