Ryan Mitchell spent a great deal of time with me and was exceedingly polite. I'm sure I tried his patience with my hem-hawing around trying to make various decisions, but he never let on. I am completely happy with the deal I got and with my new 2017 Kia Sportage LX. I took it on a 200-mile fall foliage drive the day after I bought it, and my gas mileage was a little better than expected. Everything is a 10 !!! And I love the burnished copper color----
I might add that Ken Wallace spent a lot of time talking with me the night before I took a test drive, even though he knew I was meeting Ryan the next day. It was closing time, but he didn't seem to mind. He answered a lot of my preliminary questions. Ken is another excellent employee.

I had an excellent experience at Haasz. I found out about the dealership through US News & World report. The US News & World report website gave me the 3 best prices for Chrysler Pacifica's in the area. I also had been to other dealerships in the area prior to that so I was aware of the prices. Michael Lynch was fantastic. He was very nice and friendly as soon as I walked in. He gave me the best price for the Pacifica out of all the dealerships I've been to. He also gave me a great price for my trade in. He was very knowledgeable. They did not have the model and color I wanted so he was able to get me the exact car I wanted from another dealership with no extra charges. Brennan Scott helped with the paper work and was very nice. Eric McCauley was the Allstate insurance rep. at the dealership. He gave me a much better price compared to Geico. He was very knowledgeable as well. Mary Scott did the financing paperwork and was great. Everybody at the dealership was nice and super friendly. I highly recommend Haasz.

When I contacted this dealership about a Charger they had just reduced online, I was contacted immediately. They were very helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner. They were very accommodating and even picked me up at my home the day I purchased the vehicle. When I walked into the dealership, they even greeted me by my first name! I could not have felt more comfortable.
They went above and beyond my expectations. When getting all my paperwork together for financing Jen Giunti was A+, not only did she beat my credit union rate I already had, she took it upon herself to get me a better rate, something she did not have to do. She also reduced my payment to what I was comfortable with in the payment plan. I could not have asked for an easier purchase. She was very honest, friendly, and informative.
My salesman Norm McCreery was also outstanding. He had the car ready, and took his time showing me all the features of this advanced system, more than I was used to. The price on the car was lower than any dealer in NE Ohio for a New Dodge Charger so I did not have to negotiate anything as it was already a steal of a deal. Norm had a great personality and made me laugh!
I will for sure come back to this dealer and spread the word of my positive experience. This is how buying a car should be! Other dealerships should take note because my experience with some of the other Dodge dealerships were nothing less than a joke. If you do not let them beat your price elsewhere, you are missing out on saving a lot of money.

I came in because the service light was on. It turned out my rear 4 wheel drive was locked. Your guys offered me a new one ($1200), &I used one for much less. I chose the old one as I have a 2005 Cherokee & I don't offroad a lot. I also had questions about normal upkeep on a 4 wheel drive car, and wasn't sure if I had follow all the 10,000, 30,000, 100,000 check up parts/procedures, but was told you guys do that as well. 😊

On August 8 I went to Grogan's since they had a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn that I was interested in. Prior to going to the dealership I was contacted by Rami Odeh in the sales department. Rami was tremendous for a lot reasons. First, he was very prompt in replying to me whether it was by phone or text. He sent me pictures of the truck and even had it detailed just for me to take it for a test drive. After a couple of days of just exchanging information including finding out a pay out amount on my Jeep I set up a time to go and meet Rami.
I really didn't think I'd walk out that day trading in my Jeep and leasing the Ram truck, but it happened. It all happened in about 3 hours!! Yes, it's true you can go to a dealership and walk out in a very short amount of time in a brand new vehicle.
Rami and the Sales Manager, Omar Rummuny, were a pleasure to work with. There was no high pressure, no tricks or deception, no need to go back and forth and seek approval from some invisible person. It was ALL very straight forward, start to finish. We agreed on trade in price on Jeep and everything else went as smooth as possible.
Bre S. in the finance office was also very helpful. She explained everything and made the final paper transaction as simple as possible.
I drove about 40 miles to this dealership. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Definitely see Rami and the fine folks at Grogan for an easy-going buying experience.

I have been doing business with Al Smith for near 20 years now. Unlike Tom Merrill I have never had an issue returning a part even a special ordered part. They are by far the fairest and most honest dealership in NW Ohio SE Mich. Service is beyond reproach, John is fair and if there is an issue he does his very best to make it right! Unlike every other Chrysler dealership in this area and yes I had been to all of them! Have bought both new and used vehicles from them, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep 16 in total! Just picked up a 2015 Ram Eco-diesel in December.

I had decided what I wanted before walking into the dealership. I have always hated car buying but this time was an exception. I told the salesman Scott M. what I wanted and he went out of his way to make sure I got exactly that. When I said I didn't want him to try to shove a bunch of extra things down my throat, he respected that (Truly a First!)
If I ever buy another car, it will be from Charlie's Dodge!

After a couple of bad experiences with Chrysler/Dodge dealerships. This one was tops. They serviced my Dodge Caravan that was in for an ABS problem and provided me with a rental at no cost to me. By the way, the other two dealerships would not take my Van in to service. The reason being; it was under a recall for this problem and was covered under a life time warranty. The other two were Bob Eddy of Austintown and Preston in New Castle. Finally, my screen name of unhappy customer does not apply to Columbiana Dodge at all. I used that name for the other two reviews.

My husband and I had been scouring ads for the perfect used truck, and knew prices for that model were better in Ohio. Finding a vehicle that was in excellent condition like we wanted, at the right price point, and also at a dealer that seemed reputable was a bit of a challenge. The last thing we wanted was to waste time, effort, and a lengthy road trip. Fortunately, the perfect truck showed up at Dan Hemm. Nikki was the salesperson, and she was informative, helpful, and responsive. After reviewing a lot of photos, and discussing the vehicle with her at length, I felt like there was a good chance it was what we were looking for. Price negotiation was very straightforward and business like, and not filled with the typical dealer excuses, schmucky sales pitches, or strong-arming (I work in marketing/communication, and am very aware when I am being "sold" something. I loathe those spiels). We agreed on a price point after a bit of countering, and I felt good about it. When I arrived at the dealership, our truck was beautiful and as represented. I looked it over, took it on a test drive, and the transaction was finished very quickly with no surprises. Nikki also gave me a ride to the car rental service so I could drop off my one-way rental. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this dealership again.
