I have wanted a Dodge Dart for a few years now, and this was the perfect car! Beyond the brand, and the fancy bells and whistles, though, my experience dealing with Chris really sold this car. He was completely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in giving me the best experience possible. Everyone I dealt with was exceptional; Tony Buckner was even kind enough to allow my mother to use his computer to figure out insurance, and we found out he was from the area we lived in.

Since I bought my Dodge Charger in 2014, I've been going to this location for service. I went because my driver rear tire keeps going low after I fill it up. Also went in for a oil change. I tell Eli the problem and he said they'll take care of it for me.
After waiting he comes and tells me they did my oil change but they didn't find anything wrong with the tire. He said "THEY CHECKED IT 3 TIMES AND COULDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. THEY FILLED IT UP FOR YOU"
I told him that couldn't be right because there is no way that my tire keeps going low after a day. He tells me "LIKE I SAID, THEY CHECKED IT 3 TIMES AND NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT. THEY FILLED IT UP BUT IF IT GOES LOW AGAIN BRING IT BACK.
I was mad because I took time of my schedule to get this done. I get in my car and see that the tire pressure is at 30 PSI. This was the same as when I brought it in. If they checked it and filled like he said they did, it would be at 35 PSI like all my other tires.
I drive it around the block just to make sure that maybe it will update. NOPE, still at 30 PSI.
I drive it back and ask him, "Did you not say they checked it 3 times and filled it up for me? He said "Yes." I said well that's a lie because my tire pressure is at the same as when I brought it in. He says, "Drive it in, we'll look at it"
After waiting 30 minutes, he comes and says, "They found a nail in it, they took care of it"
Like xxx! Why would he lie to me and say they checked it 3 times when clearly they were too lazy to check it out. I don't feel safe going there. I would advise whoever goes there to be careful. A car is a dangerous thing to play with. Never lie to someone about their car. If I wanted someone to lie to me, I'll go to the little shops around the corners. I go here because it's a real dealership and I know my service will be legit. GUESS I WAS WRONG!

The worst Buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a used car from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Eagle Ram. When I was finishing the purchase. I instructed the the closing department that I live in Kentucky. They told me no there's no problem. I find out when I get it licensed in Kentucky that took the wrong amount of money out for the tax. In addition, Should never charge me a sales tax at all due to the fact that Kentucky charges me sales tax direct. Then they charged me for calling a few times for my insurance card. Took the money from the tax that was incorrectly issued to me. So so I have filed a complaint the Tennessee department of Commerce.... Please be aware of this dealership

We were traveling from Ohio to Tennessee to visit the Great Smoky Mountains and encountered a problem with our 2015 Jeep Wrangler. There were ABS and traction lights that were blinking and then the engine light came on. We called the dealership and they got us in on the spot! They were so nice to work with and made me feel like they would handle the issue and our vacation wouldn't be ruined (thanks to John in Service). Turns out was just a brake sensor stuck shut and they fixed the issue and we were on our way within 2 hours. Thanks Rocky Top!

Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!

We had to take our vehicle in because it was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat, gasket and coolant and charged almost $500!!!! The cost for their parts was $65. So $425 for labor on such a simple repair is RIDICULOUS!!! PLUS, they kept the vehicle for FOUR days!!!!! Don't EVER EVER use these people!!!!

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

Played price games to get me in the door. The vehicle I was interested in was dirty inside, had body grease on the seats and smelled like BO. They got me in there on an Internet price, told me over the phone they'd talk price if we came in, then wouldn't come off it a dime. Told us "we have to pay the light bill somehow." Whatever. If you're going to do that just be up front and say we don't negotiate, all prices are fixed. When I called him on it he became rude and condescending. The owner was supposed to call me because he heard I was upset. Never did. They lost a sale and a customer.

took my jeep to get its left passenger head rest fixed and came back and both were broken. They told me they were both broken and they couldn't fix it- but really only one was broken. Not only had they broken both of them but they wanted to charge me $70 for the service. They even called the cops because I was getting really frustrated. None of which was my fault, they are just terrible at handling things themselves and can't fix anything so they call the cops. How pathetic. Worst place ever.

My husband was verbally assaulted by your "shuttle tech" on Friday, October 7th. I immediately called the manager Randy Ford who told me he would have someone call me back the next day, and of course, we never got a phone call. Here's how this started: We brought our jeep in for the second time, for the same exact issue regarding some shaking and rattling in our jeep. The same exact tech was there when my husband dropped it off for the second time. Your tech was specifically told that the jeep needed to be driven for a few miles to warm up, in order to gauge what the issue was. The tech had to drive my husband to work and was shouting at him swearing relentlessly. My husband felt threatened and was confused as to why the tech was swearing at him and shouting. He said nothing as he was worried they would do something to harm our jeep, so he got out of the car when they arrived at his work and had to hope for the best. 10 hours later my husband was dropped off at the dealership by a coworker. They lied on the invoice after our jeep being there from 8:15am to 6:30pm. The mileage was recorded fraudulently as my husband took videos and pictures of the actual mileage they returned it at. They claimed they drove it for over 6 miles when they didn't even put on a mile and a half. The issue would not have been able to be gauged at such a low mileage as my husband clearly told them when he dropped it off. This is the second time this has happened, our jeep is still not fixed, nor has ever even been looked at. So, not only have we wasted two entire days of our jeep being in this dealership, but we still have the same issue that has not been fixed, and my husband was screamed at with profanity by a technician. Then, after calling the manager Randy Ford, absolutely nothing was done. This will be posted with more detail on every review site I can find, along with shared through every social media outlet we have. I want everyone to know what this dealership is all about. Just look at their reviews on here people, do not bring your vehicle to them. We were clearly treated like garbage.
