Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I had been searching for a 2025 Mazda Miata GT in Aero Gray with Nappa Tan for about two weeks, contacting nearly a dozen dealerships with no luck. Most had no idea about the port holds or accurate color combinations available—which made the process incredibly frustrating. That changed the moment I found my car at Preston Mazda. Not only was it available, but the needed part was already on the way. Despite being over 14 hours away in Mississippi, the entire purchasing process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Mike Ruebin, the manager, who coordinated everything seamlessly with my salesperson, Scott Brubaker. Scott kept me updated every step of the way and even picked me up from the airport in Pittsburgh—after a 10-hour flight delay. That kind of service is rare. They truly went above and beyond for me. When I’m ready for my next Miata, I’ll happily make the 13-hour drive back just to work with them again.
