Kai is awesome! But I brought my car in because the AC was making a loud rumbling noise when it was on, and that's exactly what I told them. They told me the engine mounts were broken and needed replaced. So I had that done, but then the next day I noticed the AC was still rumbling. So I guess they forgot or neglected to look into the AC issue. No I have to bring the car back to see what's going on with the AC and I really wish they would have done that back when I brought the car in two weeks ago as now I have to make another trip over to Lipton and spend more time there when this could have been addressed when I brought the car in the first time

I really appreciated that the service dept was able to take my car without an appointment and quite promptly . Everyone was polite . They also offered me a loaner or a pick up service . I dropped the car with a radiator issue and 4 warning lights on the dashboard, and those were the problems I needed to have addressed . The radiator was replaced and it is working fine , but the warning lights were still there .

I bought my 2013 RAV 4 from Clermont and have enjoyed excellent service with the maintenance and new tires for my car over the 8 years. Yesterday I went in because my tire light was on and needed to get the air in my tires checked. I was met by a friendly woman who directed me to the air pump, where I was met by another friendly man.
