I drove to the Frankfort location from the north side of Chicago. Due to inclement weather and random Chicago traffic I was running about 90 minutes late. Lauren stayed late to complete my transaction when she probably could've just handed me off to somebody else. Phillips might be a high-volume dealer, but they made me feel like an important customer. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. More
