Best car buying experience I've had! - rdg
I have bought a number of cars during my adult life, and my experience at Cumberland Auto was the best I've had. Before the purchase, I communicated a number of times online with Katy Mantone, the internet salesperson at Cumberland, about a new Dodge Challenger that I was interested in. Katy was extremely helpful and provided important info about incentives and trade-in values. When I went to the dealership to test drive the Challenger, she was equally helpful and accommodating. During the purchase process, Andy Claborn was great to work with in finalizing the deal, and tried very hard to make a deal that worked well for me. I got a terrific deal on the Challenger, and a trade-in price that I doubt I could have gotten anywhere else in this area. Mike Dickenson took care of the financing in a very helpful and professional way. The entire dealership seemed dedicated to customer service and making the purchase experience an easy and pleasant one. As I was driving off in the new Challenger, Katy came outside and flagged me down to tell me that they had found an extra incentive on the price that had been overlooked. I came back inside and Mike rewrote the purchase documents to include the extra incentive, which saved me $500. Most dealerships would not have bothered to do this.
Excellent experience - Jeannie52
This dealership was by far the best I have ever dealt with. No pressure to buy. Upfront and honest. And the best car salesman who was a pleasure to help us get an awesome car.

The sales people where very friendly and happy to help me in any way possible to get the car I wanted to the price I wanted to pay monthly for it!!
Excellent experience - blondi2779
I was able to leave my jeep for a day and have it completely fixed. Four recalls were taken care of and I was able to have a cleaned, beautiful jeep returned to me.
Great - Yellowjacket
Cody was friendly. Got my vehicle in the shop in a timely manner. Made sure I was well informed of how long the oil change was going to take. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others
Great Selection of Rams - Brock Loy
Just bought a Silver 2016 1500 Big Horn Crewcab 4x4 at Bob Frensley. Great experience here and very knowledgable and up to beat salesman Jason Whittle. Jason was great with any questions I had and worked with me on getting it to the monthly price I was looking for. Overall a great experience, I would recommend giving Bob Frensley a chance with your future business!

Exceptional Experience - Laimuten
We were looking for a very specific color and option set on a Chrysler 200C. We found the car Humboldt Chrysler a 2 hour drive from home.
Mark Warden and Karl Kitzman made it worth our while to make the trip to Humboldt.
The rest of the process was equally pleasant and we drove home with exactly what we wanted.
We would definitely drive that distance again.
Great Experience! - Glenn
Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....
More than a car dealership - Temperance2005
We went in with no expectations, our credit use to be really good but our little girl had to have surgery and emergency care, all the hospital bills and doctor bills pilled up and our credit was ruined, in just 6 short months. Mr. Farris called and got someone to take a chance on us. They got our payment where we needed it. I honestly didn't think it would happen. it took a while, but we drove off with a brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot. It's our first ever New vehicle, the last car we bought a year and a half ago was a used one from another car place we got screwed over which is why we needed something else.
A man of his word. - Raymond F.
After buying a used Dodge Durango, a handshake promise wasn't honored by the dealership. Buyer beware, make copies, get signatures.
The sales representative that I worked with fought the dealership to do the right thing and honor the deal. The dealership would not. In the end Ethan Estenoz personally made it right. Ethan has proven to be a man of his word, and that is a rare quality today. I highly recommend anyone shopping at this dealership to only deal with Ethan, he will definitely do you right.
Thanks for the outstanding service Ethan, you have earned all of my future business.
Poor communication and no follow through - elliottwp
I won't be returning there again. After seeing a vehicle they had for sale I called to ask about it. I told the salesman, Jersey, my price range and the vehicle I had for trade-in and what I wanted to to get for it. He told me everything sounded good and he didn't see any reason he couldn't do it. After telling him that it would be 122 mile drive he assured me there wouldn't be a problem. After arriving I drove the truck we sat down to discuss pricing. That's when things went south. They offered me $5,000 less than the trade-in value of my vehicle and wanted to put me out the door a total of $5,000 more than the price we discussed on the phone. After spending about 45 min haggling back and forth and getting the sales manager, Roy, involved we agreed on a price that was still $2000 more than what we discussed over the phone prior to making the drive. The vehicle had a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace, and told me at the beginning that I could take the truck into a local shop to get replaced and they would take of it so that I wouldn't have to drive 122 miles back to get it replaced there. After all the paperwork was signed, Jersey informed me that I would have to come back there to get the windshield replaced. I reminded him of the agreement and he said there was nothing he could do. After leaving I will say I love the truck but dealing with them has been frustrating. I had to reschedule the first appointment to have the windshield replaced. Communication was poor. Also after 3 weeks the loan on my trade in still hadn't been paid off. I finally decided I would call Roy, the sales manager, about my problems. He seemed annoyed with me that I was calling about this, however he did assist me in setting up a new appointment and found that the dealership didn't send the payoff to my bank until 2 weeks after we made the deal. The check finally showed up at my bank 3 and a half weeks after the trade in. My appointment was set for a Wed at 11 am. After making the 2 hour drive to the dealership the service department didn't have me on the schedule and all they knew was that the windshield company that does their work "was supposed to be there sometime today" but they weren't sure when. I had to wait over an hour for the company to show up. After the windshield was replaced we left as fast as possible. I will do everything in my power to never have to deal with those people again. There is a complete communication break down and the sales team seemed like they would say whatever they needed in ordered to get you there. Once you are there all bets are off.
Great prices, better people - Volmandan
What a great experience from these folks! Starting with Joe and internet team, then being handed over to Roger to ensure our families needs and expectations were met, they are truly a group of professionals that put the customer before the make or model. I called Joe to inform him of my trade and verify pricing and see if there were any hidden fees prior to making the 2.5 hour drive. They were very courteous and pricing is the best around for the vehicle I purchased. They beat the deals in pricing up front so you don't need to worry about playing games, and are very fair on trade vehicles. That trip saved me nearly 4K, and hours of needless games. Snow White diner next door was a nice place to grab a burger while they cleaned my new ride too! A+ experience.

Management strives to satisfy - Shay
After purchasing a used 2014 Dodge Challenger on 3/10, the week of 3/17 we noticed shaking after we'd slow down from reaching 75 mph. After taking it into the dealership to get it repaired (brakes/rotors), we were called with an actual quote to have the car fixed. Unsatisfied with the response we received, David (Manager) was able to arrange the repairs at a cost we deemed fair. Many thanks to David for his diligence to our situation. It shows that even a large dealership is capable of giving each and every customer the time/attention they so very much deserve. My husband will be dropping off his car this week for service; he finally will be able enjoy the car he was so excited to purchase.
Salesperson great - Brad Dupkoski
Well we test drove the dart. The salesman jason huffine was super nice and honest. We didn't purchase a car from them so not sure on rest of staff. But if the rest are like him then probably be good.

Worse service department ever. - Travis Swanson
I asked them to inspect a 3500 ram for me. they tried to charge me 1200 for a front brake job. They listed 6000 in repairs. i manage a trucking company and took it to my heavy diesel mechanic and only one of the repairs they quoted was actually wrong. They are xxxx and cheaters. They didnt unhook the battery during the inspection and no I have a traction control light on and they wont help me.
Deal was made before we got there! - RJI
I looked for a Jeep Summit on line from a few dealers, I got the best price at Beaman Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer, I dealt with Mike Lutwinski the sales manager. We made a deal for my trade-in and the new Jeep between the internet and telephone. My wife and I went down to pick-up the Jeep, no surprises when we got there, just great people. We dealt with Mike, George Cox sales associate and Jeremy Brooks in Finance. Very friendly, easy to deal with individuals. The whole process took around an hour. Couldn't be happier!!!
AWESOME Experience - Rheap
My husband and I were in the market for a 4X4. After much research we decided on a Jeep product. We decided on the equipment we felt would meet our needs and then reached out through the Jeep website for information. We outlined what we were looking for to the various dealerships. The responses were as different as apples to oranges. One response stood out from the rest. It was from Rocky Top and the individual's name was Stacy. She was honest and genuine. She said they would do their best to find us a vehicle that would meet our needs. Even if it meant ordering one. Most of the other dealerships we talked with sounded as though if it wasn't on the lot, it simply could not be done. We even visited a dealership less than 6 miles from our home.
Rocky Top is a good 50 miles from our home. I would make the trip again without hesitation. Stacy was true to her word. Our salesman, Justin, was great and Tim in the finance department was professional and clearly outlined everything.
Even though they are a bit far away, I will pass our local dealership to take our vehicle to them for service. Awesome experience.

2016 Jeep Rubicon - Rubicon Red
My Sales person (Rick Ingram) was very helpful when it came to getting my new jeep.We went over all the details since I was ordering it.It came in the amount of time that they told me.After it got there I had them lift it for me. They done a great job back in the back. ( Chris done the work for me) He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions.
While they were doing some tire changes for I had to leave my Jeep overnight. Rick took care of me with a vehicle to drive for a day.
I will be doing business with them again the future ! See that they had some bad reviews but, the folks that I dealt with took care of me very well !
Lied to & Tricked - Tricked Buyer
I went to purchase a use 2014 Impala and after find that the radio screen had a few issues I decided on a used 2011 BMW that was priced at 24K which is right at KBB value. The sales people assured me that it had a full service check and there were no issues. I bought the car 11 days ago and have drove between 250 & 300 miles. The CAR NOT LONGER DRIVES. Last night I was driving home from work and a message appeared on the screen saying "drive moderately, Drive train malfunction seek service" I was on Walnut Grove by the agricenter so I figured since I live about 5 miles away I'd drive it home and get in looked at in the morning about half mile later all the instruments and headlight went off and the screen flashed what I believe to had said EDC malfunction before it went dark. The car then would not drive over 35 miles per hour. I took it to a BMW dealer to have it looked at and in need over 4k in repairs. GOSSETT assured me that it pass a complete service test and won't need any repairs until the next schedule maintenance. When I told Gossett of this they basically told me good luck
Lied to me to sell me a older model vehicle. - rjarrett2004
I went to Tri-Cities Dodge to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade and after looking over what they had available I chose the one I wanted. We made a deal and all was good until we went into financing. When the Finance guy handed me the paper work to sign the vin had pulled up as a 2015 Jeep instead of a 2016. I had the ke to the Jeep in my hand and on the chain t stated 2016 and on the window sticker it said 2016. on all the paper work before getting to the financing it stated 2016. So I asked them if i was a mistake. they went to the manager and came back to tell me it was a mistake on there paperwork and hat the 2016 models didn't come out for another 3 months or so. So I trusted the dealer and bought the 2015 Jeep. The said they would order a tow package and put it on for free for me which was nice. After buying the car I realized they forgot to put the floor mats in after detailing it so I turned around . Out of curiosity and being suspicious I pulled over to the row of jeep renegades I was looking at before and decided to run the vin on the jeep that was right beside the one i just bought.... it was a 2016 Jeep renegade. I went back in to explain my concerns and tell them how they misled me into buying an older model and how they lied to me and the manager didn't apologize or offer to help. he said "Congratulations on your new 2015 Jeep Renegade" so of course that made me upset and instead of making a huge scene I left. I got in touch with the GM and he offered me a free oil change. I contacted Jeep and they are contacting them on my behalf. So I guess we will see.
Buyer Beware or Shame on You! - penona
Bachman promised to repair a used car I purchased from them mid-March. After 5 visits over 6 months, Bachman did not repair the car and broke our agreement to do so. The car is still not repaired.
