Absolutely over the top! - Reedj23
This dealership went above and beyond to get me and my wife into a new vehicle. We were blown away by the level of professionalism and customer service that we received during our visit. We will definently recommend them to all of our friends and family and be seeing them again in the near future.
Amazingly easy and fun experience - CreeksideBeth
Austin Fowler was the best salesman. I needed a car for my daughter that has a service dog. Came in looking for a lease but he showed me a certified Jeep Patriot that fit all my daughter's needs and the purchase was cheaper than the lease. Great car and very easy experience with Austin.
Amazing and helpful - Isaac23
This dealership is amazing. Bill truly cares about the customers and taking as much time as needed to help get the deal done! This was truly a blessing and we are very pleased with all of the customer service here!
great job - vincek
I had not purchased a new vehicle in over 20 years. Fulton Lewis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle i wished to purchase and helped me in every way possible. Service Dept, is great, I have bought parts for my 89 wrangler for many years. Finance is awesome, Great people to deal with.
Quick acurate answers to what I needed - jsmith2013
I had an issue with my jeep coming down the Interstate. Fortunately the were fairly close. I went in and described what my issue was to the service tech who happened to be standing there. With a quick pop of the hood they noticed right off the bat there I have a few Dry rotted hoses (jeep has 180000+ miles). We could not fabricate a hose on site, however the parts department made a few quick phone calls to see who had what in stock. We had the part on site in about 20 min.
The next issue was that the service department was SLAMMED. I am fairly mechanically inclined so I started to replace the hoses my self in the lot. I had one portion that I simply could not reach Due to the tight area. That same tech from earlier happened by again, and was able to reach into the tight area and had it on in just a minuet.
Great buying experience - 1coopdaddy
We went to Premier looking for a specific vehicle. Their no haggle price drew us in and once there we found it to be just as advertised. Dealing with Matthew (sales) and Jani (finance) was a great experience and I will be telling anyone wanting a new CDJR to drive to Mt. Juliet, it will be worth it!

Great customer service - Tonya C Wilson
We took the 4 hour drive yesterday to pick up our new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon edition. I must say, Giavonni made this absolutely the best vehicle purchasing experience we've had! He took care of everything over the phone so that, once we arrived, all we had to do was sign papers. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He made sure to take the time to contact us with updates and just stay in touch during the entire process. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very nice and welcoming. The showroom, offices, and lot were very clean and classy. It was, hands down, an awesome experience and we'll definitely contact him when we're ready to purchase another! Thanks for making us feel welcomed and appreciated. It was well worth the drive!
Bought a used Truck - JayCanyon
I just bought a used truck today at Steve Jones Chrysler Dodge and Jeep and I had the best experience buying with them. I had been shopping around through the whole nashville and mid TN area and had some really bad and rude experiences. Glenn was super friendly, honest and understanding. He really was genuine and all the rest of the staff there were very nice as well. I'd definitely recommend shopping here if your on the market for a new or even used vehicle! It was a fast, quick and easy process and they weren't pushy or trying to be forceful either.
AWESOME Experience - JeepLvr
Okay, so I know this is hard to believe but there really is a car dealership and a car salesman that treats a customer with respect. I know, I know, you are thinking I am under the influence of something but guess what? I'm not and it's true. My husband and I were in the market for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle and I stopped by Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Newport, TN., on my way home from work. I wasn't immediately descended on by a salesman, which was nice. I went into the showroom and met Mr. Bill Francis. He wasn't "honey this or honey that". He treated me very professionally. I told him what we were looking for and he suggested we get pre-approved through the dealerships website and then we could look at vehicles and options from there. He didn't drag me by the hair to sit down and "work the numbers", which I had heard before. Bill didn't call or email every hour. He let us do our homework and when we were ready he was there for us.
He also understood that my husband and I are professionals and lead EXTREMELY busy lives. When we finally decided on a vehicle he made sure that the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by the finance department as it had to be done on my husband's lunch break. Also the gentleman "Curtis" in the finance department was polite and thorough. He went over the options as far as warranty plans and he respected our choices. He made suggestions based on his experience. He turned what is usually a painful, excruciatingly long process into an informative, professional and concise process.
I highly recommend Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It is a small town dealership that still treats customers with respect. Very rare in our world. Thank you Bill, Curtis and the Stinnett family.
Amazing buying experience! - Amanda P.
My husband and I had been to four other dealerships in one day looking for the right SUV. The salesman at the places we stopped at were really pushy and only wanted to sell us what we didn't want. We decided to stop at Taylor Automotive on our way home to McKenzie. We met Kevin Kelley and for the first twenty minutes we never even spoke about an SUV. He was a genuine nice guy who asked us about our family and how he could help us. I wanted a Honda Pilot and he happened to have one with real low mileage. The price was a little out of our budget but the monthly payment was where we kind of expected it. We needed to think on it over night and Kevin said that was fine and understood. We talked to the sales manager Chris who was as nice and understanding as Kevin. We drove home and talked about it and we were debating on going back in the morning. Kevin called me and asked if I really wanted the vehicle and I told him yes. He said he was having it cleaned up and Chris was going to redo the price on my trade in. Kevin and Chris were not your typical salesman but they did persuade us to buy it. They did not pressure us and were not pushy at all. They both took the time to explain to us different things and they valued our time. I would recommend Kevin to anyone buying a car!

Great Deal - Cathy Sanders
I was researching the Jeep Renegade online and I found some to see at Beaman Dodge. Ron Radcliffe emailed me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. After meeting with him and doing the test drive, I was sold on the car. I will definitely go to Beaman from now on. Ron’s customer service skills are top notch and I got a brand new car for an excellent price.
Best Dealer In Middle Tennessee - prpaty
Walter at Gupton Motors in Springfield TN got us the best deal we could have imagined. We are very pleased with our purchase of a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. Everyone we dealt with at the dealer was amazing, from Sales to Financing, to getting the truck cleaned up before we left.

Best Experience of the Day - John Stephens
We shopped a few places and this was the only one that had the model we were looking for. David Dlugach immediately approached us and took us to the vehicle. He explained all the options and difference in the 4 Jeep Renegades they had on the lot. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and my wife quickly made up her mind.
Very good guys! - brad lawson
Josh Miller is a very helpful and straight up salesman! I had a good experience car buying at FarrisMotor Company! The only thing I didnt like was after I got home and actually looked at the price list and noticed a 199$ anti theft charge which I have no idea what its for,
Sales associate - Tiffany Fugate - SavannahTN
I was contacted by Tiffany in response to a internet inquiry about a 2016 Dodge Ram in Nov. 2016.
Any questions , concerns were answered in a timely manner. I found her representation of the dealership to be courteous, kind and professional. She was prepared with all the information I requested in our phone, text or email contacts. Upon my arrival to the dealership Tiffany greeted me at the door, had the truck cleaned and available for a test drive. She also understood/respected I was on a short timeline when I arrived. Long story short, the next day she drove the vehicle 2.5 hours (one way) after a full workday and personally delivered the vehicle! She stayed true to her words from start to finish. Class act.
I would HIGHLY recommend Tiffany Fugate to others in search of a vehicle.
She paid attention to my budget. She did not use pressure sales tactics (thank you). It is obvious she takes pride in her customer service skills. Five starts for her quality of work, friendliness and customer service.
FYI: I contacted three other Dodge Dealership internet services concerning similar vehicles and it was not even close after the first initial contact. Her work was heads and shoulders above the other three internet contacts.
The three star rating (shown above) for the dealership is for management. Three managers at the building/showroom/lot that evening and not one took the time to introduce themselves. As a first time visitor/potential customer in your dealership I hope you would extend that common courtesy. Next time please. Thanks.

83 year old women broke down and was taken advantage of - Baker
Cost 83 year old. Women paid $ 666.38 to get her brake fixed on one (1) wheel and she paid the towing separately .Spent weeks trying to get service manager to call me. Finally after talking to the general manager I got a call from the service manager. He had a bad attitude and was not willing to make any correction or changes. After talking to her dealership in Ohio thy said the bill should have been around. $ 300.00. Her dealership is going to the highrer ups to get this dealership to do the right thing. For this dealership and service department it 's all about money, I WOULD. STAY. AWAY. FROM. THIS. DEALERSHIP.

Marcus Haynes was wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I absolutely love my 2017 Sahara and I would definitely recommend Marcus Haynes and Friendship to anyone!!!
HORRIBLE AND SHADY SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! BUYER BEWARE - 2012_Jeep_Cherokee
I wish we could give 0 zero stars because they sure earned it! We had issues with this dealership since the beginning. A few weeks after initially purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which we were told was completely inspected, my daughter was driving and had the head gasket blow. Luckily, it was under warranty and nothing dangerous happened. Recently, we had been experiencing a rear ticking noise while driving, so we took the car to Performance Tire to determine if it was a tire issue and they said they felt it was a mechanical issue and that we should take it to our local dealership, Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We took the car in for a diagnostic test, which we believed to be under warranty and were not told otherwise there would be a fee. The dealership kept the car for three days. They called on day 2 to inform us that they were still working on it. On the third day, Chad called and said we needed 4 new tires and to fix the break system. Chad quoted us $1900. I decided to take the car to another mechanic for a second opinion and was told I owed a diagnostic fee of $104 and that I could not pick up the car unless I paid this fee. I paid the fee and took the car elsewhere. My personal mechanic told us four new tires were needed, the brakes were brand new, and the ticking noise came from a piece of duct tape that had been caught on the wheel. This was all done free of charge. When we originally purchased the car, we had been told that the tires were brand new and were shocked to have to spend $600. Had Chad and Collierville Chrylser Dodge Jeep Ram actually checked the tires or breaks, they would have needed to remove the tires and would have discovered the hanging duct tape. We are seeking to have a full refund of the diagnostic test, since it is apparent that no diagnostic work was performed and a return on the tire fees, since we were told that we had brand new tires at time of purchase. Stay away from this shady dealership that is so obviously about advancing their bottom line and seems to have a completely rude and incompetent service department.
Salesperson great - Brad Dupkoski
Well we test drove the dart. The salesman jason huffine was super nice and honest. We didn't purchase a car from them so not sure on rest of staff. But if the rest are like him then probably be good.
3 weeks for a part - Debra Harless
I dropped my 2015 Dodge Challenger off to have a $30 sensor replaced. Was told could possibly pick car up same or next day. Called next afternoon was told part was hard to find and would be 2 more weeks. Ok. Not happy but understandable. Called back in 2 weeks. Told it would be another week. Called again in a week. Still can't find part. Husband went online and found 3 within 5 minutes. Finally called corporate. THOUGHT I got action. Was told by Wendy part would definitely be in next morning and could pick car up that afternoon. Nope. Called corporate again. Someone told corporate that "part came in but someone they didn't know signed for it" and could possibly be several more days. Picked my fully paid for car up anyway, husband ordered part himself and fixed car. I don't know how they got the ratings they got unless their family and friends like to type. When we picked up the car they lied to my face and said corporate hadn't called. I was on the line. If you want to drop your car off for a couple months, by all means this is the place to go. We will be informing all our friends to avoid this place. We never received one call to inform us of anything and acted like taking our calls was a nuisance and once I was on hold for several minutes because "they couldn't find paperwork OR the car. Sloppy and borderline rude customer service.
Amazing Dealership! - Heilari
I would like to start by saying that I am ecstatic to be writing this review.
I purchased a 2016 Fiat 500X Trekking from this dealership on 08/07/17. I was nervous since this was my very first vehicle purchase. I was also nervous because I had went to another dealership before speaking w/ Derrick Geer (my sales person at Bill Boruff's) and had a horrific experience. I explained to Derrick what I had been told by the other salesperson at the other dealership, and Derrick was kind enough to explain that I had been grossly lied to. He even went as far as to say, "I don't even care if you buy a car from us..just please don't go back to them." That was the main reason I DID go to see if I could get a car through Bill Boruff..because I was being treated like a -person- not just a customer. He could have easily tried to go into a sales pitch about why I needed to buy from them, etc. etc..but he didn't.
I am absolutely beyond happy that I decided to get my vehicle through Bill Boruff's Dealership. The vehicle I wanted was at another one of their lots, so they went to the other lot and brought the car to their dealership for me. I was able to test drive the vehicle before the conversation of me buying the vehicle was ever even had. I was made to feel comfortable about asking all sorts of questions (trust me..I had many), and never once was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. The atmosphere was down to earth, and friendly. My salesperson, Derrick Geer, was honest, nice, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, not pushy, and he was super helpful. At this dealership, it's not just hit or miss on whether you're going to get an amazing salesperson..because they ALL exhibit all of the qualities I mentioned above that Derick displayed. I firmly believe they try to be as transparent as they possibly can be about the entire car purchasing process.
Wesley Mifflin, their desk manager is fantastic and worked really hard to get me into the payments I wanted and was really great about explaining my options to me in a very informative non-condescending helpful manner.
The finance manger, Al Kingsbury, was wonderful to work with and also had no problems explaining things to me in a way that I could understand them..because let’s face it..as a first time car buyer, I didn’t really know much. The fact that I -didn’t- know much and they could have easily exploited that and yet they didn’t..speaks VOLUMES about the business and the character of the individuals that work there.
I even want to give a shout out to their crew who detail their vehicles. My 2016 looked almost brand new on the inside! I’ve looked at other used cars at other dealerships before..and trust me, the interiors didn’t even come as close to looking as good as the cars at Bill Boruff’s do! Just wow!
I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Bill Boruff, Jason Lewis. He greeted me with a smile, a hearty handshake, and was more than happy to talk to me. I wanted to thank him personally for having outstanding salespeople who treat their customers like family and make the environment feel so comfortable. His motto is, “We sell cars, not credit” and that is something they most certainly stood behind. Not ONCE did they ask me about my credit or credit score, they simply just worked with me, and provided me with options to help me get into the car that I wanted to be in.
On top of all of the wonderful service I got while I was there, I also received in the mail a letter from them thanking me for my business and was given my first oil change and lube for FREE through them! Something they really didn’t have to do, but did.
I could go on and on raving about this dealership, but I will end my review with this… If you are in the market for a new, or new to you vehicle..go to Bill Boruff, they will not steer you wrong!!
Couldn't fix my car had it for 6 months - Kk
They could not fix my Dodge Charger and gave up trying to help me get it on the road without it shutting off. When I got the car back they cut wires didn't tape or fix them back properly. Broke my pcm wire locks and had grease on the inside of car
Just Plain Bad! - Joseph L.
We bought a brand new Jeep Renegade from East Tennessee Dodge on July 5, 2016 for $24,368. About two weeks into owning the vehicle, we had to put a quart of oil in it. I just thought that maybe the dealership did not fill the oil before we bought it.
The next month, when checking the oil, it was down again. I put another quart of oil in the vehicle. This time I thought it must have to do with the break in period – given that it is a brand new vehicle.
Then, in the third month, we were out driving on some back roads when the vehicle flashed “low oil pressure” three quick times (within a minute) and then just simply froze up in the middle of the road. Luckily there wasn’t traffic around us at the time. We ended up putting in one quart of oil there. Got it started again and drove to the nearest Walmart and put in another quart there – just to make it back home.
This was when we took it to the dealership the first time on October 5, 2016.
They said that they could not see a leak and wanted to do a consumption test. They filled up the oil, added a dye and told us to come back in 1,000 miles.
We didn’t make that 1,000 miles before it was more than a quart low again. So, we took it back on October 18, 2016. This time, they said that there was a leak at the back on the oil pan. We asked where did all the oil go – at least 4 quarts that we put in ourselves? They stated that it all went on a cross member under the car (which was strange as there has been no signs of an oil leak – not under the car or on our garage floor).
This time they changed the oil pan (so they claim) and put some type of form-a-gasket sealant on the oil pan, filled it back up and told us to drive another 500 miles to see what happens.
Know that at this time, we were afraid to drive the vehicle (and we had reason). However, we tried to put the miles on it to see what would happen. We did not even make it the 500 miles before it was ¾ of a quart low and not wanting to drive it any more. Plus, we figured out where all that oil, some 4+ quarts, was going. It went into the catalytic converter. We found this out because there was so much oil in the converter that it began to blow out on our garage floor from the exhaust pipe. We took it back in on November 10, 2016 and explain the problem and the oil. The service manager stated (at that time) that both the engine and the catalytic converter needed to be changed out.
11/23/2016 – we picked the vehicle up today only to find out that they changed the engine but did not touch the catalytic converter. We called up the service manager and all he told us was that Chrysler would not reimburse them for it. I did get an email from the general manager at East Tennessee Dodge who states; “Chrysler has refused to put a convertor in the car because they claim it is undamaged by the oil consumption.” Which is strange given that it was their own service manager who stated that it needed to be changed.
Now, we have a $25,000 defective, unsafe vehicle that cannot breath. I wonder how long that will last until it dies again? I guess customer safety is out. I guess this warranty is no good. And, I guess they just royally screwed us.
I also tried to contact Chrysler. I used their online form. I received a response that said they would push this off on someone else and that group would call me in 48 hours. Well, I am still waiting.
Triple A Experience - Gsplprch1
I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.
Work experience I have ever had - Goplay
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Only care about themselves, very much overpriced. The service department was very terrible during the entire process. Sales people are nice and professional but once the sale happens they do not care anything about the customer.
