Had radio problems and they replaced the battery cables and so far so good hopefully that fixed the problem but as far as vibrations go GM hasn’t found a fix for that or if they have they don’t want anybody knowing what’s causing it

I have had nothing but the kindest and most professional service from Landers Toyota. This includes both formal service by Toyota as well as informal assistance given. A couple of weeks ago Scott Mason and Seth I think it was fixed a squirrel chewed hose that was keeping my windshield wiper fluid from working and didn’t even charge me. Today Scott kindly pumped up my tires. I have bought 8 cars from this dealership (for myself and multiple relatives) and have never had a bad experience. I can’t praise them enough!

I have never worked with a dealer that worked so hard for me after the sale. My experience prior to this is that once the vehicle is sold most dealerships couldn’t care less about you. Fixed our car while we were traveling - Vetteking

While traveling,we had an issue with our Buick Verano, check engine light and stalling. Stopped by Everett Buick right before closing where Seth quickly diagnosed the issue and set me up to get it fixed first thing in the morning. All the people at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Car was fixed quickly and we were back on the road. Additionally, since it was Friday, we were treated to chicken biscuits, doughnuts and coffee. Best dealership experience ever!
