I had a part that needed to be replaced and was covered by a secondary warranty. I had been getting my car serviced at Downtown Subaru of Oakland service center for convenience of the location, but when the claim was denied and they refused to appeal it, I turned to Albany of Subaru. As for Albany of Subaru, I had used their services in the past, but the location was not as convenient as Oakland. However, thanks to Aaron Pearson, he took care of the claim right away, I got the service I needed, and a loaner to boot. Jason Gongora, the service manager, was a pleasure to work with. The customer service I received at this location was like night and day. I have learned the errors of my ways, and I will continue to have my car serviced at Subaru of Albany moving forward.

I received regular maintenance on my 2021 Hr-v 7/20/25, the service rep. Was Issac-Great Guy/Truthful and very cordial. Told me the car would be done w/maintenance in a2hr. Span and it was. Gave me the items that need to be done now after 30,000 miles with the prices (other service places never do this). Was on the road within 1 and 1/2 hr. Good Job AutoNation Costa Mesa. Thanks Issac.
