Anna did an exceptional job while my vehicle was in for service. She greeted me as soon as I arrived, efficiently checked me in and kept me informed regarding the status of the work being done. The service tech did an excellent job inspecting the vehicle and providing recommendations for what work was needed. When the vehicle was ready for pick-up, Anna reviewed all charges in detail and followed-up on a few concerns I had mentioned at check-in. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I have a 2025 Lexus NX350h that I purchased in Milwaukee, WI. I live in Chisago City, MN so I have my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Maplewood. I brought the car in for its first 5,000 mile maintenance check today. I went with my wife & we decided to wait at the dealership for the service to be completed. But because this was the first maintenance check, it was going to take an hour & a a half. Oil change, tire rotation, etc. They have a very nice & comfortable customer waiting area. As we were across the street from a Costco, I ask our Service Rep ( Mike ) if they provided shuttle service for waiting customers. He said sure and had someone drive us over to Costco. He would text me when the car was finished or I was to call him when we were done shopping. Whichever came first. We shopped for an hour or so & received a message the car was done & they could come pick us up. The plan was, they’d pick me up, I’d get our car from the dealership & go back & pickup my wife & cart of groceries. To my surprise ( as it was pouring rain outside ) they came with our car & a service vehicle. Mike & associate pulled up to the front door, jumped out & helped my wife ( with umbrella in hand ) into our car. They then helped me with getting our groceries into the back of our car. I thanked them profusely & headed out. I didn’t go to far & in discussing the event with my wife, we decided to go back to the dealership to Thank the guys again & to speak with a Manager about the Awesome customer service we just experienced. Mike brought us to Jeremy Mertes (General Manager) for the dealership. I explained what my wife and I had just experienced & thanked him & his staff for everything! I’ve been told “ Nothing Beats The Lexus Experience “ & it’so true! Thanks guys 👍🏻! Craig & Patti

You guys are beyond lucky to have him part of your team. not only did he help calm my nerves due to poor past experiences and customer service or lack of at other dealer ships i was nervous but he answered all my question in detail slowly and in English language not the big word stuff he laughed at my horrible jokes. and had me in and out in a decent time . I will now be a forever customer with Bloomington Kia . and again please employee of the year goes to this young man people like him are rare . he is so well mannered as well just WOOOOOOOW !

I bought my first Subaru gently used from a non-Subaru dealership. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed so I brought it to the Subaru dealership closest to my house. SkyLynn happened to be my service advisor for that first appointment and just crushed it from the start. Since my first experience I've had it back for maintenance a few additional times. Each time I simply text SkyLynn and she has responded very quickly, even a few times where she was not working, just to tell me she was away but would follow up when back in the office. Absolutely every experience I've had with SkyLynn has been exceptional. I am in the technical service industry as well and have always felt I am an ambassador for my company and the experience a customer has with me, significantly impacts their view of our company. This is true with my experience with SkyLynn; her professionalism and empathy for her customers reflects very highly on Bloomington Subaru as a whole! You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee in SkyLynn! Superb service to out-of-towners. Visiting our grandkid while parents were away for a week, we had the tire pressure light come on in our Honda Civic. I called Luther Hopkins Honda to ask if they could run a quick check on tire pressure and deal with the light (which often comes on right after we've had the car serviced; go figure!). They told us to come on over when it was convenient for us. I zipped over, was greeted by a very friendly service technician, who quickly checked the tires (all okay), dealt with the indicator light and, with a big smile and a wave, sent me on my way. No charge. We get the same friendly, efficient service at our Honda dealer back home, so I wasn't surprised--but still highly impressed. (With another dealer in the area, I didn't make it past leaving a phone message.)
