Ethan, finance manager, was very efficient, pleasant, and informative about the contract. Yesterday, in the Service Department, a month or so, after sale, Cameron, was very friendly, energetic, understood my needs, was transparent, patient and had a couple important parts fixed under vehicle warranty. He made sure the entire vehicle was inspected for any possible issues, and offered to have my oil changed. I left the dealership very impressed with his integrity. He is very sharp in communication, knowing customer's expectations and went above and beyond in all aspects and I strongly believe he will help Hodges retain customers. Cameron exemplies all the good in customer service and that is a difficult quality to find in today's world. Outstanding !
