It never changes with Assistant Service Mgr John Shaw…except to be better as he always seems to find a way to raise the bar on an amazing service experience!! I say that confidently as he’s been handling my appointments for over a decade now and I’m on my third RDX. This time I brought in my RDX to John during the week leading up to the Memorial Day weekend for a pre-road trip maintenance check and oil service. John was wonderful about fitting me into a busy schedule and expediting the process from the moment he greeted me. He’s consistently thorough and professional as well as genuinely helpful and engaging. And all that paid off when right from start he and the service technician noticed my RDX was missing a piece of trim along the roofline. As my RDX is new, it seems there may have been a loose latching mechanism from the factory. Knowing I was leaving on a trip in a few days, John immediately put in an order for the replacement trim. Meanwhile, John wasted no time in getting my RDX serviced and amazingly had me on my way in just over an hour. I couldn’t be more pleased. Always dependable, John contacted me the next afternoon to arrange bringing my RDX back in to have the new trim piece installed. John was super organized and upon arrival the second time that week had everything set up to attach the trim piece. I’m so grateful to John and the service technician for all they did to ensure my RDX was in perfect condition for my extended travel plans over the Memorial Day holiday. I’m happy to say my RDX ran beautifully the whole trip. You’re fantastic, John…THANK YOU!!
