Ernie was supper patient and willing to do whatever he could to help me get the car I wanted. He was also fun to work with. I felt like I was dealing with a friend and was walked through the process with all the things I needed to do. Ernie always responded to my calls in a timely fashion. I was not the easiest customer to work with because of my circumstances but he treated me with respect and humor. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or misguided. I may have been the most annoying client but I will never know!!
Tony helped with the paperwork which was very smooth.He was able to go the extra mile to get me into my car at a GREAT price and I am so grateful for that. The entire process was low pressure and very laid back. I actually enjoyed it!! Bottom line up-front, I am pleased that I put my trust in Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I traveled over 500 miles to complete the purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was not available in my local area. I had spent a good bit of time getting to know Tito Ottino over the phone, so when my work schedule made coordination a challenge, I decided to hop on a plane to go complete the deal and pick-up my vehicle.

I only wish that they were located a little closer to my home, so I could have my new vehicle serviced by that same high-performing team.

Even though I live in the area I wasn't even aware of this particular dealership that was my first mistake because this is clearly a place where you can be treated fairly and honestly and by the end of your deal you'll feel like family ! We switched to Secor for location first, but were pleasantly surprised by the sales and service staff. Welcoming, knowledgeable, honest. We have five used Jeeps. The Secor service staff understands that we need these cars to run and that we are willing to deal with some high miles issues. I feel like they are as fair and honest as possible regarding what needs to be done now and what can wait. They are always welcoming and get me in and out of the service bay expediently almost every time. Sales people are great. No pressure, knowledgeable. Good communicators. Finance people have "can do" attitudes. Owner is visible and accessible to customers. I understand it will cost us to keep high miles Jeeps on the road. Secor's staff makes it bearable.

We traveled one hour, from MA to Ellington CT, to go to this dealership again. We just purchased a 2016 Jeep Unlimited this week and LOVE it. We bought a 2014 Jeep 2 dr. 2 1/2 years ago, but even though we loved that car too, we needed 4 doors for our family. We went back there, even if it was a great distance, because of selection, and the team in Ellington is terrific. We experienced wonderful service both times, from selecting a car, until it was delivered. Our salesman Kyle Thibodeau is very knowledgable, polite, and goes out of his way to fill any requests you might have. (even came in on his day off) would highly recommend him to family and friends. We will certainly return there again when we trade this in, in years to come. Worth the trip, to get the service, great selection of cars, competitive prices and very fair when taking in a trade. Mr. Bolles even came over to meet us on delivery day. Our daughter purchased a jeep from them in 2014 as well and she also loves her car.

Today, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional, but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing!
My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that!
Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back.
Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.

My first experience with purchasing a vehicle from Modern Dodge was fabulous. I knew what I wanted and it wasn't local, salesman Ali Riley's service was absolutely exemplary! When the truck I had wanted wasn't available he quickly located one better equipped in Georgia. Several days later it was sitting ready for pickup.
In short Ali is a great gentleman to work with and I personally highly recommend to all however, Modern Dodge in general has a very friendly helpful crew and a no pressure approach to serving your needs.

Terrible? Awful? These words do not resonate with my experience at Valenti Jeep. Amazing! Incredible! Fantastic! The seamless process I endured was professional and enjoyable from beginning to end with Kris Qirici. Kris was fair, honest, courteous, cordial, and moreover, had a sense of humor. When buying a vehicle, people do not necessarily equate the six pillars of character with the journey. However, be rest assured, with Kris, he demonstrates all six with stellar ratings...respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, trustworthiness, and citizenship. He goes above and beyond the actual purchase/delivery by ensuring his customers are taken care of...personally. In as many years as I have acquired vehicles, I can say that my purchases with a sales person will now come down to only one in my future, Kris. I cannot thank him enough for the service he provided and continues to provide,...as fate would have it, I do not envision working with another individual.

My wife Holly and I were in the Service Garage today for an oil change.. The receptionist told us to wait for someone on her left. We did and waited and waited and waited while they talked on the phone or with one of the mechanics behind the counter. When one finally got off the phone in stead of saying I or someone will be right with you he just walked out of the office. Ten minutes later he walks back in. (We still have not been helped) He finally asks is someone helping you. We said no and that we have a reservation for an oil change. He proceeds to tell us that is not his job and to go to the other end and see someone else. When I told him that we were told to come on this end he went to the receptionist to ask her why. He then comes back and tells us that he doesn't know how to assign oil changes in the computer. Gengras may be great in the sales floor but their service dept has no idea what they are doing. Big failure for the service dept. today.

Buying a car from Ron was the easiest thing I've ever done. Mitchell Dodge put their best price forward and it beat out all of the other dodge dealerships in the area. Not only this, but Ron treated us like we were people instead of some of the other dealers where they just wanted to write a deal and get out. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend instead of from a dealership, and I would recommend Mitchell Dodge to anyone who asks how my experience was.

If I could give no stars I would. I went there for my fourth time for them to TRY and fix my jeep and the rude woman Suzanne tried to charge me when they clearly caused my problem. She is so rude talking under her breathe and rolling her eyes. Don't waste your time going here but if you must talk with the other woman or the gentleman.

I would never, ever buy a car from Crowley because I would never, ever take it to get serviced there. They do not understand the concept of customer service. Both of the managers are rude, hostile, loud, domineering, and disrespectful. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way I was treated there, and to make matters worse, they did not fix the issue with my jeep. So, now I am out the money I spent and have to go elsewhere because I refuse to give them another dollar of my money and I don't trust that they can fix the problem, or that they even have my best interest in mind. Absolutely the worst experience at a dealer. Never go there!
Be prepared for a horrible service department - RAV4_88
Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
