I appreciated his demeanor and our conversation/negotiations seemed as if we could have been having a beer while we proceeded. I emailed back and forth with him and he was quick to respond. Even though he was satisfied he sold me the car, he has been even more concerned with my family's happiness with our purchase, after the sale. He has made many efforts to ensure I continue to be happy and that our buying experience has been non-stressful and friendly.
I felt like I received a good price and a good deal on my trade-in as well. Did they make some money off of me, sure, but that's part of the business and I'm okay with that. I just didn't want to feel like I was ripped off and couldn't sleep that night.
We don't. Thank you for treating us fairly and reasonably. See you in the future.
