In FL on business from Canada. My A/C system quit crossing from GA into FL. Largo Honda got me scheduled for a service appointment the next day. Drop off and diagnostics process was seamless. Repair was completed on the same day (under 6h) - impressive if you've ever tried to diagnose/repair an air conditioning unit yourself. Braulio made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks for saving a Canuck from melting in the sunshine state!

My first experience with Parks. Car in for routine service. I have never had the fantastic type of service that I got here. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. Appointments were on or before the scheduled time. Attitude was friendly, attentive and professional. I normally do not do reviews, or hand out "10's" but this is an exception. GREAT!

I recently (Feb 25th) had my 2017 Hyundai Elantra serviced. My experience was terrific. Nelson, my service advisor met me at my car as I drove up. We exchanged pleasantries and I briefly told him why I was there. He told me he would talk with me once the technician was done looking at my car, Nelson came over and explained everything and had pictures of additional items that also needed service - inside air filter, tires aligned, etc. Nelson also periodically checked on us to tell us how the service on our car was progressing. To sum things up, I am so delighted that Nelson is our service advisor. He deserves more than a 5 star rating. He is efficient, pleasant to work with and honest.

Adan Fernandez quickly approached me and began to attend to my concerns. Tire would be fixed along with a rotate and balance, oil change was done and I received a complimentary car wash!
