I have been coming to Pappas Toyota for a couple of years since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Tundra. The service department here is top-notch. All the staff truly listen and care about you and your vehicle. I’ve owned many trucks over the years and have been to numerous service departments, but Pappas Toyota is hands down the best. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing service. A big shout-out to Chris Lathangue, a Service Advisor at Pappas Toyota. I witnessed him assisting an elderly lady with questions about her vehicle, patiently explaining everything to ensure she understood before leaving. Chris even walked her to her car to make sure she was okay, as her arthritis was bothering her leg. Seeing people like Chris making the world a better place is heartwarming.

I always receive great service when I visit Autohaus BMW. I usually work with Chris Clem, who is now one of the service managers. This time, I worked with Chris Buie, who rendered great service also. I have been bringing my vehicle here for service for over 6 years, and I have received great service at each visit. Scheduling the appointment is easy, honest communication is shared, and they do a thorough job of inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing any issues. I never leave wondering what was done to my vehicle or wondering what are the recommendations for future service. I will continue to bring my BMW here for service, as I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my car. I can depend on Autohaus to deliver exceptional customer service - from a simple oil change, to a complicated oil leak. I know they will take care of the issue with efficiency.

I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable to complete the process. All 3 times took less than estimated time. (These included #1.-4 new tires, 2. replace fog light bulb and 3. Missouri state inspection) I always enjoy the Praline coffee while I wait. I appreciate all of the service crew, especially Jeff, Donavan, and James and find the texting of progress to be very efficient communication. This service dept. is DEFINITELY an improvement over the old one at Webster Groves Subaru. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my "Shadow"!
