Jeff is the service manger and again EXCELLENT customer service I trust them with my car and they are always honest with me. I appreciate the service I have received the times I have gone in. Greg in parts is also extremely helpful when ordering parts and is very friendly as well as the greeter when pulling into the service drive. Will,Jeff,Greg is what customer service should look like! Fullerton Ford's Service Department is wonderful - they are the best in OC! We recently returned from a long road trip and had our service light come on. Art Bravo helped us with a complete vehicle inspection and noted we needed a new battery (t had a good run since 2018). He also discovered our rear breaks and rotors needed replacement. I was expecting high dealership repair prices. We did call and check with competitors and Fullerton Ford had the VERY BEST prices. Plus, they will take you to\from the dealership for service.
