We had a few issues concerning the detailing of our new "pre" owned Forrester but Mr. Lennon and H. Knowles quickly corrected the issues. They were very gracious and kind in reviewing all the technology with us seniors who sometimes need to receive instructions more than once. I'm almost 80 so have had lots of car dealer experiences but this has been by far the very best experience of my life. Outstanding care of us! More

Doug Laymon and Nick Eyster were outstanding! They helped with everything so I could get the Forester. Then I had trouble getting to the dealer to pick up the car and they even delivered. They explain well and make sure everything is understood. They went.out of the way for me and understood how hard it is for some single seniors to grasp the details. I asked Andy a few questions about the Outback and he dropped what he was doing to show me the car and test drive right away. He also explained everything on the car and got me financed right away.
