We were very impressed at the level of attention we received servicing our Mini that had been in storage for 7 years. Mitch, our service manager went way out of his way to answer our multiple calls with questions on what we should do as service items popped up after inspections and road testing. He took as much time as it needed to explain each item of service and make sure that all was done and ready by our pick up.deadline. Mitch treated us more like family than a customer, which I really appreciated, Thank you.

I bought my CRV new in 2013 from this dealership. Great experience in purchasing my car as a single woman. I have brought my car to this service department for all of its maintenance. I am always treated with respect, not talked down to and the biggest thing, not forced into any unnecessary repairs. In the last 12 years I have dealt with every service rep. and have never had anything but exceptional service. To their credit I recently rolled over 200,000 miles, and my CRV is still going strong.Thank you everyone at Valley Honda!!

Service department seems good. I’ve only used them once so far. I was surprised at how far out you need to book something simple like an oil change, but once my appointment occurred, service was fast, the staff was helpful and thorough in explaining, and the cost was reasonable.
