Sean DeSilva was very professional and treated me right. I came into the dealership with an ongoing A/C problem. The A/C would not hold a charge, even after the condenser had been replaced (known Honda Civic problem). They replaced it at no charge. I am happy now and we will see if the new condenser last like it should this time.

I had a great experience buying a dealer-certified car at this dealership. Shawn was a fantastic person to deal with; he took care of everything and has a great memory for details. Matt was also good for the paperwork. Everything went smoothly, and they even gave me gifts when I picked up the car. Only drawback is that this dealer is so far away from where I live.

Making an appt is the secret - showed up just a bit early, 10 minutes and service was ready for me. Service completed in about 40 minutes - perfect !!! Wouldn’t know the service person but the service advisor was great. Looking forward to to next service in 5-6,000 miles. Thanks to all @ Robertson’s GMC!
