The staff in the service department are amazing. They explain everything in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable, so you feel confident leaving your vehicle with them. They also seem genuinely happy to see you when you arrive, and in my case, they remember my name. Oh, and one of my favorite things (other than the staff) is that they wash my car every time they work on it.

I am always treated with respect, not talked down to and the biggest thing, not forced into any unnecessary repairs. In the last 12 years I have dealt with every service rep. and have never had anything but exceptional service. Went in because my tire pressure light was on. I didn't have an appointment. they found the problem, and since I had an upcoming oil change appointment, they offered to go ahead and do the service that day. They also found that a low beam headlight was out and repaired that also. This saved me from coming in again later in the week. It's nice to wait in the lounge and have some coffee while I waited
