Very accommodating in my request to not rotate my tires. Also due to the duration of the oil change and software upgrades they gave me a ride home and also delivered my car when the work was complete.

Cameron was very helpful and I appreciate the loaner car. However, when I tried to check on my car the service number was not answered any of the 7 times i called and the mailbox was full. Poor customer service in that regard. I finally called the main number and they couldn't get an answer and she walked up there and told me they would call back immediately. It was an hour later. Someone needs to pay attention and answer the service number promptly.

Hello, In 2023 I chose Walser because of its reputation for quality and expertise. I was/am willing to spend a bit more on quality service than I could get cheaper elsewhere. I am glad the “Tech Video” feature is back. I really appreciated it when we bought our 2021 Forester. Then that service disappeared for a few visits. I was disappointed. I have come to appreciate the friendliness of your welcoming service advisors, like Beau Whitam who gave me top notch customer service yesterday when I had my oil changed and tires rotated (supposedly). But I’m a bit nervous after my visit. My Multi-Point Inspection report shows my Tire Pressure going IN was 36psi and going OUT was 36psi. I know for a fact that going in my tires were all around 30 or 31 and I’ve had one problematic tire all along that constantly leaks and it’s often at 28 before I manually fill it up again. But, when I left yesterday, I noticed all my tire pressure readings were hovering around 30 or 31, no where NEAR the 36 reported. It makes me also wonder if the tires got rotated as requested. I should have marked them to verify, but I have come to trust Walser in all regards. Technician # 16835 video was also “unacceptably” rushed. I had difficulty understanding him or what he was saying. Not confidence building as previous visits. So, over all, Beau and Walser are still held in high in my regard but I’m concerned about the quality of my service call. You guys are beyond lucky to have him part of your team. not only did he help calm my nerves due to poor past experiences and customer service or lack of at other dealer ships i was nervous but he answered all my question in detail slowly and in English language not the big word stuff he laughed at my horrible jokes. and had me in and out in a decent time . I bought my first Subaru gently used from a non-Subaru dealership. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed so I brought it to the Subaru dealership closest to my house. SkyLynn happened to be my service advisor for that first appointment and just crushed it from the start. Since my first experience I've had it back for maintenance a few additional times. Each time I simply text SkyLynn and she has responded very quickly, even a few times where she was not working, just to tell me she was away but would follow up when back in the office. Absolutely every experience I've had with SkyLynn has been exceptional. I am in the technical service industry as well and have always felt I am an ambassador for my company and the experience a customer has with me, significantly impacts their view of our company. This is true with my experience with SkyLynn; her professionalism and empathy for her customers reflects very highly on Bloomington Subaru as a whole! Superb service to out-of-towners. Visiting our grandkid while parents were away for a week, we had the tire pressure light come on in our Honda Civic. I called Luther Hopkins Honda to ask if they could run a quick check on tire pressure and deal with the light (which often comes on right after we've had the car serviced; go figure!). They told us to come on over when it was convenient for us. I zipped over, was greeted by a very friendly service technician, who quickly checked the tires (all okay), dealt with the indicator light and, with a big smile and a wave, sent me on my way. No charge. We get the same friendly, efficient service at our Honda dealer back home, so I wasn't surprised--but still highly impressed. (With another dealer in the area, I didn't make it past leaving a phone message.)
