I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from your - sadiekochans
I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from your dealership in September 2025.
On day one, everything appeared to be in good condition. We drove the vehicle home, and the following day I noticed the stock roof wrap had begun to bubble, which I only saw because my deck is higher than the roofline of the vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the salesperson I purchased the vehicle from.
During that same visit, I asked about the rear hatch operation, specifically whether there was a particular way to lower it (e.g., holding the button versus a single press). When it was demonstrated again, it functioned normally, so I initially assumed it may have been user error.
Another issue involved the Start/Stop system. During the test drive, there were no apparent issues, and I did not notice anything unusual while driving home. However, shortly afterward, a dashboard warning light appeared related to this system.
Since my purchase, I have been working with a different sales representative after my original contact left the dealership. I have experienced repeated delays and lack of clear resolution regarding the roof wrap concern.
Regarding the Start/Stop system and rear hatch, both issues were ultimately confirmed to be actual defects rather than user error. The dealership did address the rear hatch switch; however, the Start/Stop issue was not resolved, as I was told it only “threw a code” recently and therefore would not be covered, despite the issue presenting itself from day one or two of ownership.
I have purchased several vehicles within the Beaman group, and this has been the most disappointing experience I have had. I am very dissatisfied with both the condition of the vehicle and the level of customer service provided.
