Smooth Sale and Great Experience - Joe2112
Knowledge is important. So is service. My experience at Garavel was nothing but positive. Wrangler Rob McGuire, the salesman, lives and breathes Jeep and the lifestyle that is Wrangler. His knowledge and willingness to discuss honestly both positives and negatives gained my respect. The dealership is top notch and things were a breeze.

Thank you Larry! - mtoth13
Larry was a great person to work with when making the deal on our Jeep. There was no pressure to buy at all and was very knowledgeable about the car itself. He was very helpful when showing the ins and outs of the Wrangler to the point where I had no questions at the end and was confident that I knew what I was doing.
Great experience - JackWrangler
I've dealt with numerous dealerships in the past, this was my first time with Branhaven and this was by far the easiest, best car buying experience I've had. Ryan Hall was great, answered all my questions, found exactly what I was looking for, was friendly and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend Ryan and Branhaven.
Very convient and stress free. - Bernadette Lajoie
Bill was my salesman, an excellent helper. He made every part of the process as easy as can be for me. Bill even reviewed the entirety of the jeep when the sale was complete and left me with a full tank of gas. He is absolutely a people person, but naturely. Give him a raise ! :)

Purchased a car - Loyal Customer
Over the past 15-20 years we purchased Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles from your dealership. What kept us coming back and buying these products is Mr. Roland Millman. It is the most comfortable feeling to be able to go to a dealership where the salesman can direct you to the best fit for your needs and interests. That will make the dealership a valuable place to purchase. Roland
Great sales department - Sockcymbal
Gary Tufano was great. He worked hard to get us the best price on a Town and Country and stayed late when we took delivery. I would highly recommend him.

Dewayne was super helpful throughout the entire process. Worked with my price range to help me get the jeep I've always wanted. I'm a first time car buyer and brought my dad with me and he had a million questions. Dewayne was patient with us and was very thorough. Anyone looking for a jeep, definitely check them out!

Low pressure sales BUT be VERY SAVVY! - petrafan007
Today, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional, but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing!
My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that!
Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back.
Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.
Great experience - Tammy12345
I recommend Carley Williams to all my friends she was so helpful when I got my jeep pleasant and kind.she did not rush you , takes time to explain the vehicle to you..
Transmission service - Moreshit1
Went in for transmission service at this will be third time changing fluid and filters for my ram 1500 first time at this dealer ship service advisor tells me the tech recommends changing outer tie rod instead that needed attention vs the transmission I told her show me they did very little play in the front wheel told her no I just want the transmission service. Vehicle was returned to me and I went to go get gas and check the fluid level truck seemed to be not shifting smoothly like before a had service done check the fluid level was about 2 1/3 quarts low returned to falveys had the tech check and found the fluid was low and tried to down play it like it was no big deal I felt so ripped off like I just paid for these incompetent fools to destroy my truck what a waste of time and money stay far away from this dealer ship if you value your time sanity and vehicle
Courteous service advisor - 1970 roadrunner

Just another sleazy dealership! - Trumph2017
First and last time I'll bring my car in for an oil change. I brought it in after my check engine light came on and had it diagnosed at Auto Zone for "free". Told them it was oil pressure sensor. They said they needed to run the diagnostic to verify bad sensor. Charged me $94 to tell me the same exact thing I told them when I brought the car in. Then they said I still had 2 more free oil changes on my service contract. After oil change all the sudden service contract didn't cover synthetic oil so another $51. So bottom line it cost me $170 to be told what I already knew and they hide hidden fees until after the job is done. Typical sleazy dealership crap that turns people off to go back and we wonder why America is getting worse!
Easy, knowledgable, great experience - Dsr10
Bought a new jeep from Christina Granchelli...was a simple, easy process. She was very knowledgeable and took care of everything for me. They had a great selection of vehicles and had competitive pricing
Be prepared for a horrible service department - RAV4_88
Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
Dishonest Advertised Sale Price - cheryl
"Sale" price advertised is fraudulent. Ct. state sales tax calculated on a fake inflated sale price generated resulting in being overcharged in sales tax. Overcharged for "registration" by nearly $100.00 when the "dealer conveyance fee" of $399.00 was charged. Charged for "window etching" when not wanted or requested. Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
Borderline incompetent - LeeLeeCT
We have had several issues with this place in the service department. Once they scheduled a service appointment for me on a day in which they weren't even open! Also have had them try to charge me for things that are still under our warranty. Additionally it takes forever to get basic things like oil changes done. My past experience with the Chrysler dealership in another town is that it's very easy to drop off the car for the oil change, and you don't need an appointment. At this dealership, you must make an appointment and then also wait for awhile inside the service center just to give them your keys and "check in". Once I also sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours on an oil change, finally asked what was taking so long and turns out the car had been done for a while and no one informed me in the waiting room. Now today my husband is late for work because he requested to have the car by noon after dropping it off this morning for some maintenance. The shop claims he didn't tell th he needed it by noon but he definitely did and was approved for this. This place seems to need better training and processes.
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s... - ModaCook
I would avoid the service department at Robert’s Chrysler/Dodge! They are dishonest and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This extends up through general management as well. Their services are incomplete, absolutely not professional and they will tell you anything to get another buck out of you. Consumers beware.
My battery kept dying and the transmission would start making noise after running for a bit so I took my car in to have the electrical and transmission diagnosed. They also said that they would perform a multipoint inspection. What I received for my hard earned $ was a lie that the transmission must be replaced and nothing else. No multipoint inspection, no electrical diagnosis and treated like dirt when I questioned them on it.
