Matthew Wardlow Matthew greeted me on the the lot earlier in the day , I told him my wife was interested in getting a Tucson and I wasn't sure of current pricing and the different Tucson models he gave me his card and I told him I might be back later that day. My wife and I returned that afternoon and I asked for Matthew. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and the equipment, how to work it as well as set it up. he also was very attentive when we took a couple of test drives explaining how the different features work to my wife. I never felt pressured as we went though the purchasing process . My wife loves her new Tucson !!

This the second SUV that we have bought from Audi of Lexington. I would recommend that you give them a try. I think you will be pleased. They detailed our car before we left with it. They also gave us a car fax. We were given a list of things that they had checked and preformed on the car. We are very happy with our purchase.

I placed multiple phone calls and all went to voicemail. Finally got in touch with them about noon and told them i was a cash buyer on their 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted to make sure it was still available before i made the two-hour drive to their dealership. I never received a call back so i ended up buying one locally. After looking into the dealership info i noticed they are a buy here pay here store so I'm sure they would rather sell to someone who will finance through them so they can up their profit margin. If im ever in the market for another used vehicle Ill be sure to avoid even considering contacting this dealership and i suggest everyone else to do the same. VERY SHADEY PEOPLE

I recently bought two new cars at this dealership. The salesmen just answered my questions without any pressure sales pitches. The finance manager which I call "The finance wizard" was amazing! He was truly honest about everything from the beginning. No three hour false back and forth like the other dealerships that wear you out until you agree to a payment that you cant afford. If you have to worry about making a payment every month that you are struggling to afford, it makes it impossible to enjoy your new car. Will went to bat for us with everything he had and got us a payment that we could afford ! For anyone who is thinking about buying a new vehicle but think they cant afford a big payment or dont have perfect credit like us..., you owe it to yourself to give Will a chance to help you. We got a payment that we could afford with zero percent financing! Hyundai is one of the most reliable cars on the market with the best warranty on the market. Oh yeah, and their cars have tons of extra features including incredible safety features that are standard which dont cost extra like the competition charges for.

They only have the best cars on their lot. Before they are put on the lot to sell their garage goes through every one to make sure they are in top running condition. The owner's are extremely nice and will do everything they can to make sure their customer is satisfied and happy. I know I was. UPDATE: lowering this another star. Finally got the car back. Have had it back a week and I had noticed it was holding back some. The oil pressure warning come on. They xxxx thing has a significant oil leak to. 🤯. What kind of operation is this. I guess good thing I got the warranty on the motor because when it blows up, that’s on them! ************************************* Initial impression very unimpressed. Purchased a car( going to pay 30k for). Only to get literally one mile down the road and it starts overheating. Purchased at closing so had to take back sit it in their lot, called this morning. Service is closed til Monday, so they can’t look at it til then. If they need a part they will TRY and issue a rental. If that’s the case why isn’t one being issued today. I usually buy cars from Limited Motors, but I decided to try Byrider despite the reputation. If it’s not fixed by Monday I am going to speak to my attorney about recourse, as I would rather pay my attorney what I would be paying for a car payment than waste 30k on a xxx!

Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo / Kia / Fiat was great to deal with especially our excellent salesman, Skip Jones. Skip was a fantastic salesman to work with. Very knowledgable about Alfa Romeo, and the Giulia specifically. Not just a great salesman and fellow car enthusiast but truly treated me as a friend. We live in MI and purchased the car sight unseen and had it delivered. (FIY, I never thought I would ever do this, but Jake Sweeney had the make, model, trim, options, mileage and price we wanted) The Alfa was delivered on time, clean and with a full tank of fuel. The Giulia was just as good if not better than advertised. Skip took his time as we discussed the particulars of this car in detail and he answered each question in detail. Skip sent me more detailed pictures showing any blemishes that were not visible in online photos. I sourced my own financing so I cannot comment about finance department. However, if they are as professional as Skip I imagine that would have been a great experience also. Next time I am in Cincinnati/Florence area I will be sure to stop in and see Skip and the Jake Sweeney Alfa / Kia ? Fiat dealership in person.

We purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Watermark. We are located in the Indianapolis area and Joe and the rest of the Watermark team did a fantastic job helping us evaluate the car from long distance. When we came to look at the car it was better than expected! We got a great price on the Pilot and a very good value on our trade in vehicle. Even better - when I got the Pilot back to Indy, I found a small issue that I had missed when reviewing the vehicle. A day later, Joe reached out to me from Watermark to see how the drive home went with the Pilot. When I told him about the problem I found, the immediate response was to take the vehicle to Honda, have it fixed, and Watermark would reimburse me for the cost. A few weeks later, all is fixed and Watermark covered the costs. We are beyond impressed with Watermark’s service and will look there first for our next vehicle!
