Scap is like sitting down with an old friend - Venofarm
Our sales consultant Larry Dahlberg was everything you could ask for in a salesman. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and not the least bit pushy. I honestly feel he had our best interest at heart. He and his business manager Rick Hecker made this a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to a friend whole heartily. If you like doing business with people who make you feel comfortable, this is the place to buy your car from. P.S. Really enjoying my new Jeep G.C.
Exceptional - Mulinski
This the second Jeep we have purchased from Bill Larson. Both times the whole process was flawless. Everyone works together as a team. A great dealer dealership!
Amazing dealership to work with - trek200
Shout out to Sullivans Northwest Hills. From starting out on the internet with their internet specialist; dealing with my consultant (Bill Reudgen); meeting with the insurance specialist and the warranty specialist; and forgive me if I left anyone out...it was a pleasure. Everyone handled their aspect of the process with precision, patience and kindness all the way. I find buying a car very stressful (cause I keep them forever) and they made it as easy as is possible. And they really worked with me, 'cause I was almost 2 hours away in another state. Oh, and while waiting at one point, I was chatting with someone else in the showroom who told me he was back buying his 3rd car from them and swears by them. Yeah! So if you are looking to buy one of the makes they offer, I highly recommend them.... And for me....it was well worth the trip!

I would go back to this Dealership anytime. John McCarthy bent over backwards for me. When my first used car a SRT challenger kept having a check engine light come on, they tried everything to fix it. When the problem wouldn't go away. They took the car back and started looking for a replacement. They found another SRT challenger 2 years newer and 20 thousand miles less then the one I had. They brought the car down from NY for me to try out and see if I liked it, and it was great. I could not have been happier. I would recommend this Dealership to every one. From sales to service department nothing but the best.

New 2016 Jeep Cherokee, no annoying run around. - Heather H
I bought my new Jeep Cherokee this past week thanks to Mike Z at Executive. I had gotten the run around at another dealership and after multiple emails and phone calls I got no closer to buying a vehicle. My husband and I stopped in to see what they had available and they had the exact car I was looking for at another dealer. We got a great price for our trade ins (2 cars) and all available incentive discounts and I was able to walk out with a brand new car and payments I feel comfortable with. Couldn't be happier!!

Used Jeep Sahara - Rebecca Cram
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The sales man who helped me out was Michael Losacano. I had emailed him prior to my visit and he returned my email quickly and was able to see me within a couple days to test drive my car of interest. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and were able to accommodate my needs as a car buyer, they even bought/made my father and I lunch! I highly recommend this dealership for any of your Chrysler, dodge or jeep needs.
Superior customer service - Delishansp
I have sent many family members and friends to see Jason and the rest of the sales team, and they have all had the same results, a great buying experience. He goes above and beyond for a great customer experience. He is knowledgable and trustworthy which is hard to find in the car industry. Great job Jason and the rest of the Valentis crew keep it up!
Decent price-horrible service and respect - The Oracle
Buying was fine.
Transmission went after 2500 miles on my 2015 Cherokee. I did not want the vehicle after that. After a complaint to Chrysler, they instructed the dealer to give me an employee price on another vehicle which is between 8-14% off sticker. They offered me a price LESS than 8% off. Also told me that there were no black vehicles available in the area-I found 8 the night before so they didn't even try to find one. REALLY!
I called for an oil change today (Monday) and was told next Tuesday was the first available. I called another dealer and was in and out in less than an hour.
Low pressure sales BUT be VERY SAVVY! - petrafan007
Today, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional, but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing!
My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that!
Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back.
Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.
Transmission service - Moreshit1
Went in for transmission service at this will be third time changing fluid and filters for my ram 1500 first time at this dealer ship service advisor tells me the tech recommends changing outer tie rod instead that needed attention vs the transmission I told her show me they did very little play in the front wheel told her no I just want the transmission service. Vehicle was returned to me and I went to go get gas and check the fluid level truck seemed to be not shifting smoothly like before a had service done check the fluid level was about 2 1/3 quarts low returned to falveys had the tech check and found the fluid was low and tried to down play it like it was no big deal I felt so ripped off like I just paid for these incompetent fools to destroy my truck what a waste of time and money stay far away from this dealer ship if you value your time sanity and vehicle
Great experience - Tammy12345

Just another sleazy dealership! - Trumph2017
First and last time I'll bring my car in for an oil change. I brought it in after my check engine light came on and had it diagnosed at Auto Zone for "free". Told them it was oil pressure sensor. They said they needed to run the diagnostic to verify bad sensor. Charged me $94 to tell me the same exact thing I told them when I brought the car in. Then they said I still had 2 more free oil changes on my service contract. After oil change all the sudden service contract didn't cover synthetic oil so another $51. So bottom line it cost me $170 to be told what I already knew and they hide hidden fees until after the job is done. Typical sleazy dealership crap that turns people off to go back and we wonder why America is getting worse!
Awful sales setup - PNPRater
Stopped by to test drive and purchase the new cherokee. Right off the bat I felt like turning around and walking out as the Sales people had no idea what deals they have on the website. They were advertising a cherokee 4x4 for 25K brand new; Only I was looked at as if I made the whole thing up. They looked at the website and said oh yea, I guess you are right, here is the deal right here - but we don't have that one. They had me test drive one that they had on the lot and I was told they could get the one adverstised from another dealer had I liked it enough. So I got back and said let's go for it. After all I had filled out the pre-assessment for my car online with came out to a low of 6800 and a high at 7800 and I submitted it in fair condition - which it is actually in really good condition.. So they had a look and said KBB was 2000 for my vehicle. I have had other dealers give me quotes above 7K. So my guess is that the whole online deal is a huge gimmick and they did not want to get another vehicle from another lot. Essentially this was a big waste of my time and I walked away feeling pretty insulted. But I am glad I am smart enough to not get ripped off!
History repeats itself......
This place is close to where I work, so 3 years later I decide to give it another go. I test drove a used cheeroke with some major transmission issues. I ask the guy how much does the new ones start at? "I could get you into one at about 30K - Maybe slightly less with incentives" he replies. I walk through the showroom and right in the middle of the floor is a jeep advertised as 25K on the windshield. LOL this place is unreal I am thinking. Just for the hell of it I will price my trade, this time being a 3 year old car with every option, KBB is 22,000 with all things considered......BOOOM> 15K is the most they will offer. Just like the time before they were at least 5K off on the bid and again 3 years later.... ditto.
Be prepared for a horrible service department - RAV4_88
Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
Dishonest Advertised Sale Price - cheryl
"Sale" price advertised is fraudulent. Ct. state sales tax calculated on a fake inflated sale price generated resulting in being overcharged in sales tax. Overcharged for "registration" by nearly $100.00 when the "dealer conveyance fee" of $399.00 was charged. Charged for "window etching" when not wanted or requested. Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
Borderline incompetent - LeeLeeCT
We have had several issues with this place in the service department. Once they scheduled a service appointment for me on a day in which they weren't even open! Also have had them try to charge me for things that are still under our warranty. Additionally it takes forever to get basic things like oil changes done. My past experience with the Chrysler dealership in another town is that it's very easy to drop off the car for the oil change, and you don't need an appointment. At this dealership, you must make an appointment and then also wait for awhile inside the service center just to give them your keys and "check in". Once I also sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours on an oil change, finally asked what was taking so long and turns out the car had been done for a while and no one informed me in the waiting room. Now today my husband is late for work because he requested to have the car by noon after dropping it off this morning for some maintenance. The shop claims he didn't tell th he needed it by noon but he definitely did and was approved for this. This place seems to need better training and processes.
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s... - ModaCook
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. Their services are incomplete, absolutely not professional and they will tell you anything to get another buck out of you. Consumers beware.
My battery kept dying and the transmission would start making noise after running for a bit so I took my car in to have the electrical and transmission diagnosed. They also said that they would perform a multipoint inspection. What I received for my hard earned $ was a lie that the transmission must be replaced and nothing else. No multipoint inspection, no electrical diagnosis and treated like dirt when I questioned them on it.
