Polite, honest, professional staff - Commoner
Mr. Paul Dean and his colleagues were friendly and pleasant. I felt as if I had known them for years. Mr. Dean listened to my interests and concerns, and met each of them with thoughtful, realistic solutions. I will shop there again, and have no reservations recommending them to my family and friends.
Great job! - jeep
Love my new vehicle! Chris did not pressure me. I changed my mine about the color, he found the vehicle I wanted. Could not have asked for better service.
Excellent Buying Peocess - Happy New Car Owner
The process of purchasing that special car may be very staggering and stressful.
Not at Bob Frensley.
While you will test drive the vehicle, make sure you are getting the accessory you want, and kick the tires (all you would do at any dealership) the time to set down to get your fair deal and the experience will differ from dealership to dealership. My experience at Bob Frensley was
Exceptional. They listened to me, knew my expectations, and took the "dreaded, time consuming process into a shortened and relaxed experience".
Each individual I worked with throughout the process was very professional. They took the time to answer questions and explain each operrional function of the vehicle.
While haven purchased many vehicles over the years, I will say this was the best vehicle buying experience I have had.
Both line - Fair deal with great people.
Bought 2016 Dodge Charger SXT Plus. - Sonya R
We were very pleased with our buying experience at Crown of Chattanooga. I would recommend to anyone buying a car to ask for Chris Schrader who was our salesman. He was very nice and not pushy, which definitely gets an A+ in my book. He helped us on our trade in and got us a great deal on my new Dodge Charger, which I absolutely love. He showed us how to use all the bells and whistles including Uconnect, synced our phones and answered any questions we had. He made our first experience buying a car from Crown of Chattanooga an absolute pleasant one.
I would also like to say, Thank you and bless you Chris for your service as a marine.
Impressed with Crown - Carrie Drake
I recently purchased a vehicle from Crown and was impressed at how smooth and efficient Crown does business. I appreciated the relaxed, homey feel of the dealership. However, I was most impressed with my sales rep., Ronny Jones. Ronny is a very honest, caring and charismatic individual who clearly takes pride in his work.
Excellent Car Buying Experience - TrailHawk2016
Thanks to Car Salesperson Amber, for taking her time with me in my first Jeep car ride experience. I thought I did my homework in researching, but Amber had much more knowledge. If she wasn't 100% sure of the answer she knew which guru to ask for answers. Low pressure experience, wish all my previous experiences would have gone so well. The car I purchased was the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk demo car. I had a trade in which was valued close to what I received. I had a pleasant experience as well with the manager and finance salesman. All questions were answered politely and respectfully, even the dumb ones I asked. Give them a shot if not for just a demo ride, the Trail Hawk is an awesome ride, ask for Amber!
James Yarbrough was AMAZING - Jana M Yarbrough
James Yarbrough put me in the PERFECT Jeep for my budget! My payment was LOWER on my new car than on the one I traded! Great place, great salesman!
Best car buying experience. - Wells1436
They have a great selection, and friendly staff. I had Walter as a salesman he was not pushy he didn't have a bad attitude, he was very helpful, he definitely earned my return business.
Exceptional Experience - Laimuten
We were looking for a very specific color and option set on a Chrysler 200C. We found the car Humboldt Chrysler a 2 hour drive from home.
Mark Warden and Karl Kitzman made it worth our while to make the trip to Humboldt.
The rest of the process was equally pleasant and we drove home with exactly what we wanted.
We would definitely drive that distance again.
Great Experience! - Glenn
Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....
Pleasurable experience with entire staff. - gregorygaskill
Friendly without being 'down your neck' aggressive sales person, knew the product, was concerned about our needs and answered all of our questions. If a person can say they enjoyed spending that amount of money on one thing, it was purchasing the Santa Fe Sport from Alan Vines Hyundai. Happy we came to look and love our new vehicle. Julie Gaskill
GREAT! - WilliamPowers
I had an amazing experience at Farris Motor Company and I was happily advised by Dee Walker and Jamie Picquet! They explained to me the details of my credit situation and Dee let me know how I could be in position to purchase a vehicle. A new one wasn't in mind but hard work goes a long way. I didn't purchase on my first visit as it was my second visit I'd do so! Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and I felt as if I were at home! This has been an unbeatable experience! I highly recommend this dealership!
Back for seconds.... - Katie Avery
We're happy with both Bill Presley and Lenoir City Dodge. We purchased our second 16 Challenger Scat Pack from Bill. Got a good deal on our trade-in and they fixed a boo boo on the bumper that happened at the dealership prior to our purchase. My husband and I are both happy with our cars and how we were treated by Bill and Lenoir City Dodge.
Christina and mike were amazing! - Jason Johnson
We worked with the dealership over the course of a week. Great communication, superb attitude, and the willingness to try every possibility to put us in exactly what we wanted. He was thorough and very honsest with us with every detail. Will definitely be going back!
Management strives to satisfy - Shay
After purchasing a used 2014 Dodge Challenger on 3/10, the week of 3/17 we noticed shaking after we'd slow down from reaching 75 mph. After taking it into the dealership to get it repaired (brakes/rotors), we were called with an actual quote to have the car fixed. Unsatisfied with the response we received, David (Manager) was able to arrange the repairs at a cost we deemed fair. Many thanks to David for his diligence to our situation. It shows that even a large dealership is capable of giving each and every customer the time/attention they so very much deserve. My husband will be dropping off his car this week for service; he finally will be able enjoy the car he was so excited to purchase.

Once I entered the Collierville dealership , my angels were already waiting for me. Anthony and Brandon were great. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you
Salesperson great - Brad Dupkoski
Well we test drove the dart. The salesman jason huffine was super nice and honest. We didn't purchase a car from them so not sure on rest of staff. But if the rest are like him then probably be good.
Horrible - armyvet715
Horrible absolutely atrocious. I am a disabled veteran and went to buy a second car here and was sold a piece of crap and when we went back to them I had a sales man literally get up in my face and try to fight me. Telling me to go go xxxx my self. This dealership is a disgrace to Johnson City. This is not how we treat our citizens and certainly not any where near professional. I am high disappointed with them.
Mickey Dolan - switchdog
Worked hare to get the payment I wanted. Took care of me and a great salesperson. Will be back for that challenger R/T in a few.
Missing Tammy - MissinTammy
Tammy the service mgr at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the best service provider I have ever seen. She takes care of her service customers as if she owns the dealership. She really bends over backwards to give you the fair honest service she would want herself. The unfortunate thing is she is leaving the dealership and because of that I will not be back unless I have an issue under warranty. Had I known of this site earlier, I would have told the world how amazing and wonderfully caring she is long before now. Tammy you are an amazing gift to all of the people who have been enriched by you. Thank you for all of the times that you took such amazing care of me and the people who work with you. The dealership has lost a critical operational piece and a tremendous customer advocate. Where ever your next opportunity takes you, I hope that you are as loved cared for and appreciated as you are by your customers here. Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will never be the same without you.
Last note about the service dept, I think they need to remove that $10.50 repair paperwork charge
Horrible experience - AlissaHoll86
I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I live out of state. I went to the credit union before driving such a long way. The dealership sent all the prices and taxes and the estimate I was given at the bank was only $5 off what I wanted my payment to be. I gave all this information back to the dealership and was told it was guaranteed to happen they would get me within this $5 no problem. So I made the 3 hour drive up from Alabama. When I arrived at the dealership nothing was what they said. They tried to force a very high interest rate on me, triple what I was offered at the credit union. I have an excellent credit score of over 800. They also tried to push the max loan term allowed on me. Absolutely not!!! The bad part is they put it in the loan to begin with without asking me, even though they knew what I said I wanted the loan term to be, and I didn't find out they did this until I specifically asked. When I refused this it became an issue, even though at the lower options the payments were still in my range. They tried to lowball me for my car and tell me that because it needed new Rodors that should be a price deduction of $2000. It took an entire day of arguing and me leaving almost several times before they gave me that $5 that would be "NO PROBLEM." If I hadn't drove such a long way I would have never purchased from here. The finance guy Bob was extremely rude. Everytime they had to make a concession he slammed papers across the desk, cussed, and even eventually would no longer answer my questions he just acted like he didn't hear me. That should have been the point that I walked out. But since I drove such a long way I decided to just do it since it eventually ended up where I wanted it to be. Well when I got home I discovered I had been lied to about several things. The sticker on the window stated the car had a CD player, which I still have this sticker, but the car does not have one. I was also told by 3 Different salesman including the sales manager that the car had a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty and I have this saved in texts to prove it. When I took it to the dealership at home it is in fact only 5 year 60,000 mile. Then today I get the call that they miscalculated the sales tax for the tag. Now all this paperwork was already signed on the bill of sale and finalized last week, but they missed $144. They called wanting me to pay and when I refused to pay for THEIR error they are now withholding my information that I need to get my tag until it's paid. Which sounds pretty illegal. After I stated this now their plan is to send it unpaid so that if I want a tag I will have to pay it myself. After I was told this by Sheryl I demanded to speak to the general manager Billy and she refused to give me his number. When I stated this was enough that I was going to leave a review of how they have treated me here, she hung up on me. I called back and No one at the dealership will give me his number or let me speak with him. What they say and what they actually do are two very different things. Save yourself the trouble and don't purchase from here!!
Fantastic job - Cjrissyz
Lance LaGraff was our sales guy. He was wonderful with getting the deal and car that we wanted He truly is a very nice guy !If your thinking about getting another car or a new one you need to see him !
Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!
From Purchase to Service...that's who they are! - Rheap
We purchased our 2016 Jeep Patriot on January 19th, 2016. This vehicle has delivered all that we hoped for. We wondered if the delearship could do the same. We are happy to say they have! We received notice well in advance (from the dealership) that our Patriot was due for it's first service. THANK YOU, STACY! We scheduled the service and received above and beyond what we expected from a dealership. We live more than 50 miles away from Rocky Top. The distance is nothing compared to the friendly and concerned service we now know we will find at this dealership.
Thank you to Rocky Top for a great job!!
Triple A Experience - Gsplprch1
I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.
PRICE GAMES AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALES MANAGER - TennesseeGator
Played price games to get me in the door. The vehicle I was interested in was dirty inside, had body grease on the seats and smelled like BO. They got me in there on an Internet price, told me over the phone they'd talk price if we came in, then wouldn't come off it a dime. Told us "we have to pay the light bill somehow." Whatever. If you're going to do that just be up front and say we don't negotiate, all prices are fixed. When I called him on it he became rude and condescending. The owner was supposed to call me because he heard I was upset. Never did. They lost a sale and a customer.
never do buisness with these people in morristown - lesters
They lie and will run credit after being told ya preaproved then try get try truck home with check engin lite on and they told me truck was already sold guy just didnt bring in dp of 1k and salesman dont told me truck sold and guy had it but bank wouldnt finance it be very careful with these people any thing make money rather ride bike than give them cent
Horrible customer service - catwdhc
We were looking to purchase a new Renegade for my parents. Sales person (Corey) was very polite and tried to be helpful. Managers were terrible. Did not return call did not like being questioned on pricing and told us if we didn't like it we were welcome to go somewhere else....SO we did and spend out $32K at a different dealership on a car very similar to what we were going to buy here. Will never go back. If all the reviews are accurate then neither will a lot of other people.
Horrible experience! Lies and dishonest actions! - davide
Had to deal with three different sales people and one manager. First salesperson didn't give a crap, second sales person came across as honest but put me with another salesperson because he had family event to go to and third salesperson was young and was unaware that he was obviously being taught really bad habits. Then one of the many supposed managers took sent him to another customer and stepped in.
This dealership DOES NOT CARE what you or anyone else thinks! They go from sale to sale and do whatever they have to to get the deal and do not care about the aftermath of negative reviews.
Either the finance guy is a snake or the salesperson lied to me. The finance guy tried to slide a $1,895 extended warranty in our financing and we caught him at it. He said the salesperson told him to do it and the salesperson said he did not tell him to do it. He also tried to slide a $195 charge in the financing too and we caught him at that too. I complained to the customer service person and the dealer and managers would not respond to me.
We found a loose thread in the driver seat and it needed to be replaced under warranty so they needed to take pictures and make a report for Chrysler. It was made clear that the thread was not to be cut. Before we left the dealership someone cut the thread in an attempt to hide it like it wasn't really there or to think we were stupid enough to think it was ok and fixed. They ended up having to replace the whole seat cover.
This dealership operates on old style sales gimmicks and old style crooked ways of screwing the customer, at least in our experience.
Do yourself a big favor and just go somewhere else. None of the dealerships are perfect but this is the worst.
The girl that handles the customer service was nice and tried hard to make things right but it hardly helps after getting treated like you do before meeting her.
The service team seemed to be good. I had no issues with them in the process of getting the seat fixed.
