I moved to Orlando from the west coast 6 months ago. I’ve have my car serviced twice since moving here and Fidel has been my guy both times. He is awesome! Friendly, super helpful, and honest. He doesn’t try to get you to buy stuff you don’t need. He offers options and lets you know what you can do, but doesn’t use high pressure to get you to spend more, he is very consultative in his approach. I did choose the spend about double what I had planned on, but it was my choice. No pressure. Great job Fidel. You rock!

Gabe was busy but wrote me up quickly and promised to call me the next day with a quote for the repair. They had to order a part but the price was way lower than I anticipated and my car was only there for three or four days. Quicker than most other dealers I’ve dealt with.
