I was there for service on a new truck that was throwing codes. Robert handled everything very well, even though the truck was not fixed the first time I picked it up. I got 5 miles away and it did it again. Eventually, they did work out exactly what the problem was and 100 miles later it’s running great. I’m here from Wilmington, North Carolina, which is about 640 miles away. Wow this Hyundai did interfere with my vacation and added to my stay. Robert did a great job getting me loaner cars and staying in touch on it. Kudos to Robert G!

Our service person is Lori Newnam and she has been great, very organized, and quick to get me through the process. Richard shuttled me to my office and back, very helpful.

I found myself stranded in the Youngstown area after getting off the turnpike. My check engine light came on, starting flashing and my car wanted to stall. I worked with service rep Heather at Preston Hyundai and she took incredible care of me. They were super busy with appointments and other emergencies but she was great with me and took my car in promising to keep me updated. I had to leave the car for the week and with the Thanksgiving holiday involved, I had it back in perfect shape. Thanks to this service department. I highly recommend.
