The salesman worked with me to get me in the right vehicle at a great price and got me thousands more on my trade than anyone else offered. I ended up right around the payment that I wanted and left with my new truck that same day. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous and very accommodating. I also saw the way they interacted with other customers, new and repeat, and there was a genuineness and friendliness that you won't get anywhere else. This was my 1st time coming here and I won't be going anywhere else in the future. More

WOW! I can't believe I have a beautiful JEEP! Going into the dealership I thought that I had my mind set on a specific vehicle and was sure that I wanted it & sure that I wanted to lease. Howeve Going into the dealership I thought that I had my mind set on a specific vehicle and was sure that I wanted it & sure that I wanted to lease. However, after talking with Rick, he thoroughly went over the xxxxxxand con's of owning VS leasing. Leasing would definitely fit my needs in most ways, but also owning a certified pre-owned vehicle (low mileage) that had much more options (all the bells & whistles and then some!), I could be in an better vehicle (rather than a new 'basic model options' lease) for around the same monthly payment, with a small down-payment. Originally I looked at a used vehicle first, because it was the one that I thought would be perfect for me as far as seating passengers option. However, something was telling me that I wasn't sure about this vehicle. (It was a nice vehicle & I truly liked it, but something wasn't right.) Rick picked up on my hesitation very quickly and said "What is bothering you? What can I do?" I wasn't sure!? I needed to think. Normally I am not wishy-washy, I go in I know exactly what I want. After talking more and him trying everything to make me happy and comfortable with what I was going to buy, somehow I ended up looking at something I would NEVER have gone into a dealership for... A gorgeous Jeep Cherokee Limited... Not only did Rick spend a lot of time with my husband & I. He also went above and beyond what I've experienced at a dealership. By the time we came to a deal & signed the paper work it was closing time. I felt bad taking up so much time and being there till closing before sealing the deal. After we signed all the paperwork they were closed, but Rick stayed until 7:30PM to sit in my 'new' Jeep with me and go over the Jeep's options and settings, (because it has everything technologically there is to offer in a vehicle). He took the time to show me how all the options worked and even pared my cellphone to the Bluetooth. We could of just signed the papers and he could of sent us on our way, but instead he stayed an hour and a half after the 6PM closing time to make sure I was showed everything this vehicle could do for me and helping me choose the options that I wanted set, before I left there. I would expect a dealer to do all this to get you to buy the vehicle as that is their job, but I never expected him to take all the time after I had purchased the vehicle to sit with me in the Jeep (after closing) and literally go through all it has to offer me and set it all up. I was super impressed with the level of service that I received. Buying a vehicle can be a very stressful thing and Rick made it so that I felt comfortable and happy with my purchase. And based on my needs and wants was able to show me something that as soon as I got in it knew it was perfect for me, even though it wasn't what I thought I actually wanted or would buy. We didn't even consider a Dodge Ram!! Our First Dodge :) Since we purchased our home 5 years ago we knew we not only needed, but wanted a truck. Finally we had decided to make move forward and were dead set on getting into a GMC Sierra, as this was our absolute top choice. However, a last minute visit to Bonneville and Son website changed that! Sales Representative, Todd Oswald contacted us shortly after inquiring. We were upfront with him on our desire to purchase a GMC, but were curious on pricing on a Dodge Ram with a crew cab. Due to his knowledge and desire to assist us, we decided to make an appointment, but still had some hesitation. When we arrived, Todd had already had the trucked cleaned up as he said it was covered in pollen. He did a thorough walk around, educating us on the truck and highlighting the attractive features of the Ram. We then put our child’s car seat in the back and took it for a test drive. While doing so, Todd continued to educate us on the truck. He highlighted the fact that it was such a smooth ride because of its 8 speed transmission and coil suspension, as well as its plentiful power coming from its 5.7 Hemi engine. He was not shy in asking us for the sale, as he had already worked up a rate that was more than attractive in comparison to what we were looking at with the competition. Although we initially had some hesitation even looking at the Ram, we now feel that we’ve got a better truck at a better price and are extremely happy with our purchase as well as our experience with Todd, the finance team and the Sales Manager. We drove there 2 days later (2 hours away) site unseen based on Rick's description of the Jeep. He said he went over every inch, checked if it was a smoking vehicle as that was one of my concerns. Told us it was as close to new as you could probably get. Of course we were skeptical but went anyway. I'm pretty picky but Rick was too. It was gorgeous!!! Rick was pleasant to work with, explained all he needed to explain as best as he could and thanked my husband many times for his military service. Offered us food as we had been there a long time, gave us bottled waters as needed and 2 teddy bears for our kids. I would trust Rick with any auto detailed questions over the phone in a heartbeat. He also told us to call or text with any issues or questions at anytime if needed. He gave a very thorough visit with the service area and kept in contact after the sale. Although we told Louie that we were NOT buying a vehicle at this time, he remained very attentive and courteous. He answered all our questions while showing us how the Pacifica operated with all the new gadgets etc. We were amazed as to how much he knew about the vehicle. When it came time for us to leave, he gave us his card and we told him that we would contact him if we decided to buy a car later. Per our request, he never contacted us after we left Bonneville. When we came back, we contacted Louie and we purchased a new Pacifica. More
