Just pick up a 14 Ecodiesel GC. Best purchase ever! - tcarps88
Was in the market for a new vehicle and after months of research I decided on the Jeep GC Diesel. Through a dealer search I found SCAP auto group had one of the only diesels for sale in the state. Meet with Scott "The Jeep Geek" and had the best car buying experience of my life. This dealership is the most straight forward and honest dealerships I have ever dealt with. If you are in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or ram do yourself a favor and drove straight to Scap of Fairfield and they will do the rest. They offer the best pricing in the state. Period
Big Franc got a new big Ram- Thank you Ryan and Nathan - The Franco's
Sometimes it's hard to replace a faithful friend but we started looking into getting a new Ram. Ryan was incredible dealing with my bear of a husband - amazing service all the way down the line. Second purchase for us with this dealership and couldn't be happier. Thank You
A Great Experience - CFD
Went to several other dealerships before visiting NWH and they just couldn't find me the car I wanted for the budget I was working with. Vin did! With his knowledge, patience and perseverance, I was driving out of the dealership shortly after arriving, with just the car I wanted and at the price I could afford.

No Aggravation! - keith courtney
This is to date my best car buying experience ever, this is a not a "Game Playing" Dealership they just sell you what you want and do not try to sell you what they think you should have. The entire process in total took two visits, one to do finance papers and test drive and the second visit to pick up my 2016 Willy's edition Wrangler all in all total time for both visits combined about one hour. PAINLESS!!!! Also the Service Department at this dealership is second to none they know what they are doing and have great product knowledge. Trust me I had my previous Wrangler serviced at three different dealers over the three years I owned it and never a problem or issue with the service at Secor not the case at other dealers.I asked three other Service Managers at the other dealers what brand of oil they use and was told by all three that it changes depending on the supplier. In other words "whats on sale" when I asked Steve at Secor he quickly replied Pennzoil it is what Jeep recommends. Great Sales and Service.

New Dodge Ram 1500 purchase - rlowelljr
I recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500. The price is as they say what is on the hanger tag is what you pay, however, I was lucky and the on line price was less and they honored it. I worked with Mike Zygmunt on my purchase and would recommend him if you are looking for a knowledgeable and pleasant person.
Overall I had a great experience.
Ali Riley - CourtneyD

A non-typical car buying expierence - Scotty p
I have recently purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both sales involved trades. I believe a received a fair market value both times. Kris Q is an unbelievable sales person and provided a pleasant experience from start to finish. It is not a fancy dealership but you owe it to yourself to try this dealer and I strongly recommend using Kris for your salesperson.
Nice Experience - Lou

Low pressure sales BUT be VERY SAVVY! - petrafan007
Today, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional, but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing!
My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that!
Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back.
Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.
Cory Smyth - FJ
Cory was great, followed-up on my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was the reason why I bought my car here.
Even though Cory provided excellent service, getting through on the main number was terrible . Luckily I was able to communicate with Cory directly.
My experince purchasing a new vechicle @ Mitchell dodge. - apforcella
The Salesmens, and Loan Officer were very friendly and informative towards the purchase
of my new vehicle . I felt very comfortable talking to them , I did not feel forced into the purchase. Also J.P. was very cooperative on the sales of the add ons like ( the bed liner) and how I did not have to worry about a loaner vechicle.
Eventually I will test out there service department to see how they work for me.
Complete runaround! - ramnightmare
I had been searching for a Ram for about a month and finely found "The one" which was at Falvey's. First I emailed about the truck and got no response at all, then I texted about the truck like added stated for more info, no response. Ok, so I'll just call, no biggie, I want this truck. Called the dealership at 7:55pm (they close at 8pm) to check to see if the truck was still available, "Yes, the truck is still available, when would you like to come in to see it". I told them I would be in first thing in the morning to see the truck and I just want to make sure it will be there as for I'm traveling from out of state for the vehicle. "Oh, yes it will be here. We'll have it all cleaned up for you and ready to go". Ok, great I'll see you in the morning! I woke up extra early 5:30am to be on the road by 6am to be there right at 8:30am when they opened (yes, 2.5hr drive!). I was just getting off the highway and nearly to the dealership when the phone rings. It was the dealership calling to tell me "Sorry, but the truck you were interested actually sold yesterday". Are you kidding me? If I was any closer to home I would have turned right around, but considering the distance I drove I figured mine as well see what they have. After walking the lot and not seeing any trucks I wanted, they said maybe we can find you something locally and have it brought in and we'll do our best on pricing. After doing the dance for a little bit and being shown 3-4 different trucks they finely found it, the one I wanted! So of course they start with the typical "Do you have a lease? What are you payments? Etc... I said I'm not playing that game right now, just give me the price of the truck. So the sales guy goes and talks to the sales manager and comes back, "We're going give you a really great deal on this truck"! I was cool, maybe this will work out. Then I see the number, it was about 3k more then what I could get the same exact truck for within a half hour from where I live! At that point I was just so done with dealing with this dealership and walked out! BY FAR, THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Just another sleazy dealership! - Trumph2017
First and last time I'll bring my car in for an oil change. I brought it in after my check engine light came on and had it diagnosed at Auto Zone for "free". Told them it was oil pressure sensor. They said they needed to run the diagnostic to verify bad sensor. Charged me $94 to tell me the same exact thing I told them when I brought the car in. Then they said I still had 2 more free oil changes on my service contract. After oil change all the sudden service contract didn't cover synthetic oil so another $51. So bottom line it cost me $170 to be told what I already knew and they hide hidden fees until after the job is done. Typical sleazy dealership crap that turns people off to go back and we wonder why America is getting worse!
Easy, knowledgable, great experience - Dsr10
Bought a new jeep from Christina Granchelli...was a simple, easy process. She was very knowledgeable and took care of everything for me. They had a great selection of vehicles and had competitive pricing
Be prepared for a horrible service department - RAV4_88
Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
Borderline incompetent - LeeLeeCT
We have had several issues with this place in the service department. Once they scheduled a service appointment for me on a day in which they weren't even open! Also have had them try to charge me for things that are still under our warranty. Additionally it takes forever to get basic things like oil changes done. My past experience with the Chrysler dealership in another town is that it's very easy to drop off the car for the oil change, and you don't need an appointment. At this dealership, you must make an appointment and then also wait for awhile inside the service center just to give them your keys and "check in". Once I also sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours on an oil change, finally asked what was taking so long and turns out the car had been done for a while and no one informed me in the waiting room. Now today my husband is late for work because he requested to have the car by noon after dropping it off this morning for some maintenance. The shop claims he didn't tell th he needed it by noon but he definitely did and was approved for this. This place seems to need better training and processes.
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s... - ModaCook
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. Their services are incomplete, absolutely not professional and they will tell you anything to get another buck out of you. Consumers beware.
My battery kept dying and the transmission would start making noise after running for a bit so I took my car in to have the electrical and transmission diagnosed. They also said that they would perform a multipoint inspection. What I received for my hard earned $ was a lie that the transmission must be replaced and nothing else. No multipoint inspection, no electrical diagnosis and treated like dirt when I questioned them on it.
