Ashley, in the service department, is amazing! She was so helpful and friendly. She was seriously the best service Rep I've ever worked with at a dealership.
Excellent customer service! - Crystal F.
My husband and I were looking at Durangos in June. We live in Arrington and found one online we were interested in at this lot . We called and spoke with Chris Fournier. He was very professional and informative. Upon arrival, Chris had the Durango ready for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This was my dream car. It had everyone I wanted. Paperwork went smoothly and everything was awesome. Chris follow up with us a couple of times to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Three months later I was driving and another car came around a curve on my side of the road and totalled my Durango. I was heartbroken. We called Chris to let him know what had happened. They didn't have what we were looking for. So I looked at dozens of lots. I saw lots of Durangos, but they just couldn't compare to my other one. Then Chris called saying he had gotten in TWO Durangos that were identical to my other one (just different colors). Once again paperwork went smoothly and Chris was extremely helpful. Now 4 days later he has already contacted me to check on everything. I feel like he has gone above and beyond the normal role of car salesman. Highly recommend!

Tire patch - Goldia Robles
I had a slow leak in my tire. Even though I have a Toyota, I took it to my trusted Dodge service dept in Cleveland. From the minute I walked in, I was treated great by Danielle. I was in/ out in only minutes. Service team there is amazing!
Great experience! - Tcvandy2001
I bought a really nice Dodge Ram, and I worked with James Atkins and Mr. Glick. Both were very courteous and professional. James showed me all the options on the truck, took me on a tour of the dealership, and the service center. I am very pleased with my experience!
Great Experience! - Glenn
Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....
Fast and Easy - Skan K. Hunt
Folks at Gupton helped track down the very vehicle I was looking for. Wanted a combination of a couple of trim packages they had in stock, so Daniel (sales mgr) tracked one down and had it in town in 24 hours.
Great Experience - jmaxey4204

The whole staff was respectful and kind.

Elantra Purchase - della.m.coleman
Great service. Excellent assistance. I felt taken care of from the time I entered to the time I completed my purchase. I also greatly appreciated the check up call after my purchase. If I live close to Alan Vines I will definitely return for any future automotive purchases.
Wonderful experience! - Phil34
Great local dealership with professional sales support. The sales person Dustin Nadeau provided me with all the necessary information and help to purchase the vehicle. He stayed a step ahead of me.
Sales associate - Tiffany Fugate - SavannahTN
I was contacted by Tiffany in response to a internet inquiry about a 2016 Dodge Ram in Nov. 2016.
Any questions , concerns were answered in a timely manner. I found her representation of the dealership to be courteous, kind and professional. She was prepared with all the information I requested in our phone, text or email contacts. Upon my arrival to the dealership Tiffany greeted me at the door, had the truck cleaned and available for a test drive. She also understood/respected I was on a short timeline when I arrived. Long story short, the next day she drove the vehicle 2.5 hours (one way) after a full workday and personally delivered the vehicle! She stayed true to her words from start to finish. Class act.
I would HIGHLY recommend Tiffany Fugate to others in search of a vehicle.
She paid attention to my budget. She did not use pressure sales tactics (thank you). It is obvious she takes pride in her customer service skills. Five starts for her quality of work, friendliness and customer service.
FYI: I contacted three other Dodge Dealership internet services concerning similar vehicles and it was not even close after the first initial contact. Her work was heads and shoulders above the other three internet contacts.
The three star rating (shown above) for the dealership is for management. Three managers at the building/showroom/lot that evening and not one took the time to introduce themselves. As a first time visitor/potential customer in your dealership I hope you would extend that common courtesy. Next time please. Thanks.
Ask for Ron Radcliffe. - Anlig
We bought our Jeep at Beamon because of our salesman Ron Radcliffe. We searched many available new and used Jeep's online. We went to look at a few used at other dealers. However, we had many questions that only a knowledgeable salesperson could help us with. Ron never rushed us and was very patient as he looked for the perfect one for us. Beamon gave us a fair price with no haggling. We are very happy with our purchase but we could not have made the appropriate choice for us without Ron's knowledge of the Jeep product. We highly recommend you ask for him if you go to Beamon to shop for your next car.
Great saleman Poor Finance staff!! - Pam123
I wasted 3 hours of after a long day at work sitting in this place. TO MAKE it clear I told the sales man I would only come if making a deal was real. So I told them my terms before I went. So I had deal ready to go sales manager and I went back and forth agreed on a deal. I have a great job and great credit no problem. I waited 3 hours on finance guy to see me. When he finally did he decide to tell me that he would have to wait until the bank opens to talk with them but it shouldn't be an issue. He said I will call you the next morning. Well the next morning came no call so went by there he said "oh i forgot the banks are closed" I said I would just keep my current car. WASTE OF TIME!!!! NO Customer service!!
Overprice scam - MARVIN HOPLAND
Received coupon for $25.00 towards oil change. Found that oil change is $6o,oo - more than other vendors without coupon. Will never have any work don on my Chrysler at this dealership.
The worst car buying experience I have ever had. - The auto pro
The worst Buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a used car from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Eagle Ram. When I was finishing the purchase. I instructed the the closing department that I live in Kentucky. They told me no there's no problem. I find out when I get it licensed in Kentucky that took the wrong amount of money out for the tax. In addition, Should never charge me a sales tax at all due to the fact that Kentucky charges me sales tax direct. Then they charged me for calling a few times for my insurance card. Took the money from the tax that was incorrectly issued to me. So so I have filed a complaint the Tennessee department of Commerce.... Please be aware of this dealership
Salesperson great - Brad Dupkoski
Well we test drove the dart. The salesman jason huffine was super nice and honest. We didn't purchase a car from them so not sure on rest of staff. But if the rest are like him then probably be good.
Great Deal! - Nanna & Pa to K&K
Devin, Greg, Wes, and the entire staff are great to deal with. You won't find any group of people who will work harder to earn your business. They are friendly down to earth guys that will make your entire car-buying experience less "PAINFUL". We have had a really great time with the whole gang. We even watched history in the making together as the 45th president of the United States was inaugurated. The price we paid deserves 10 stars!!!!
The most Jeeps anywhere! - Rebecca Boyette
We had a very good buying experience at this place, which is more than I can say about any other car purchase I have ever made. We told them going in we didn't want to be there all day...and we weren't! Once we picked out our Jeep (and they had the largest selection I have ever seen!) We were done in about 40 minutes! That is record time! Worked, with David...he was such a great guy! He helped us find the one we wanted! We will definitely recommend him to our friends!
Couldn't fix my car had it for 6 months - Kk
They could not fix my Dodge Charger and gave up trying to help me get it on the road without it shutting off. When I got the car back they cut wires didn't tape or fix them back properly. Broke my pcm wire locks and had grease on the inside of car
Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!
Buy at your own risk. - Customer
1.Lied about the mileage and still wanted me to take vehicle( I refused) and yes paperwork was done.
2. Got a different vehicle after getting lied to about the 1st, signed some more paperwork etc. Got home, NO drive out tag! (The salesman says) "oh, you didn't tell me". I'm the customer, do your job ANDY.
3. I asked to have my tags mailed, because I had been back forth to the dealership on their mishaps. They said ,fine, will do ,no problem. I even called to make certain that the employees knew, hey this guy asked for his to mailed. I got confirmation "yes sir ,it will be mailed" Some time later I get a call"Sir, your tags are ready to be picked up!"(at the dealership) SMH!
4.Sometime after that, Jim calls me and says can you give me the Vin# to your vehicle, we're trying to figure something out". Something about keys. Anyway, he said he would back let me know the result of whatever it was he was figuring. I'm still waiting on that call, it's been 5days now.
5. My tags finally come via mail, liked I asked. Awesome right? NOOO! The employees there gave me the wrong vehicle registration!(different vehicle)Can we say incompetent?
6. I called about the incorrect registration and all, spoke with Toni, who was very pleasant to talk to. She reassured me that the problem was being handled, thanks Toni! She also reassured me that they would overnight me another drive out tag, because of course the 1st is about to expire. The next day comes and the FedEx guy drops off the envelope to my home, I open the envelope and there is nothing inside! I have been reasonble(hadnt rasie my voice, used my manners, yes sir, yes ma'am etc)with these ppl with all the screw ups i have endured from and they contiunely screw up. It seems ,now that it is purposely being done. (It may not be true). But you cannot blame a person for thinking that way. Needless to say, I will never purchase a vehicle from again and of course they don't care. Guys reading this! Do not expect great service from them. Purchase there if you want, but DO NOT expect great, good, fair ,I'm etc service from them. I hope you do ,though.
Just Plain Bad! - Joseph L.
We bought a brand new Jeep Renegade from East Tennessee Dodge on July 5, 2016 for $24,368. About two weeks into owning the vehicle, we had to put a quart of oil in it. I just thought that maybe the dealership did not fill the oil before we bought it.
The next month, when checking the oil, it was down again. I put another quart of oil in the vehicle. This time I thought it must have to do with the break in period – given that it is a brand new vehicle.
Then, in the third month, we were out driving on some back roads when the vehicle flashed “low oil pressure” three quick times (within a minute) and then just simply froze up in the middle of the road. Luckily there wasn’t traffic around us at the time. We ended up putting in one quart of oil there. Got it started again and drove to the nearest Walmart and put in another quart there – just to make it back home.
This was when we took it to the dealership the first time on October 5, 2016.
They said that they could not see a leak and wanted to do a consumption test. They filled up the oil, added a dye and told us to come back in 1,000 miles.
We didn’t make that 1,000 miles before it was more than a quart low again. So, we took it back on October 18, 2016. This time, they said that there was a leak at the back on the oil pan. We asked where did all the oil go – at least 4 quarts that we put in ourselves? They stated that it all went on a cross member under the car (which was strange as there has been no signs of an oil leak – not under the car or on our garage floor).
This time they changed the oil pan (so they claim) and put some type of form-a-gasket sealant on the oil pan, filled it back up and told us to drive another 500 miles to see what happens.
Know that at this time, we were afraid to drive the vehicle (and we had reason). However, we tried to put the miles on it to see what would happen. We did not even make it the 500 miles before it was ¾ of a quart low and not wanting to drive it any more. Plus, we figured out where all that oil, some 4+ quarts, was going. It went into the catalytic converter. We found this out because there was so much oil in the converter that it began to blow out on our garage floor from the exhaust pipe. We took it back in on November 10, 2016 and explain the problem and the oil. The service manager stated (at that time) that both the engine and the catalytic converter needed to be changed out.
11/23/2016 – we picked the vehicle up today only to find out that they changed the engine but did not touch the catalytic converter. We called up the service manager and all he told us was that Chrysler would not reimburse them for it. I did get an email from the general manager at East Tennessee Dodge who states; “Chrysler has refused to put a convertor in the car because they claim it is undamaged by the oil consumption.” Which is strange given that it was their own service manager who stated that it needed to be changed.
Now, we have a $25,000 defective, unsafe vehicle that cannot breath. I wonder how long that will last until it dies again? I guess customer safety is out. I guess this warranty is no good. And, I guess they just royally screwed us.
I also tried to contact Chrysler. I used their online form. I received a response that said they would push this off on someone else and that group would call me in 48 hours. Well, I am still waiting.
Triple A Experience - Gsplprch1
I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

Rude and unprofessional customer service, steer clear!! - Denis Sverdlov
Spoke with a used car manager Tim today in regards to a price for a used car vehicle, felt like he was blatantly lying to me, when I tried to ask him follow up questions he hung up. Steer clear of this dealership, the other reviews are in line with what I would expect based on my recent experience!
