Friendly, helpful service I brought my CX9 for some basic service and a problem. They had me out of there in an hour. Unfortunately several parts had to be ordered. They were not able to fix the car quickly. I was offered a loaner. This worked out well for me as I had to pick up my husband a few hours later. My auto was finished at 3:30 PM. I picked my car up at 4:00PM. Everyone in the service department was courteous and helpful. More

Superb Experience! I first met Phil in November 2005 when we purchased our first Mazda. It was the newly re-designed MX-5 Miata. We were Honda people for many years, b I first met Phil in November 2005 when we purchased our first Mazda. It was the newly re-designed MX-5 Miata. We were Honda people for many years, but Phil convinced us otherwise. We had the car until October 2012, when it was destroyed by Super Storm Sandy. My Honda Pilot was destroyed also. Suddenly, we were in the market for two new cars. We purchased a new Miata and leased a CX-9. Phil could not have made the process more smoothly, especially since we were still reeling from the devastation of the storm. I recently had to return the leased CX-9. I loved the car so much, I decided to purchased a new CX-9 and have no regrets. Four deals in 11 years speaks of our loyalty to Phil and Wantagh Mazda. I also had the pleasure of meeting Charlie when I picked up the new CX-9. Charlie was friendly, helpful, and extremely thorough with his explanation of the car and offered to help me further in the future if I needed it. I will certainly take him up on the offer! Once Again Mazda Of Wantagh Came Through! Recently I had an Emergency where I needed to Lease another Vehicle from Wantagh Of Mazda. Not even 2 weeks ago I leased my first vehicle from them, Recently I had an Emergency where I needed to Lease another Vehicle from Wantagh Of Mazda. Not even 2 weeks ago I leased my first vehicle from them, the expereince was unbelivable compared to my prior experiences with Toyota, customer service was great, efficent, quick and to the point, no B.S and trying to sell you any extras. I returned to Mazda of Wantgh on Saturday to get some asssitance with leasing another vehicle due to a family emergency, I was in the door by 9:30AM, out the door by 10:30AM with my approval and car picked out, returned at 1:30PM to sign my Paperwork and drive my new Vehicle out. Kudos to all the staff at Mazda Of Wantagh, they are all great and curtious and understanding, its great when a family owned busineess can associate with the common family needs. I would like to throw out a special Thank You to Victor Liantonio and Kenny Davis, they were both great the first time, but the second time was even better, THANK YOU GUYS for everyting and understanding our needs.
