I brought my Fiat 500 in for front end service on 5/3/16. Upon returning to pick it up. I noticed a popping noise in the steering column. I brought it to the attention of Judy Mcdowell. We initially thought it was an intermediate steering shaft issue. Instead of sending me home to reschedule, she was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle. This was extremely convenient and less for me to have to worry about. Judy takes genuine interest in the customer's problems and is willing to do what is necessary to resolve the problem. She is an asset the dealership/service department. Thanks again Judy for your willingness to provide excellent customer service.

What a great experience from these folks! Starting with Joe and internet team, then being handed over to Roger to ensure our families needs and expectations were met, they are truly a group of professionals that put the customer before the make or model. I called Joe to inform him of my trade and verify pricing and see if there were any hidden fees prior to making the 2.5 hour drive. They were very courteous and pricing is the best around for the vehicle I purchased. They beat the deals in pricing up front so you don't need to worry about playing games, and are very fair on trade vehicles. That trip saved me nearly 4K, and hours of needless games. Snow White diner next door was a nice place to grab a burger while they cleaned my new ride too! A+ experience.

After purchasing a used 2014 Dodge Challenger on 3/10, the week of 3/17 we noticed shaking after we'd slow down from reaching 75 mph. After taking it into the dealership to get it repaired (brakes/rotors), we were called with an actual quote to have the car fixed. Unsatisfied with the response we received, David (Manager) was able to arrange the repairs at a cost we deemed fair. Many thanks to David for his diligence to our situation. It shows that even a large dealership is capable of giving each and every customer the time/attention they so very much deserve. My husband will be dropping off his car this week for service; he finally will be able enjoy the car he was so excited to purchase.

There has been 2 recalls on my car pretty major. Then I have a problem with back door not shutting in winter and even though I paid for extended warranty they want to charge $100 to diagnose problem! Also don't offer a loaner car even thoug I didnt ask to be here it's because of dodge sloppy work I have to be here anyway!

Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!
Ripped off twice by service - Truckdriver
Avoid getting any work done here. I took my truck in for service and they did not price out the work correctly. Came in to pick it up and the service was almost double what they told me it was going to be. The work they recommended to be done is to be done at 60,000 miles according to the service manual even though the truck only had 29,000 miles on it. They are desperate for your money and will lie to you in order to get it. Truck's check engine light went on the very next day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will never do business at this dealership again. Untrustworthy crooks.

I looked for a Jeep Summit on line from a few dealers, I got the best price at Beaman Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer, I dealt with Mike Lutwinski the sales manager. We made a deal for my trade-in and the new Jeep between the internet and telephone. My wife and I went down to pick-up the Jeep, no surprises when we got there, just great people. We dealt with Mike, George Cox sales associate and Jeremy Brooks in Finance. Very friendly, easy to deal with individuals. The whole process took around an hour. Couldn't be happier!!!
AWESOME Experience - Rheap
My husband and I were in the market for a 4X4. After much research we decided on a Jeep product. We decided on the equipment we felt would meet our needs and then reached out through the Jeep website for information. We outlined what we were looking for to the various dealerships. The responses were as different as apples to oranges. One response stood out from the rest. It was from Rocky Top and the individual's name was Stacy. She was honest and genuine. She said they would do their best to find us a vehicle that would meet our needs. Even if it meant ordering one. Most of the other dealerships we talked with sounded as though if it wasn't on the lot, it simply could not be done. We even visited a dealership less than 6 miles from our home.
Rocky Top is a good 50 miles from our home. I would make the trip again without hesitation. Stacy was true to her word. Our salesman, Justin, was great and Tim in the finance department was professional and clearly outlined everything.
Even though they are a bit far away, I will pass our local dealership to take our vehicle to them for service. Awesome experience.

My Sales person (Rick Ingram) was very helpful when it came to getting my new jeep.We went over all the details since I was ordering it.It came in the amount of time that they told me.After it got there I had them lift it for me. They done a great job back in the back. ( Chris done the work for me) He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions.
While they were doing some tire changes for I had to leave my Jeep overnight. Rick took care of me with a vehicle to drive for a day.
I will be doing business with them again the future ! See that they had some bad reviews but, the folks that I dealt with took care of me very well !
Lied to & Tricked - Tricked Buyer
I went to purchase a use 2014 Impala and after find that the radio screen had a few issues I decided on a used 2011 BMW that was priced at 24K which is right at KBB value. The sales people assured me that it had a full service check and there were no issues. I bought the car 11 days ago and have drove between 250 & 300 miles. The CAR NOT LONGER DRIVES. Last night I was driving home from work and a message appeared on the screen saying "drive moderately, Drive train malfunction seek service" I was on Walnut Grove by the agricenter so I figured since I live about 5 miles away I'd drive it home and get in looked at in the morning about half mile later all the instruments and headlight went off and the screen flashed what I believe to had said EDC malfunction before it went dark. The car then would not drive over 35 miles per hour. I took it to a BMW dealer to have it looked at and in need over 4k in repairs. GOSSETT assured me that it pass a complete service test and won't need any repairs until the next schedule maintenance. When I told Gossett of this they basically told me good luck

I went to Tri-Cities Dodge to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade and after looking over what they had available I chose the one I wanted. We made a deal and all was good until we went into financing. When the Finance guy handed me the paper work to sign the vin had pulled up as a 2015 Jeep instead of a 2016. I had the ke to the Jeep in my hand and on the chain t stated 2016 and on the window sticker it said 2016. on all the paper work before getting to the financing it stated 2016. So I asked them if i was a mistake. they went to the manager and came back to tell me it was a mistake on there paperwork and hat the 2016 models didn't come out for another 3 months or so. So I trusted the dealer and bought the 2015 Jeep. The said they would order a tow package and put it on for free for me which was nice. After buying the car I realized they forgot to put the floor mats in after detailing it so I turned around . Out of curiosity and being suspicious I pulled over to the row of jeep renegades I was looking at before and decided to run the vin on the jeep that was right beside the one i just bought.... it was a 2016 Jeep renegade. I went back in to explain my concerns and tell them how they misled me into buying an older model and how they lied to me and the manager didn't apologize or offer to help. he said "Congratulations on your new 2015 Jeep Renegade" so of course that made me upset and instead of making a huge scene I left. I got in touch with the GM and he offered me a free oil change. I contacted Jeep and they are contacting them on my behalf. So I guess we will see.
