Steve Wachala was our salesman and he is absolute perfection! My husband is disabled and I had some very specific needs. I needed a car with a back-end low enough that I could load a wheelchair. The Ascent was too high for me and the Outback was perfect. Also, I needed the cooling seats due to my husband's illness and his inability to regulate his body temperature. And if that was not enough requests, I wanted a used car. Steve knew that the 2022 Outbacks had the cooling seats and all the driver assists that I wanted. He started looking at inventory in October 2025 and kept me appraised of what he found. He never quit looking for the perfect car for. Today, August 3, 2026, we found the perfect 2022 Subaru Outback Touring model with only 15,285 miles. Steve's dedication and patience to find the perfect car for me goes above and beyond any salesman! Our current 2017 Subaru Outback has 230,000 miles. We have been very pleased with Trust Antelope Valley Subaru from sales to service and definitely recommend them. And of course, if you are in the market, request Steve Wachala!

My wife and I bought a new Subaru Ascent here and had an amazing experience, all thanks to Carlos Ponce in Sales and Sandy Perez in Finance. Carlos and Sandy were both incredibly genuine and made us feel that they truly cared about us as customers while also representing the dealership and it's interests well. We had been putting off the purchase for weeks and eventually made appointments at multiple dealerships, preparing for the usual pressure and hassle people often associate with buying a car. However, their customer service was so good that we decided to buy on the spot and cancel our other plans. So if you reading this, dreading the expected "dealership" experience, have no worry, I highly recommend Sierra Subaru and Carlos and Sandy.

The service is great. The environment is relaxing and stress free with a very helpful and friendly sales and service staff. I was unfortunate to have some car issues which were not easy to fix in one visit. The service department did not neglect the problem, but continued to work to solve the problem by following up with me to come back to make sure the issue was resolved. Hats off to Laura Flannigan for getting different service techs including Subaru engaged in resolution of the issue.

After a very disappointing experience at another Subaru dealership, visiting Subaru Santa Monica turned out to be a completely different story. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. While waiting for my service I walked through the showroom and was greeted right away by a friendly salesperson with a genuine smile and no pressure at all. My service advisor Kevin was calm, polite and very professional. When we discussed the engine air filter, he checked the condition and explained that based on how it looked it could wait a little longer and suggested replacing it during a future visit. I appreciated that honest and practical approach. The whole visit felt easy, respectful and customer-focused. While I was there I also noticed a new Subaru model in bright yellow — amazing shape and color. After driving my red one for a few years, I suddenly thought that maybe my next lease should be yellow. I had a great experience purchasing a new Subaru Legacy at Subaru of Thousand Oaks. The purchase was facilitated by two outstanding sales people: Mathias and Leena. Mathias corresponded with me to let me know when the car I was interested in came in. Leena demonstrated most aspects of the car in great detail during the test drive with great patience and sweetness. Both Mathias and Leena were very knowledgeable, pleasant, sharp and not pushy (which is very rare among car sales people). I was made to feel very comfortable during the whole process and treated with respect. I live all the way in West LA and they drove the car to my house that same evening, so I did not have to leave my Honda behind in Thousand Oaks. They later followed up to ensure satisfaction. Kudos as well to Rodrigo who authorized the deal and to Jose Magana, the Manager who stepped in to prevent a glitch. This is the type of service you seldom find as a woman buying a car. I recommend them most highly.
