Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. The General Sales manager should be fired. Not only did he present a fraudulent claim on the condition of my vehicle, he then had me sitting the had. The General Sales manager should be fired. Not only did he present a fraudulent claim on the condition of my vehicle, he then had me sitting there for FOUR HOURS as he made his salesman play the ping-pong ball game back and forth as I tried to salvage some sort of a fair deal on a used car. Once the deal was done, and CONTRACT SIGNED, he tried to get ME to pay for the service and detailing being performed on THEIR vehicle More
