I brought my vehicle in for its oil change and tire rotation. The interaction during the check-in process was nice and fairly seamless. However, during my visit, I told Luis there was a problem with my left blinker, and my vehicle is under a bumper-to-bumper warranty. He indicated he would check it out. When I got ready to leave, he said there was nothing wrong with it. I tried to show him a picture of the error message I had been receiving. He said it didn't matter unless they could replicate the issue there they could not work on my vehicle. As a result, I had to contact the service manager to get my issue resolved.
