Walking into Northwest Hills had a different feel from the start, a positive vibe that you don't always get from a car dealership. The staff was very friendly and we were fortunate to work with Zach. Zach was very knowledgeable and really seemed to have my best interests in mind. He was not pushy, I did not get the typical "car salesman" experience with Zach. I would highly recommend him and this dealership and when it comes time to consider a new vehicle in the future I would not hesitate to come back.

What initially started out to be just car shopping resulted in us purchasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited. We felt it was a great value and we loved the car. They offered to bring me home when I dropped off the car. They provided a loaner to use during my repair. They kept in contact with me about what was going on. They explained the repair in detail and all of it was covered on warranty. I would not hesitate to go back!

We traveled one hour, from MA to Ellington CT, to go to this dealership again. We just purchased a 2016 Jeep Unlimited this week and LOVE it. We bought a 2014 Jeep 2 dr. 2 1/2 years ago, but even though we loved that car too, we needed 4 doors for our family. We went back there, even if it was a great distance, because of selection, and the team in Ellington is terrific. We experienced wonderful service both times, from selecting a car, until it was delivered. Our salesman Kyle Thibodeau is very knowledgable, polite, and goes out of his way to fill any requests you might have. (even came in on his day off) would highly recommend him to family and friends. We will certainly return there again when we trade this in, in years to come. Worth the trip, to get the service, great selection of cars, competitive prices and very fair when taking in a trade. Mr. Bolles even came over to meet us on delivery day. Our daughter purchased a jeep from them in 2014 as well and she also loves her car.

Today, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional, but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing!
My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that!
Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back.
Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.

They advertised the vehicle I wanted online for 17k. By the time i had test drove it and spent 4 hours, YES 4 HOURS in there, they told me that the 17k price was with EVERY promotion and that I qualified for none so the vehicle was really 31k. At this point I decided to go to the next step. The salesman called to find out the lease pay off on my vehicle I wanted to get rid of and he told me the pay off would be $1000 and that they would give me the $1000 to pay it off and ensured me that I'd get no bill afterwards. The salesman and manager gave me a bad vibe, so after spending a total of 6.5 hours there I decided to call my lease company just to make sure. Well the lease company told me that my pay off was $2000 and that I would have received a bill of $1000 in the mail after I had bought my new car from them because they blatantly lied to me. I called the dealer back and asked him why he lied and he stated "oh, I must have misheard them". Then proceeded to say he could just add the extra $1000 to the price of the car. Needless to say, they are extremely dishonest and I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy.

Went to purchase a 2017 Dodge Journey they had on the internet for sale, Ronald called me right before closing and said the car was there and that we don't go down on internet prices, went their next morning and he said car was sold a week ago and then stewart the sales manager if that's what you want to call him, came over and asked us if the salesman told us what the story was behind that car we said yes and then stewart said it was a fleet car nobody could purchase that car for that price What a bunch of BS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I have been bringing my 2013 Wrangler to the Greenwich service department for 3 years and I have finally had enough and will NEVER be bringing my car there again. I am a 27 year old female and constantly feel like I am being taken advantage of for being young and a woman. My uncle happens to be a mechanic so I would double check with him when they would tell me what work my car needed. When I would say "no thank you" to their recommendations, Howard at the front desk would say "well I hope someone is taking care of your car because you sure aren't". Last month my check engine light came on. Brought the car in thinking it would be covered under my 5 year warranty. 2 months out of my 3 year warranty and I needed new spark plugs and a coil pack. They had my car for 3 days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and any time I called to get an update, Jennifer at the front desk would huff and puff as if I was putting her out. Meanwhile, they didn't have a loaner for me to use but told me they could help me rent a car through Enterprise. A few weeks after this my car started making a rumbling noise. Brought my car in yesterday and they told me it was the brake light switch. $160 to replace that and I was told that the problem was resolved and I wouldn't hear the rumbling noise anymore. Leaving work yesterday I heard the rumbling noise again, just 7 hours after they "repaired" it and told me I wouldn't hear the noise anymore. Brought the car back today to get my money back. The only way they would refund me my money is if they took out the new brake light switch and put my old one back. The woman at the front desk made sure I knew it wasn't her fault. This place has ZERO customer service. They get irritated when you ask questions or ask to clarify something. They are just interested in making money, not taking care of your car or serving you as a customer.

Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.

I would avoid the service department at Robert’s Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. Their services are incomplete, absolutely not professional and they will tell you anything to get another buck out of you. Consumers beware.
My battery kept dying and the transmission would start making noise after running for a bit so I took my car in to have the electrical and transmission diagnosed. They also said that they would perform a multipoint inspection. What I received for my hard earned $ was a lie that the transmission must be replaced and nothing else. No multipoint inspection, no electrical diagnosis and treated like dirt when I questioned them on it.
