I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

Nonetheless, Greg stopped doing paperwork and picked up the phone and kindly introduce himself, and then pleasantly asked how could he assist me. In today's world this was a rarity.
