They filled the gas tank and the car was spotless, even cleaned up from our test drive. Both our sales rep Trevor and the finance guy were not pushy and very straight forward. Jazmonique was the actual person that gave me a call to set up an appointment to come in. I ended up receiving another telephone call from a supervisor I don't even remeber her name. However Jaz had already called me several times prior tp actually setting the appointment. I was irritated with the numerous of calls, so by the time the supervisor called I was about ready to cncel the appointment. Once I got there I met with a guy named John I hope that was his name because John really took care of me form the time I walked in up until the time I pulled off the parking lot. I appreicate the knowledge that he had. Jiihn also gave my son some great information as far as his car. He just sold me his first (Chevy Trailblazer 2026) & mines as well! Thank you!

We saw the car that we wanted on the website. We talked to Rick on Tuesday. We did the finance part on line and was in the car on Thursday afternoon. I hated the idea of buying online. I had several issues with dealers online and in person ranging from dishonesty about price to dishonesty about the vehicle they have online being for sale. I had zero issues with Wiers Chevy. I purchased my truck from Wiers Chevy. Joe Billy was on top of everything. I even added things I needed added on the truck and was amazed how Joe got everything done. He even updated me on progress as my bed liner and hard cover were being installed. Everything he had done was on time and done to schedule!! Thanks Joe Billy and Wiers Chevrolet!! I almost forgot I had my vehicle delivered also and that was pretty nice also!!

While passing through town we had a tire pressure alarm on our car we stopped by BZ and knowing it was after service hours talked to Bailey and Matt they were Johnny on the spot and Bailey found the screw and went into action to help us get back on the road these two employees were exceptional by using their own tire repair kit and pulled the screw and plugged the hole we were on our way shortly after stopping, this exceptional action by both Matt and Bailey deserve a huge atta boy for being customer focused beyond our expectation Thanks Matt and Bailey you guys are the best!

Took car to them to complain and the service guy said yes I order the part and call you when it's in.. minutes after leaving the dealership the service manager calls an deny that they did the damage and won't fix the damage.. very poor customer service from the guy.. said basically they are brought by Cronin and they don't care..

I recently did a transaction with the Shelbyville hubler. I will never use hubler again after the way they did business. I had a very nice 2015 Malibu with 72,000 miles on it. They came out offered me $6,000 I told them that was not enough. So they took $20 off the payment which he showed me was giving me another $1,680 more off the price of the truck. Did not even see the bottom line until I was signing the papers and I realized all they did was find a different lender at 1 percent better They did not give me anything for my car. And only knocked off probably their markup on the vehicle I purchased. I was so tired of sitting in there dealership for 4 hours waiting on nothing but a royal shafting. Please take your calculator with you to purchase from this dealership. And if it becomes too overwhelming go home and think about it so you don't get shafted the way I did. This should actually be considered a scam and be illegal!

Had some issues with the transmission on my C7 GM call shuttering and the oil I needed to be changed twice, found out back in 2011. This is the place to take Corvette. The only Chevrolet dealer that was able to diagnosed and fix my C5 so it was obvious to me Where to take the C7 thank you. Didn’t like the price, but can’t complain about the work.
