Drove 35 miles to purchase a new Honda Odyssey in December 2015. Salesperson was friendly, very helpful, explained the features, and worked with us to reach a fair price without a lot of back and forth with the Sales Manager. Overall a very low pressure sales experience. If you're looking for a new Honda, I think it's worth the drive to Serra Honda of Sylacauga.

I normally do not write reviews but in this case I made an exception. I had planned to come here complaining about my issue saying that the dealer failed to fix an issue with my used car. BUT to my surprise and to their credit I am here to say thank you! I purchased a car that had a vibration/shutter problem at around 45 mph found during the test drive. As part of the deal they agreed that they would fix that issue. I had to leave town while they did the work and picked it up when I returned on Sunday(had the keys). On the way home I noticed that the issue was still there. It happened randomly so it was hard to know if fixed or not. When I called the next day and talked about what I the issue was they did not hesitate to fix the car as agreed.

Cindee Standridge knows the meaning of internet sales. we got an out the door price agreed upon, credit run, insurance verified all without leaving home. When we arrived at the dealer, the car had been detailed and gassed up. We signed a few papers, and while Finance worked up the papers, we test drove, and Cindee oriented us to all the fabulous tech in the new Honda 2016 including setting up iPhone calling, Pandora, and security and safety features. Freeway Honda was a breath of fresh air after Hoover, and a great new car buying experience. Go Internet Sales!!! It's the way of the future!

We went to Damson Honda knowing exactly what we wanted. I had spent a month researching the Urban Crossover Vehicle market. It came down to the Kia Soul ! and the HR-V EX. The HR-V in had the multi-angled rear-view camera as well as the Lane Watch system. I had read multiple reviews and watched several video reviews about the HR-V. We pulled onto the Damson lot to see if they had the HR-V my wife wanted. Salesman Richard Cantwell greeted our group (my in-laws accompanied us). Richard was very nice but I didn't give him much of a chance to make his sales pitch. They had the HR-V EX in the beautiful Deep Ocean Pearl color my wife desired. It had most of the options we wanted and as a bonus, it had a sunroof, which we wasn't on our requirement list. We had test drove the HR-V EX previously at a different dealer. We checked over this HR-V and told Richard this was the one for us. He took us inside and wrote up the paperwork. We did not have a trade-in and we paid for the car in full, so no financing was required. Since the HR-V was literally right off of the truck, the car pricing services showed what they were selling for from Honda and that there wasn't any difference between the MSRP and the price being paid because it has no history. I'm sure a determined individual who was willing to drive to different locations could have gotten the HR-V for a few hundred dollars cheaper but we didn't want to spend that kind of time and effort.
We were ushered into a different office to sign all of the paperwork to make the sale official. We were offered add-on items like an external paint protection application and then an extended warranty. I know some people hate to be offered such extras but this is how Capitalism works. You can say no, like we did for the paint protection and it is okay. We did want the 8-year, 100,000 mile warranty because the HR-V is a brand new model and has no reliability history. We love Honda but you can always get a car that develops issues after the 3-year, 36,000 warranty ends. If we could have paid for it that day it would have been $849 but we had to wait to make the extra payment so it is $899 and I hope we never have to use it. An accessories specialist took my wife through the technology package on the HR-V. He paired her iPhone with the car's entertainment system called HondaLink. He showed her how to manage the settings. It takes some getting used to but once you work with it for a few days, it begins to make sense.
We wanted the door edging but they didn't have the item on that Saturday. We returned on Monday and the service department applied it to all four doors. Everyone was very nice to us during the buying experience. When we came back several employees asked us how we liked the HR-V. We had to leave town on Tuesday and the only optional item we purchased that Damson didn't have in stock was the rear cargo tray. They told us to go to our local Honda dealership here in Metairie, LA to pick it up at our convenience and they would cover it. I went today to Royal Honda of Metairie and they had the cargo tray in stock. They called Damson Honda, who gave them the needed info and I walked out with the tray. Now the sale is complete, we have everything completed and we can say we were satisfied with our buying experience at Damson.

After searching online for close to a month and around 80 different dealerships in a 6 hour radius of my home, I finally made my purchase of a 2013 Honda Accord LX from AutoNation Honda in Mobile. Josh Maloney was an amazing sales person and we communicated via email many times before we were able to come to an agreement. Even with me living in FL, they made the process super simple regarding taxes, etc. I was extremely happy with their professionalism and making sure that I didn't waste a 2 hour trip over there due to some unknown fees. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase!

It had been a while for me to look into buying a new car, and I was hesitant to have to deal with all of the haggling and back and forth that I remembered. I was pleasantly surprised when it only took two different talks (of maybe 3-4 minutes apiece) for the people at Sunny King to agree to a price. Very easy to work with if you come in honestly and reasonably. I would definitely recommend anyone talking to Sunny King about their next purchase.

Roger Bailey was a pleasure to work with for the sale of the used vehicle I purchased.They take care of their service members and are great to work with.Thanks to Jamie Christian the sales manager who overseen one minor issue with my used vehicle. I am walking away a very satisfied customer with my Dodge Journey. The 3,000 mile limited warranty comes with their used vehicles and the issue I came across was immediately addressed, I couldn't have asked for anything more. You won't beat the pricing or the customer service or even the 3,000 mile 3 month warranty that's offered on their used vehicles. Gives you reassurance after purchasing a used vehicle that you will be taken care of if any issues arise. In addition I called with a minor issue and was immediately told to bring the vehicle in the next day to be serviced at no charge. Most dealerships would have booked an appointment but Sam Boswell squeezed me right in.

I TRIED to purchase a new 2016 Honda Civic EXr from them. I found that they and another out of state dealership had the exact car that I was looking to purchase for my daughter. I contacted both of them the same night (3 nights ago) and out of state dealership sent me a quote that night and I even received a phone call that wasn't pushy at all about the potential purchase. After talking with the other dealer I received a quote (both written & verbal) that was fantastic in my opinion. 2 days later I finally got a generic email quote back from JD Honda and it was $2000 more than the other. I emailed them that I had a much better quote from another dealer and Zac Biddle (salesman at JD Honda) basically called me a liar, that the other dealership had fees for "this & that" that they hadn't discussed with me and that I didn't have a written quote!!!! I forwarded the email quote to him and asked if he could match it and instead of just saying that they couldn't he continued to badmouth/belittle the other dealership. That's HORRIBLE business and I'd tell anyone to look elsewhere!

I had been looking at their website as I was deciding on whether to initiate another lease or turning it in and purchasing a VW Bug convertible. I went online and sent an inquiry and within a short time I received a message from Mike Smith to come for a visit. Well, I went over there and Mike greeted me nicely and offered me the opportunity to drive a couple of Honda models. Mike was so lovely to work with and was not pushy. We took a drive in the CRV touring model. When we came back he spoke to the financing team. He came back and said let me talk to you about the incentives and price of leasing the CRV. What a great deal he offered - I drove off at the end of the day with my 3rd CRV lease with a the Touring model. I love all the wonderful features!! Mike Smith and Chrs (another gentleman with great customer service skills) made sure that everything went smoothly. Chris was so kind to say he would take care of getting the protection package completed that evening so I would not have to come back the following day (the rest of the service team that normally does the work for the protection had departed ). I would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend this dealership and tell friends and family to see Mike Smith or Chris. Mike was so knowledgeable of the vehicle features and was not pushy!

I live 2hours away I had been speaking to them for 2 weeks about a vehicle.I spoke to eveyone and they all told me to come on down everything would be done.I have you to know when I made it I waited a long time and didint even get to see the person I spoke to over the phone.Also what was told to an over the phone was different than what was told at the dealership.The car I called about was still dirty inside and out .It was not cleaned at all for the dealership didn't have it it the system that this was the vehicle I wanted and called about.I think it's sad that they knew I drove 2hours to get there and still was very unprofessional...worst experience ever

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a beautiful young lady at the front desk who was eager to make sure I spoke to the right salesman and extended every ounce of quality customer service. While I waited, I was offered snacks and beverages and a pleasant conversation until a salesman was ready; they were quite busy when I walked in. Once I chose a vehicle, the salesman offered a test drive and afterwards i was immediately sold!! My salesman was Michael Pitts, who was AMAZING!!!! He got me the absolute BEST DEAL, was a pleasure to do business with and made sure I walked out of the door nothing less than satisfied and confident with my purchase. Also, the finance manager Jeff Stewart, went EVEN FURTHER to make sure I received the best financing deal!!! I mean no lie, these two guys made my car buying experience unforgettable!!! I now own a beautiful 2015 Honda Accord and very confident and pleased with my purchase. When this car dies, I WILL be back to King Honda for another one!!!!

Just car shopping Honda Fit and Civic. Stopped at Grissom and talked with salesperson Lisa Fornes. She spent a lot of time with us, checked every question we asked, we took both cars on test rides over all kinds of roads from city to highway, potholes, backroads, etc. We got a great sample of how both vehicles handled (they are very different) Very attentive and friendly, Lisa really represented this dealership (and Honda) well!
We haven't purchased yet, but hope if we choose Honda that we can work the deal with Lisa at Grisson.
