Service on our 530i was okay. However, one of the tires had a piece of metal in it and tech and rep said needed four new tires. They could have completed that same day for another However, one of the tires had a piece of metal in it and tech and rep said needed four new tires. They could have completed that same day for another $1850, on top of the $589 charge for oil and filter changes. I declined the tire replacement, went to Dobbs tire on way home, and they fixed the tire for $35. Not pleased with the attempt to push me into four new tires. More

Over the years I bought several BMWs from Autohaus. They always gave a good deal and their service has been top notch. Marquis was our salesman on the last purchase.
