I would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" for
amazing service from Honda Superstition Springs Service Department.
Last Monday 6/9/25 about this time, noon, I had a very unfortunate
incident happen. I dropped by Honda service department to show them the situation. They, David Munoz service advisor, said to come back in the morning. Tuesday 6/10/25 Tommy Durante service director, got involved and assured me
the problem would be taken care of, but the parts required were on
"back order". Somehow, someway on Thursday 6/12/25 I received a call
to bring in my vehicle for repair and pick up a "loaner", the next day
Friday 6/13/25. The "loaner" happened to be a new 2025 Ridgeline
(mine is a 2023 Ridgeline)! Then, now Monday 6/16/25 the call from
Honda is to pick up my repaired vehicle. It's 10:30am, less than a
week, less than a complete work day, and somehow and someway the
exploded sunroof is an incident from the past!!! Thank you, thank you
Tommy Durante ! ! ! The recall on the truck was also taken care of!
