Roswell Mazda location is clean and inviting. Associates are friendly. I brought my CX-9 in for routine service and had no plans on test driving any cars. Ron approached me as I was walking in to pick up my car. He was very friendly and had a contagious smile and was not pushy. I ended up test driving the Mazda 3 and the Miata. Ron did a great job of explaining the features of both cars. I will definitely be returning to Roswell Mazda to purchase a Miata stick shift from Ron when the time is right. Thank you Ron!

This morning I discovered my Palisade had a low tire. I called & was told to bring it in. As i arrived i was greeted by a gentleman who assured me i would be taken care of. I checked with the service department and the lady said there was a cancelation and Colby would get me taken care of. An hour and a half later I was on my way with the tire repaired. I had a fabulous experience getting my Telluride’s 45K Service. Dropped my car off the afternoon before and it was ready the next morning. Chelsea was great to work with and very professional. I recently had 2 bad service visits with Son’s Kia in McDonough and I vowed to never return so I am glad I found Hutchinson even if it 45 minutes away. Thank you Chelsea. I would suggest that the sales team do a better job of coordinating their follow-up calls. I must of had 5 calls offering to give me an estimate to trade/purchase my Telluride. They were polite and not overly pushy..
