This was overall an okay experience, not awesome. The people were generally friendly and did not pressure me in my purchase, which I very much appreciated. My main disappointment was that they sold m The people were generally friendly and did not pressure me in my purchase, which I very much appreciated. My main disappointment was that they sold me my used car with tires that were in immediate need of replacement, even after I asked that they handle the tires before I bought it - they refused. When I then took the car to get new tires myself, the guys at the shop were appalled that a dealership had sold it to me that way, without putting on new tires. It's not a great experience to spend a ton of money on buying a car and then immediately have to go spend hundreds more dollars on repairs. Same issue with brake work that is needed. So it was an average/mediocre experience - the dealership overall did not go above and beyond to try to make it great. More
