Subaru Outbacks became our favorite family and adventure vehicle 36 years ago (1982); they’ve navigated our extensive dirt roads and paths in gentle to extreme weather. We purchased our newest Subaru Outback from Ocean Subaru of Fullerton without leaving home. After several phone conversations to finalize our purchase, Prescilla Robles Mariani and Matthew Mariani met us in Morongo Valley on Sunday to sign papers and accept delivery of our new Outback. They went over each feature of our Outback, its many new improvements, safety and comfort measures. In half an hour we were driving home in our new 2024 vehicle. We’ll definitely do business again with Ocean Subaru, Prescilla and Matthew. Thank you for a professional, efficient and easy process to buy our newest Subaru. We’re looking forward to years of it. He also helped work out a financing plan that very closely matched my prequalification. I really appreciated his timely and fair and neutral responses - I never felt like I was trying to be convinced of anything which made me feel like I was truly making a good decision on my own but backed by the information I needed. He also had everything ready in advance of our visit (since I had already picked out the car) and provided a thorough explanation of all the cars features- and we were still out of the dealership in an hour!
