Best Experience I've Had Buying A Car. My wife was driving our Grand Cherokee when someone T-Boned her and totaled our beloved Jeep. Our backs were to the wall. I work a very busy schedule so the only time I could find a car was on Saturday. After going to three dealerships earlier in the day, I was really disappointed not only by the selection but by the experience and it brought back all the negative memories I've had with car shopping. My wife and I did a quick Google search for Jeep dealerships in Southern New Hampshire and found Bonneville & Son. After dealing with stereotypical salesmen all morning, being tired and hungry I wasn't expecting much from Bonneville when we first arrived. Then we met Rick. Rick was patient with us and I could tell he sensed we had a long day. He sat us down and asked us a few questions about what we wanted in a car and he was respectful of our budget. After narrowing down his inventory, Rick had selected a few Jeeps for us to look at that had all the bells and whistles we wanted. After test driving a Jeep he had picked out for us, we both fell in love with it. The whole process was so smooth and I could tell Rick had not only been in the business a long time, but was also a real people person who cared about the happiness of others.
