Bought a 2024 denali 1500, got it home and found a deep - hoot

Bought a 2024 denali 1500, got it home and found a deep scratch on drivers side front fender. Called my sales person ,Rick Burkemper and talked to him about it. We both missed the scratch. He had me take it to bob brown collision urbandale. Talked to the older Scott and he said he would take care of me and he did. You could not tell there was ever a scratch there. They had to paint the whole fender. I haven't been treated that good by any dealer before. I would definitely recommend seeing Rick Burkemper if your looking for a vehicle new or used!! I just traded my 8 year old pick-up for a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. This was my 21st new car purchase I've made in my life. My experience at Richardson Motors made this experience the best I've ever had. I stumbled on to this dealership looking for a specifically optioned truck and one very similar to what I was looking for came up in my search. I learned the dealership was in Dubuque, IA and I have a neighbor that is from there. I reached out to him and he put me in touch with a personal connection he has at the dealership. The truck I was looking at was on the website, but already spoken for, as I found out when I contacted my neighbor's connection. However, I was asked if I would give them the opportunity to source one for me and, if so, were there any changes I would want from the truck I was looking at. I said there were 3 small changes I'd like if I could order one exactly as I wanted. Long story short, they located the EXACT truck I wanted with those changes, made it very easy to agree on a purchase price and the value of my trade, had the truck shipped into their dealership in a day's time and the team took excellent care of my wife and I in all aspects of the transaction when we made the 3 hour drive down to Dubuque. When the time comes to make my 22nd new car purchase, you can be sure that Richardson Motors will be my first choice in securing that next ride.

Hands down, in all the years we’ve purchased vehicles, this was the most AMAZING experience we’ve ever had. I can’t say enough about Jackie Boone, Todd Long, Sean O’Leary, Mark Tartenaar, and Jason Lunsford—they were absolutely incredible. I would shout their names from the rooftops! They truly felt like a blessing to us, and I mean that wholeheartedly. A lot of people say they’ll help when you’re going through a tough time—but this team actually did. Not only did they help us, they gave us hope when we honestly didn’t think we had any options left. Because of them, I will recommend Gregg Young dealerships to anyone and everyone. This is the ONLY place I would tell people to go when they’re looking for a vehicle.

I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous service. Much to my surprise my service was covered under warranty.I will definitely consider them for my future service and auto needs. The dealership is great, however the service manager is a jerk. I took my car in that I bought from them with extended warranty. The check engine light was on had the manager read the code, it was a fuel tripturbine, and I asked if it was covered he said he didn't know. I asked how would this get fixed he seemed annoyed and said it's just a code and the service tech would let me know how it's fixed and if it's covered. He couldn't tell me how long it would be to be fixed or if I could get a loaner car. He was cold and rude and seemed annoyed by my questions and couldn't even get me in until the following week for a simple diagnostic. I called another Buick dealership and they were 3 times more helpful than this xxxxx.
