I recently brought my van into AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Carlsbad for service after it wouldn’t start. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding thanks to Vince and the team. Vince immediately reviewed my service history, arranged a thorough battery diagnostic, and quickly identified the problem. Since the battery was still under warranty, there was no charge at all — a huge relief. What really stood out was how proactively Vince communicated with me throughout the entire process. I never had to chase anyone for updates. When it turned out I couldn’t pick up the van the same day, Vince went above and beyond. Even though it was going to be his day off, he left detailed instructions for his co-workers to make sure the van would be fully ready for me the next morning. He even followed up with me personally that morning (on his day off!) so I knew exactly what to expect. That level of care and ownership is rare. The van was ready on time, everything was handled smoothly, and I drove away confident and stress-free. Vince and the service team at AutoNation Carlsbad turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely ask for Vince again. Exceptional customer service! 🚗

I can't register the vehicle in AZ. The vehicle is a 2010 challenger that I took posession on June 10th. I had paid for the car about a week earlier. That was not a problem at all. The problem is: No Title! The AZ DMV looked at my purchase paperwork and then told me I couldn't register the car w/o the CA title. Jesse Garcia has been very kind and helpful. He said it will take awhile longer. But he is not the one to take care of that duty. I don't understand why with a CA DMV employee working at the dealership, this wasn't taken care of prior to delivery of the vehicle or at least shortly afterward. Please send me the title! Thank you PS I paid cash for the car. I did talk with one or two Carl Burger employees besides Jesse Garcia, but do not recall their names. Sorry

Communicate better with the person that brings the vehicle in for service. When my wife brings the van in for service, I get text and videos letting me know what is going on but my waiting-wife gets no communication. Somehow the dealer needs to build into their process that the owner on file may not be the person who brought the vehicle in for service.

The work that was done seems to be ok service needs to keep the customer informed better and get the coverage of warranty with rental cars taken care of still waiting for contract to get reimbursed for rental 550 dollars and I understand working with other people doesn't mean failing to get this right fall on the dealership or service writer

My buying experience was outstanding.. but my service experience was interesting.. the service team was able to correct an issue with I had with my radio / info system unit.. long story short.. Miguel, Blake, handle it in the service drive.. no more problems.. Just went back to dealer with some imperfection that I found while I was in the back sit.. pointed them out to my service advisor (Miguel) and he in turn brought the issues to Cody the service drive manager attention.. they reviewed the issues and game on.. taken care of.. it may seem like nothing but I brought my jeep about 7 weeks ago and just noticed the problem.. this is customer service in its highest sense.. they listen to the customer and thought it thru. Fantastic job .. Redlands Jeep.
