Had a great experience! - Nick Lemieux
Overall I had a great experience with northwest hills dealership. I went in with an idea of the Jeep I wanted but still had a lot of questions about some of the features. Right away I was approached by Bill Reudgen and he was able to answer any questions I had about the Jeep. Once I decided on what I wanted for the Jeep, Bill made the buying process as quick and painless as possible and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Upon arrival, he gave me a tutorial on all the features of the Jeep and answered any other questions I had.
Every associate I worked with through the process of purchasing the Jeep was very patient kind and knowledgable. Bill Reudgen is a great guy and I recommend talking to him with any vehicle inquiry's you may have. I am very satisfied with my Jeep and can't thank the Northwesthills associates enough!
Got a great car from Ernie--and had a great time doing it! - Mark B
Buying at Scap Dodge was a fantastic experience! I came in with my girlfriend to look at Dodge Challengers and Ernie was super friendly and helpful. Ernie, Tony, and Peter, were all patient with my questions, and I never felt undue sales pressure. Ernie took me for a test drive and let me feel comfortable in the car from the moment I stepped in it. It was my first time buying a car, but as I shopped around for this one, they came in with the best price off the bat, which I was thrilled over, since not only did I want to get the car at the best price, I also genuinely wanted to buy it from these guys after spending time with them. And they honored the lower rebate that was in effect when my car actually came in! Picking up the car today was so exciting and Ernie gave me a thorough demonstration of the car, inside and out, without rushing me or glossing over features. Cannot recommend enough!
Wonderful car buying experience! - Guitar guy 123
I must admit that I was not looking forward to purchasing a car! My past car buying experiences have been worse than going to the dentist, however, dealing with the Branhaven sales staff(specifically Michael) was a delight! He was knowledgeable, courteous and never made me feel like running out of the place! His easy-going professional approach made me feel that my concerns about buying a car mattered! He was a good listener and worked with me to get me into a deal that was right for me! I would recommend the Branhaven dealership to all of my friends and associates!
Scott Johnson is awesome - happykiaowner

Totally breaks the old stereo type "Car Salesman" - Satisfied
This is my second time buying from Troianos. 10 years ago when I bought a used Jeep Liberty from them, I was impressed by the pride and confidence each employee carried, the friendliness of everyone (even those just passing by). But most importantly, the way they made me feel, like an old friend who had come to visit. Never having thought I would like an SUV I was pleasantly surprised that the Liberty was a perfect fit for me! Now that the vehicle was 12 years old it was time to buy a new car. I was not disappointed. Bill Baker, greeted me at the door and I found myself once again in an atmosphere of pride and confidence of knowing what they have to offer... The best dear out there!
Bill was patient in hearing what I wanted and was able to take me right to the car that would best replace my Liberty... a 2015 Jeep Compass. I was amazed that Bill & Frank Portonova were able to put this car into a price package I could actually afford. I was driving out only a few hours later with the very first brand new, never driven, only 2 miles on the odometer car, I have ever owned! Bill and Frank both were friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly the right direction to steer me in! Even when it was time to sign the papers, I found that sitting down with Rick Burdick was also a pleasant experience. I never felt pushed or obligated to purchase any other package than the one I walked into his office with! He was friendly, considerate, and personable through out the whole time.
As the age old saying goes, "when something works don't fix it!" Troianos works! Yes, I will be back!
Car serviced at regular service cycle. No idiot lights... - annespicer
Car serviced at regular service cycle. No idiot lights came on, however engine problem identified by service tech. Joe came out and explained all options: from no fix to total fix including price breakdowns to time involved. The discription of the problem was given in plain english and understandable. I have been to other dealerships and was addressed like an idiot. I did get my car fixed at Linder thanks to Joe and all of the service crew. It was also returned vacumed and cleaned. I will be returning for all of my service needs.
Amazing experience! - sarchambault
Bolles treats you like family! Traded in my old Wrangler for a 2015. This was my first brand new car purchase and it was seamless! Thanks to the wonderful team in Ellington!

Executive Dodge and Jeep - Kylie
I bought a Jeep Cherokee from Executive Dodge and Jeep a couple months ago and had a wonderful experience. It was my fist time buying a car and the process was quick and convenient. My dealer Nick M was very helpful and took the time to follow up with me in the weeks after. The dealers prices were even significantly lower than other dealers I was shopping around at in the area and they had exactly what I wanted. After such a positive experience at Executive, my mom went and purchased a car from them as well. I would highly recommend them.
Used Jeep Sahara - Rebecca Cram
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The sales man who helped me out was Michael Losacano. I had emailed him prior to my visit and he returned my email quickly and was able to see me within a couple days to test drive my car of interest. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and were able to accommodate my needs as a car buyer, they even bought/made my father and I lunch! I highly recommend this dealership for any of your Chrysler, dodge or jeep needs.
Superior customer service - Delishansp
I have sent many family members and friends to see Jason and the rest of the sales team, and they have all had the same results, a great buying experience. He goes above and beyond for a great customer experience. He is knowledgable and trustworthy which is hard to find in the car industry. Great job Jason and the rest of the Valentis crew keep it up!
Amazing customer service - JStuckman
I had a great experience buying my brand new 2016 CX-5 from this dealership. The best thing about this dealership is there was no pressure. When I walked through the door there were not a million sales people trying to attack me. I worked with Crystal Booth who was amazing. I was worried about my first car buying experience but Crystal really made me feel comfortable and helped me anyway she could. Going into a car dealership as a young women can be very intimidating but working with another women was a great perk. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new Mazda to Crystal she really catered to my needs and helped in any way she could!!
Great Buying Experience - Impreza1592

Friendly, Efficent, Low Pressure - Girlupstairs2000
I am happy I took the hike to Enfield for this amazing experience! I was online looking at Ram 1500 trucks and decided to just do an Internet inquiry about one Artioli had in stock. I hit submit and literally within 5 minutes Rick M. called with a no pressure approach which was refreshing. Within 24 hours, we were driving off in the best looking truck in town. (I'm sure you can get a nice truck too, but mines better! ;-) Gary V was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I took delivery, and Chris G the F&I guy was straightforward and efficient! Thanks Rick, Gary and Chris! Artioli is a laid back no pressure dealership which is exactly what I like. See you in 39 months!
Great experience, like son like father lol!!! - Roberto Quintanilla
Three years ago we went to Milford Jeep looking to buy a used Grand Cherokee. After talking to Neal our sales associate we fell in love with the Grand Cherokee and bought a brand new one! If we had any doubts about purchasing a new vehicle they were all gone after talking to Joyce the owner and Bob her son. I loved how they went out of their way to address any of our concerns. We never felt pressured or rushed. Best investment I ever made. My wife and I love our Grand Cherokee! We had such a great experience at Milford Jeep that just last week my father purchased his 1st Jeep from there. That's a real big deal because my father has always been a Volvo's guy. Not any more! Thanks Milford Jeep!
I would also like to say a few words on behalf of my father who's first language is Spanish. He wanted me to express how happy he is not just with the vehicle, but also with the whole experience. He also went in to Milford Auto Group looking for a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and walked out with the same year as mine and with less miles ( practically new ) and in great/excellent condition. He also wants to be clear that he's always bought used vehicle's avoiding the myth of dealing with haggling sales men/woman, but they definitely changed his mind through the experience, price, and the comfort of knowing he's covered bumper to bumper for 100,000 miles! I Can't say enough, thank you Joyce, Bob, Neal, Howard, and the rest of The Milford Auto Group!!! The Quintanilla Family
Worst service ever - Auto expert

Made appt to bring in for repair told maybe an hour or so to repair. Waited 45 minutes to drop off couldn't find vehicle in computer. 5 hrs later no call so I call them put on hold for 10 min, was told someone would have to call me back. Turbo experience - Darroyo
I visited the facility on Saturday June 13,2015, and had the unfortunate luck of meeting a sales person named Jerry Melendez. I could immediately tell Mr. Melendez was not interested in selling me a vehicle. I'm sure when he saw me, a young male, he assumed I was wasting his time. His product knowledge was nonexistent, or again he just assumed it would be a waste of time explaining nothing to me. In fact the only thing he would tell me about the vehicle was " this jeep is pretty basic." Even with that being said I asked him if we can go inside and talk about pricing. When we sat down, he gave me a paper with what my monthly payments would be, the down payment, etc. Mr Melendez then asked me " have you ever financed a vehicle?" In which I replied "no". He then followed up with "Do you own a home?" again in which I replied "no". Mr Melendez then had the ordasity to say " well then how do you expect to finance a vehicle if you don't own a home or ever financed a car?" I was shocked that he would say that. This gentlemen hasn't even attempted to run my credit yet, but at this point I could see that he did not care. I replied by explaining to him that my creditworthiness is good and that I have plenty of credit cards, student loans, etc. His reply was that doesn't matter. I then made up my mind that this was not a place where I wanted to do business. I left your facility and brought my business to Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge where there were friendly and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Altitude Edition for the same exact price Mr Melendez told me I would pay for his Basic Model. I will never bring my business to Jeep Chrysler Dodge City, and I will never refer anyone there.
Just another sleazy dealership! - Trumph2017
First and last time I'll bring my car in for an oil change. I brought it in after my check engine light came on and had it diagnosed at Auto Zone for "free". Told them it was oil pressure sensor. They said they needed to run the diagnostic to verify bad sensor. Charged me $94 to tell me the same exact thing I told them when I brought the car in. Then they said I still had 2 more free oil changes on my service contract. After oil change all the sudden service contract didn't cover synthetic oil so another $51. So bottom line it cost me $170 to be told what I already knew and they hide hidden fees until after the job is done. Typical sleazy dealership crap that turns people off to go back and we wonder why America is getting worse!
Be prepared for a horrible service department - RAV4_88
Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
Dishonest Advertised Sale Price - cheryl
"Sale" price advertised is fraudulent. Ct. state sales tax calculated on a fake inflated sale price generated resulting in being overcharged in sales tax. Overcharged for "registration" by nearly $100.00 when the "dealer conveyance fee" of $399.00 was charged. Charged for "window etching" when not wanted or requested. Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
Overcharged - mt22657
After experiencing a no heat/overheating issue with my 2013 Dart on 4/4 I brought the car in and was notified later that day that both the upper and lower radiator hoses had failed and that they wouldn't be able to get one of them for 3-4 DAYS! I was told that the labor would be costly because of the work involved in replacing them but they would discount it (10%) which they did. I have no problem paying for the repairs. I do have a problem however with the fact that due to their "No Loaner" policy I had to rent a car at my own expense for the week because they couldn't get the part in a timely manner. The cost of the repair and parts came to approximately $452 and the rental for the week (I didn't get the car back until 4/9) came to approx. $242 so it cost me almost $700 to replace two hoses. Seriously? If I wanted to spend that kind of money for repairs I'd have bought a Mercedes. At least I'd have gotten a free loaner. Plus, I had to bring the car BACK on 4/11 because of the same issue! I was told that the mechanic that worked on the car didn't bleed the air from the cooling system properly the first time. As I said I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for repairs but I think that Chrysler should have at least paid for the rental. It is not my fault that they couldn't get the part in a timely manner and I shouldn't have to pay for someone's incompetence. I sent an email via the Crowley website on 4/11 but have heard nothing. This was the fourth car I have purchased from Crowley dealerships and it is likely the last.
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s... - ModaCook
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. Their services are incomplete, absolutely not professional and they will tell you anything to get another buck out of you. Consumers beware.
My battery kept dying and the transmission would start making noise after running for a bit so I took my car in to have the electrical and transmission diagnosed. They also said that they would perform a multipoint inspection. What I received for my hard earned $ was a lie that the transmission must be replaced and nothing else. No multipoint inspection, no electrical diagnosis and treated like dirt when I questioned them on it.
