I shopped for 2 yrs for this unique car. Found it at Florida Fine cars visited the dealership a couple times trying to make a deal better than what was listed on web site, waited till car price was reduced. Went back in dealt with Marcial he was awesome the customer service he provided was top notch. His sales manager Mikey also 1st class. We purchased on a Sunday and the service shop was closed, Sales manager called on Monday to have appointment set to bring car in for few issues we noted in test drive. Christina in service was so helpful. After having the car now going unto week 2 We are very happy with the customer service and professionalism we received from the above mentioned associates at Florida fine cars.

I'm doing this review because I feel in debt with Yosvani after his great service. Today I received a follow up call from him to ask how was the car doing and if I like it, I have never received a call from any sales person to make sure I was OK. First let me say that I went to visit him about 4 month ago and he said he could get me approved but I will need $2,500 down so he explained me step by step what I should do to be in a better situation. I followed his advise and 10 days ago I was able to buy my car from him with only $800 down payment. I you want a honest and professional salesperson go and see him, he won't try to push the sale, he will advise and educate you.

Online: The online experience is just as good as any other website, I texted the dealership to find more information about the van and they were very responsive and only asked me once at the end if I would like to come in to see the vehicle.
Steven: He was my salesman. He knew what he was talking about and was not pushy and was able to address any questions or concerns we had.
David: He was our finance guy we worked with. He got us a finance that works with us and even better than what we would have gotten from our financial institution.
Overall: We were very pleased doing business with this dealership. They were very patient with our children also, which can be rowdy at times. Very professional and non pushy. We would do business with them again in the future.

From the moment I walked into the dealership until the moment I drove off of the lot in my new vehicle, their staff was respectful and haggle-free. I located a 2013 BMW 5 series on their website and decided to make the drive over to Daytona from Jacksonville for a closer look-I'm glad I did. The vehicle was well within my price range, in great condition, had low-mileage and a clean Carfax report. My dealer, Bryce, was very nice and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. In the end, they were able to get me a great rate (thanks Andy!) and a monthly payment that I could afford-5 year warranty included! Certainly the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. I first discovered Michaels Auto through CarGurus when I came across an unbelievable price for a 2015 BMW 640i M Sport with only 12k miles and a pristine CarFax. Honestly, there was a growing sense of skepticism when I realized it was a private BMW dealer and not a 'commercial' BMW dealership chain like I was used to seeing. But the excellent reviews put me at ease. Once I contacted Michaels Auto, I received a call and an email from Ahmad. He was extremely personable and helpful from the very beginning and his demeanor was consistent throughout the entire process. He answered all of my complex and cumbersome questions regarding the trade-in of my 435i and how that would apply toward the 640i. I had A LOT of questions. And rightfully so because this was a big purchase. He answered them all cheerfully. I cannot stress to you enough how much patience he had. He put absolutely no pressure on me to buy. (Possibly because their deals are so good that their cars will sell fast anyway lol). Most of our communication was via email because I would be at work and unable to use my phone. That was no issue for him.
When I told him I wanted to go forward with the purchase and that I was on my way to the dealership two days later, he handled all the preliminary paperwork so that the process would be much smoother and quicker. Once I arrived at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted by a very chipper Ahmad who was eager to help get the deal done. (Ahmad is one-speed all the time. If you go with Michaels Auto you will understand just how genuine, helpful, and kind he is).
The 640i was immaculate and in amazing condition. I was completely blown away by it. I couldn’t believe the car was 10k under the MSRP. I could easily write another paragraph or two talking about the car, but this is about how superb the associates were.
Back to the financial aspect: there was more to be done before we would seal the deal on the 435i trade-in and financing of the 640i. My 435i trade-in was a rather painless process. However, I was consolidating my loan from the 435i into the 640i with hopes of as little negative equity as possible. It took the Sales Management team with Keenan and Frank negotiating with several credit unions over several hours. Just when things looked dire and I wouldn’t be able to get a lender, they were able to come through with a great interest rate and I was able to sign and drive away that day. The Sales Team put their all into getting the vehicle financed for me and I owe them a special thanks. Everyone at the dealership was very personable and helpful and I definitely recommend Michaels Auto to anyone interested in a trusted and reliable vehicle purchase. A+ 5/5 stars.

We had a great experience at this dealership. Choosing the right car for our daughter was a stressful endeavor but Alvin, who is patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic made it less so. We are very happy with our purchase, and the price was more than fair.

I did my research and this dealership had 5xs more certified used Hyundais than any other dealership in a 100 mile radius. Also their prices were about $1000 lower than all other dealerships. I drove from Tampa to buy a car here for this reason. My salesman, Mr. Statts, was great. He didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off. There was no debating. He got to the price I wanted and gave me a fair price for my trade in the first time which was so refreshing. He explained the warranty in detail and what benefits I would be getting from buying a certified used car. I didn't leave confused or with the burden of reading a 100 pg manual. We then went to the finance department and worked with Mr. Benson. He was great. He negotiated a lower price for an expanded warranty to get me a lower interest rate which is something I didn't even ask for. It was much appreciated and surprising because in my past experience the finance guy has no interest in getting the most out of my money (they aren't getting that dealer fee after all). The process was so painless and I highly recommend this dealership.
