This Universal Mitsubishi dealership is my new car dealer! When you walk inside , starting with the lady receptionist until the lady in finance, they welcome you with smile. They work very hard for y dealer! When you walk inside , starting with the lady receptionist until the lady in finance, they welcome you with smile. They work very hard for you to keep you satisfy and send you home happy with a smile sitting in your new vehicle. Excellent , helpful and professional staff. Completely SATISFIED with everything. Zakk the salesman was amazing guy. He was so honest and nice and helpful. He wasn't annoying or pushy person to just sell you a car. He took his time to explain every detail about the car and he was very patient. After buying my car, he explained every detail about the car and he made sure I GOT IT ! Bobby was an awesome, knowledgeable guy who's in this business for long time and his goal was just to help you, so you can get the best deal on your favorite car. He worked very hard to get what I wanted and I got it ! The only bad thing about him is, when it comes to soccer , he's Manchester united fan ( Lol) !!!!!!! Just joking Bobby Now is time to talk about Tiki ! She's the last person of your day ( finance lady) and I can tell that I wish she was the first ,second ,third and last person ! I mean she is an amazing lady. Very nice, professional, jolly , courteous and ofcourse very PRETTY !!! She is another professional person like Bobby who works extremely hard for you to send you home with smile and your favorite car with the best deal. I was witness and saw how he was on the phone all the time to help me and other customers.
