The Best! - Chelseaimes
I have been to a few other dealerships in the area and Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has the best customer service and really care about their customers! I have just bought my third vehicle from Patrick Sturm and is awesome, nice, knowledgeable and really puts his customers first! I will continue to buy a vehicle at Miracle and will not go anywhere else! They really helped me get into the vehicle I wanted for around the price range I needed to stay in! Thank you Miracle!

Excellent customer service! - Crystal F.
My husband and I were looking at Durangos in June. We live in Arrington and found one online we were interested in at this lot . We called and spoke with Chris Fournier. He was very professional and informative. Upon arrival, Chris had the Durango ready for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This was my dream car. It had everyone I wanted. Paperwork went smoothly and everything was awesome. Chris follow up with us a couple of times to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Three months later I was driving and another car came around a curve on my side of the road and totalled my Durango. I was heartbroken. We called Chris to let him know what had happened. They didn't have what we were looking for. So I looked at dozens of lots. I saw lots of Durangos, but they just couldn't compare to my other one. Then Chris called saying he had gotten in TWO Durangos that were identical to my other one (just different colors). Once again paperwork went smoothly and Chris was extremely helpful. Now 4 days later he has already contacted me to check on everything. I feel like he has gone above and beyond the normal role of car salesman. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service - Kate

test drove an RT, drove away in an SRT - 2015 srt8
Worked with Craig Pesnell. Was professional and listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. Craig took the time to not only sit in the car and explain every feature to me, but also explained the proper procedures for bringing the car in for maintaince. Car is currently being worked on for a computer update and a recall on the radiator, Taylor in the service department has been very good at explaining what was wrong as well as returning my calls when I have had a question. Thanks Crown

Great experience! - Tcvandy2001
I bought a really nice Dodge Ram, and I worked with James Atkins and Mr. Glick. Both were very courteous and professional. James showed me all the options on the truck, took me on a tour of the dealership, and the service center. I am very pleased with my experience!
Service Department - Patti21
I had excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone intested in buying from this dealership. They went out of their way to fix my vehicle and to get a car for me to drive while mine was being repaired. Excellent in every way!!
Exceptional Experience - Laimuten
We were looking for a very specific color and option set on a Chrysler 200C. We found the car Humboldt Chrysler a 2 hour drive from home.
Mark Warden and Karl Kitzman made it worth our while to make the trip to Humboldt.
The rest of the process was equally pleasant and we drove home with exactly what we wanted.
We would definitely drive that distance again.
Great Experience! - Glenn
Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....
Great Experience - jmaxey4204
Amber and the sales staff were great in our buying our new jeep.
Amber was outstanding in trying to assist in getting us to the right vehicle and through the sale, Brian was getting the a good price.
The whole staff was respectful and kind.
Hyundai dealership - ruthie.myers
Everyone was helpful. I especially appreciate how the financing department did their best to get me the best possible option for my financing. They also made sure that I was able to come back and get my car detailed as we had signed the deal later in the evening.
Great service and knowledgeable staff - Customet123
The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Jalen Glover in particular made the car buying process seem like a chat with an old friend. All of the staff I encountered were down to earth and extremely knowledgeable.
Second time purchasing from this dealership. - RAROACH
Just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership. No high pressure sales techniques or gimmicks. My sales person was honest and respectful, and made the overall experience pain free. I would highly recommend this dealership and will continue to use them for my car buying needs.
Great saleman Poor Finance staff!! - Pam123
I wasted 3 hours of after a long day at work sitting in this place. TO MAKE it clear I told the sales man I would only come if making a deal was real. So I told them my terms before I went. So I had deal ready to go sales manager and I went back and forth agreed on a deal. I have a great job and great credit no problem. I waited 3 hours on finance guy to see me. When he finally did he decide to tell me that he would have to wait until the bank opens to talk with them but it shouldn't be an issue. He said I will call you the next morning. Well the next morning came no call so went by there he said "oh i forgot the banks are closed" I said I would just keep my current car. WASTE OF TIME!!!! NO Customer service!!
Traveling to Great Smoky Mountains, Jeep had an issue - Maria K
We were traveling from Ohio to Tennessee to visit the Great Smoky Mountains and encountered a problem with our 2015 Jeep Wrangler. There were ABS and traction lights that were blinking and then the engine light came on. We called the dealership and they got us in on the spot! They were so nice to work with and made me feel like they would handle the issue and our vacation wouldn't be ruined (thanks to John in Service). Turns out was just a brake sensor stuck shut and they fixed the issue and we were on our way within 2 hours. Thanks Rocky Top!

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. - The auto pro
The worst Buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a used car from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Eagle Ram. When I was finishing the purchase. I instructed the the closing department that I live in Kentucky. They told me no there's no problem. I find out when I get it licensed in Kentucky that took the wrong amount of money out for the tax. In addition, Should never charge me a sales tax at all due to the fact that Kentucky charges me sales tax direct. Then they charged me for calling a few times for my insurance card. Took the money from the tax that was incorrectly issued to me. So so I have filed a complaint the Tennessee department of Commerce.... Please be aware of this dealership
Salesperson great - Brad Dupkoski
Well we test drove the dart. The salesman jason huffine was super nice and honest. We didn't purchase a car from them so not sure on rest of staff. But if the rest are like him then probably be good.
Overprice scam - MARVIN HOPLAND

Wish I wouldn't had - Kasondra Johnson
I brought a used chevy cruze for theses guy, thought I was going to be great good deal, not to bad on milagesl! I was so happy... BUT then, less then two months later the transmission went out! I was so upset. Called the dealership told them what just happened.. They asked well did you buy a extended warranty? Well no, becuase they told me it was as is. They told me they would ask the sale manger to see what they could to and they would call me back. Never happened! Call again the same thing. Told me they never had me in a system. I didn't know what to do, I should be replacing a big part with any car at 75xxx milage on it. Finally had it, went to the dealership asked for a sale manager. Told him what happened and that was the first time anyone showed me customer sevice. They told they would be it back to the dealership and see what was wrong it. I was grateful for the help. The next day they hit me with the news I needed a new transmission, I was heart broken. He told me it was going to cost 3000 to fix it. I didnt have the money to fix it. He offered to pay half and that was it, and of course I didn't have 1500 at the time it was December. ( and NO! I didn't go out and buy any gifts,) So I was out a lot of money and out a car. My finally thought to myself was could they help me out and trade the car and help in getting me another.. The answer was No... I had giving up, just bring it home and waiting until I save the money was the other way. Thanks to my great boy friend, he call Ford of Murfreesboro and explained what just happen. They understood and helped me and played off my car and got me into a brand new car without a high payment and save me!!! I hugged my sale person named April!!! I love my 2016 ford focus. I think of the world of these place... As for the other I hope you see the issues I have with them, and Never!! Go there.
Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!
RIPPED US OFF!!! Don't ever use them 😡 - Mad mama
We had to take our vehicle in because it was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat, gasket and coolant and charged almost $500!!!! The cost for their parts was $65. So $425 for labor on such a simple repair is RIDICULOUS!!! PLUS, they kept the vehicle for FOUR days!!!!! Don't EVER EVER use these people!!!!
Just Plain Bad! - Joseph L.
We bought a brand new Jeep Renegade from East Tennessee Dodge on July 5, 2016 for $24,368. About two weeks into owning the vehicle, we had to put a quart of oil in it. I just thought that maybe the dealership did not fill the oil before we bought it.
The next month, when checking the oil, it was down again. I put another quart of oil in the vehicle. This time I thought it must have to do with the break in period – given that it is a brand new vehicle.
Then, in the third month, we were out driving on some back roads when the vehicle flashed “low oil pressure” three quick times (within a minute) and then just simply froze up in the middle of the road. Luckily there wasn’t traffic around us at the time. We ended up putting in one quart of oil there. Got it started again and drove to the nearest Walmart and put in another quart there – just to make it back home.
This was when we took it to the dealership the first time on October 5, 2016.
They said that they could not see a leak and wanted to do a consumption test. They filled up the oil, added a dye and told us to come back in 1,000 miles.
We didn’t make that 1,000 miles before it was more than a quart low again. So, we took it back on October 18, 2016. This time, they said that there was a leak at the back on the oil pan. We asked where did all the oil go – at least 4 quarts that we put in ourselves? They stated that it all went on a cross member under the car (which was strange as there has been no signs of an oil leak – not under the car or on our garage floor).
This time they changed the oil pan (so they claim) and put some type of form-a-gasket sealant on the oil pan, filled it back up and told us to drive another 500 miles to see what happens.
Know that at this time, we were afraid to drive the vehicle (and we had reason). However, we tried to put the miles on it to see what would happen. We did not even make it the 500 miles before it was ¾ of a quart low and not wanting to drive it any more. Plus, we figured out where all that oil, some 4+ quarts, was going. It went into the catalytic converter. We found this out because there was so much oil in the converter that it began to blow out on our garage floor from the exhaust pipe. We took it back in on November 10, 2016 and explain the problem and the oil. The service manager stated (at that time) that both the engine and the catalytic converter needed to be changed out.
11/23/2016 – we picked the vehicle up today only to find out that they changed the engine but did not touch the catalytic converter. We called up the service manager and all he told us was that Chrysler would not reimburse them for it. I did get an email from the general manager at East Tennessee Dodge who states; “Chrysler has refused to put a convertor in the car because they claim it is undamaged by the oil consumption.” Which is strange given that it was their own service manager who stated that it needed to be changed.
Now, we have a $25,000 defective, unsafe vehicle that cannot breath. I wonder how long that will last until it dies again? I guess customer safety is out. I guess this warranty is no good. And, I guess they just royally screwed us.
I also tried to contact Chrysler. I used their online form. I received a response that said they would push this off on someone else and that group would call me in 48 hours. Well, I am still waiting.
Triple A Experience - Gsplprch1
I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.
PRICE GAMES AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALES MANAGER - TennesseeGator
Played price games to get me in the door. The vehicle I was interested in was dirty inside, had body grease on the seats and smelled like BO. They got me in there on an Internet price, told me over the phone they'd talk price if we came in, then wouldn't come off it a dime. Told us "we have to pay the light bill somehow." Whatever. If you're going to do that just be up front and say we don't negotiate, all prices are fixed. When I called him on it he became rude and condescending. The owner was supposed to call me because he heard I was upset. Never did. They lost a sale and a customer.
never do buisness with these people in morristown - lesters
They lie and will run credit after being told ya preaproved then try get try truck home with check engin lite on and they told me truck was already sold guy just didnt bring in dp of 1k and salesman dont told me truck sold and guy had it but bank wouldnt finance it be very careful with these people any thing make money rather ride bike than give them cent

DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP - Disappointed1
I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Dodge 2500 Heavy Duty Ram from this dealership. Within 300 miles, the truck is back with a rear end failure. I immediately went to the Sales Manager and Owner stating I was so displeased with the Heavy Duty Truck experiencing a main component failure within 300 miles of ownership. I asked the dealership to replace the truck with a different vehicle or buy the vehicle back. Not only was I told by them they would not replace the truck I was rediculed and told" I'm sure every time you have a flat tire you will want us to give you a new truck. Now that I have owned the truck less than a week, its currently sitting in the service department with no time frame on when the parts will be available to repair.
The truck also has other mechanical issues somewhere in the engine compartment and is making a "tea Kettle whistle noise under acceleration. I was told I would have to file another service appointment after the rear end was repaired.
The entire sales experience has been disastrous at this dealership. The finance department is only concerned on making every cent off of back end sales and completely disrespected us because we had already arranged our finance at local branch. They were so unprofessional to the point they threatening us in the office to retaliate against the branch because we were not using the dealership programs.
If you want to purchase a vehicle in a professional and courteous establishment who will demonstrate integrity and sincerity in the buying process........DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!
When you spend 50k on a new Dodge Ram, you would hope your would be treated with some compassion when you experience such a early failure of the vehicle. The worst part is not only are they not trying to make the customer satisfied, they are being completely disrespectful and condensending during my pleading for assistance.
I would like to say the Technicians I spoke with about the failure were very pleasant and demonstrated some empathy for my issues. My sales person was also very polite and understanding of the troubles.
