I was initially quoted 7k to replace the head gasket, then told it was 14k. The advisor kept calling me "hun", and tried to get me to the sales department to consider a new car since the cost to fix my v then told it was 14k. Alan took my call and made arrangements for me to bring my car back for inspection after a recent service call ended with the car pulling hard to the right.
