I was able to get in next day, which was great! I loved that I got a video showing me the problem and what was done to fix it. The repair/service was done quickly, in one day out the next. I also liked that I was able to make a payment online. The communication was good and timely. However, I found the service manager to be a bit gruff. The problem was potentially being cause by an aftermarket system we had installed weeks after purchasing it 5 years ago. When mentioning the cost of the system and wanting to keep it intact. The service manager seemed to not care what happen to the system or that we spent a lot of money on it. Thankfully, it was 1 wire causing my vehicle to not start. They were able to repair the wire without removing or damaging the system. So, 5 stars for Burnsville Toyota, 4 for the service manager.
