Best Car buying experience ever!!!! - JoelGibson1
We recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Miracle Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Gallatin TN. We worked with Patrick Sturm at the dealership. We have bought several cars from area dealerships before but this was the best experience we have ever had. The sales team was wonderful. Patrick made us feel a home and like we were part of the family. The test drive was extended like we have never had before. Most dealerships give you a 5 minute drive and then ask what you think. Patrick gave us a detailed test drive and explained everything you could think of about the car. I would recommend this dealership and Patrick as a salesman to anyone I know.
Polite, honest, professional staff - Commoner
Mr. Paul Dean and his colleagues were friendly and pleasant. I felt as if I had known them for years. Mr. Dean listened to my interests and concerns, and met each of them with thoughtful, realistic solutions. I will shop there again, and have no reservations recommending them to my family and friends.
Great job! - jeep
Love my new vehicle! Chris did not pressure me. I changed my mine about the color, he found the vehicle I wanted. Could not have asked for better service.
Easiest buying experience ever! - crashe12
Buying our Jeep from them was the fastest vehicle purchase we ever had. We spoke on the phone, drove there on Saturday and we were driving home within 30 minutes. I joked with my wife that we will be watching the news and see a huge "sting" operation perpetuated against us, like the movie "The Sting". We had visions of an empty lot, fake names, the purchase felt that surreal compared to our other 10-15 purchases. We pulled up, were instantly greeted, had no idea how they knew who we were. Everyone congratulated us, every one smiled and then we were out the door. Unbelievable experience!
Great experience! - Stephanie Campbell
Our Sales Consultant, Rick Davis, helped us immediately. He was very friendly, efficient, informative, and overall was helpful in both helping us with our trade in and our new purchase! He even helped sync my phone to my vehicle before our departure. In general, the entire dealership met our expectations; we were offered water while we waited for the official stages to be completed, and each person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Our finance guy, Mark Tanner, was great as well. He was very knowledgable, and made our final stage stress free and efficient.
Repair - Tip
We were on a long trip when oil pressure dropped. Got to Crown dealership. They promptly and courteously ordered a part and got us going again.
Great experience - Tonya Crisler
I had a great experience at the dealership. The salesman, Donnie was not pushy at all which I appreciate. He was very knowledge able about the Durango R/T I purchased. Pete was very helpful as to making decisions about financing and extended warranty. Overall, an excellent experience at Wolfchase CDJ.
James Yarbrough was AMAZING - Jana M Yarbrough
James Yarbrough put me in the PERFECT Jeep for my budget! My payment was LOWER on my new car than on the one I traded! Great place, great salesman!
Local People and Great Vehicles - RyanK
Being a bit of a home body, I was looking for a local place to purchase a long term vehicle. Walter at Gupton stepped in a made us first time car buyers feel right at home. Honest and upfront with an offer as well as the incentives. Everything was laid out and they didn't try to slip anything past us. I'm completely satisfied and would absolutely recommend Gupton and the Ram 1500 to any prospective shopper in the Nashville/Clarksville area!
Exceptional Experience - Laimuten
We were looking for a very specific color and option set on a Chrysler 200C. We found the car Humboldt Chrysler a 2 hour drive from home.
Mark Warden and Karl Kitzman made it worth our while to make the trip to Humboldt.
The rest of the process was equally pleasant and we drove home with exactly what we wanted.
We would definitely drive that distance again.
Great Experience! - Glenn
Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....
Hyundai Santa Fe purchase! - bankerdot2
Unfortunately I forgot the salespersons name but he did a great job! William Bond was the sales manager and he also was very helpful. The whole experience was a pleasure.
Good experience - happy jeep 16
Matthew Owens is an all around good guy. He made my first new car purchase stress free. He is still readily available to answer any questions I may have about my vehicle, even now.
Great Experience Highly Recommend. - WSBOXCAR
In my experience in general, car dealers are a place to dread going to. However, I walked in and was met by Warren. He did a great job of listening, and asked questions about what I wanted and seemed happy to show me around and let me choose. He didnt pressure me to buy and had didn't seem like he had other thing to do unlike another dealer I visited. I should also point out that the Jeep I wanted was 3k less at Lenoir City. They had to get my new Jeep from another dealer because of the color I wanted but seemed glad to help me get what I wanted. When I returned to pick it up Warren was not there because of his off day but he gladly offered to come in just to deliver it to me. I saw no reason for that so another salesman, Ethan, stepped up and showed us the Jeep and all its features. I highly recommend Warren or Ethan if you are interested in a new car. I will definitly be visiting again for my next car.
Christina and mike were amazing! - Jason Johnson
We worked with the dealership over the course of a week. Great communication, superb attitude, and the willingness to try every possibility to put us in exactly what we wanted. He was thorough and very honsest with us with every detail. Will definitely be going back!
Great prices, better people - Volmandan
What a great experience from these folks! Starting with Joe and internet team, then being handed over to Roger to ensure our families needs and expectations were met, they are truly a group of professionals that put the customer before the make or model. I called Joe to inform him of my trade and verify pricing and see if there were any hidden fees prior to making the 2.5 hour drive. They were very courteous and pricing is the best around for the vehicle I purchased. They beat the deals in pricing up front so you don't need to worry about playing games, and are very fair on trade vehicles. That trip saved me nearly 4K, and hours of needless games. Snow White diner next door was a nice place to grab a burger while they cleaned my new ride too! A+ experience.
Management strives to satisfy - Shay
After purchasing a used 2014 Dodge Challenger on 3/10, the week of 3/17 we noticed shaking after we'd slow down from reaching 75 mph. After taking it into the dealership to get it repaired (brakes/rotors), we were called with an actual quote to have the car fixed. Unsatisfied with the response we received, David (Manager) was able to arrange the repairs at a cost we deemed fair. Many thanks to David for his diligence to our situation. It shows that even a large dealership is capable of giving each and every customer the time/attention they so very much deserve. My husband will be dropping off his car this week for service; he finally will be able enjoy the car he was so excited to purchase.

Once I entered the Collierville dealership , my angels were already waiting for me. Anthony and Brandon were great. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you
Salesperson great - Brad Dupkoski
Well we test drove the dart. The salesman jason huffine was super nice and honest. We didn't purchase a car from them so not sure on rest of staff. But if the rest are like him then probably be good.
Horrible - armyvet715
Horrible absolutely atrocious. I am a disabled veteran and went to buy a second car here and was sold a piece of crap and when we went back to them I had a sales man literally get up in my face and try to fight me. Telling me to go go xxxx my self. This dealership is a disgrace to Johnson City. This is not how we treat our citizens and certainly not any where near professional. I am high disappointed with them.
Mickey Dolan - switchdog
Worked hare to get the payment I wanted. Took care of me and a great salesperson. Will be back for that challenger R/T in a few.
Fantastic job - Cjrissyz
Lance LaGraff was our sales guy. He was wonderful with getting the deal and car that we wanted He truly is a very nice guy !If your thinking about getting another car or a new one you need to see him !
Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!
Ripped off twice by service - Truckdriver
Avoid getting any work done here. I took my truck in for service and they did not price out the work correctly. Came in to pick it up and the service was almost double what they told me it was going to be. The work they recommended to be done is to be done at 60,000 miles according to the service manual even though the truck only had 29,000 miles on it. They are desperate for your money and will lie to you in order to get it. Truck's check engine light went on the very next day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will never do business at this dealership again. Untrustworthy crooks.
From Purchase to Service...that's who they are! - Rheap
We purchased our 2016 Jeep Patriot on January 19th, 2016. This vehicle has delivered all that we hoped for. We wondered if the delearship could do the same. We are happy to say they have! We received notice well in advance (from the dealership) that our Patriot was due for it's first service. THANK YOU, STACY! We scheduled the service and received above and beyond what we expected from a dealership. We live more than 50 miles away from Rocky Top. The distance is nothing compared to the friendly and concerned service we now know we will find at this dealership.
Thank you to Rocky Top for a great job!!

Most dishonest dealer I've seen in 20+ years of car buying - Josh Bond
I'm 40 and over the past 20 years, I've purchased a vehicle from almost every car manufacturer. This dealer was the most dishonest I've ever seen. They advertise a price online and then refused to honor that after we drove 2 hours to their dealership. At the bottom of the webpage, they have a disclaimer in the very tiny print--you need a magnifying glass to read it when printed. There it says they the price includes the maximum amount of rebates/incentives. No one ever qualifies for every single incentive.
Other Chrysler dealerships do NOT have this type of fraudulent/scam advertising on their websites or that disclaimer. There's a reason why this dealership has an 18% rating on DealerRater.com. They apparently pull this scam quite often.
Thinking about driving to Columbia from ANY where in Middle, TN? FORGET IT. RUN. SCAM.
Columbia, here's your management quote of the day. Ready? You can't hire a "Customer Relations Manager" to fix on the backend what you break on the front of a deal.
Worse yet, the sales rep, obviously at the request of management, also lied about why they needed my social security number and date of birth on a cash transaction. They claimed it was for the "DMV registration". Don't lie to me. If you want to run my credit to verify my identity because I'm paying cash, fine. But don't lie to me. You have the least liked, most distrusted job ever. Don't lie and make it worse.
Want another tip? Don't finance with them. I overheard a conversation with another customer and Finance rep. The customer was trying to figure out why Columbia was charging them an higher percent interest rate than what he could get elsewhere. I'll tell you why. They pad the the interest rate and use it for profit! For example, they might tell you that you qualify for a %6 loan, when you qualified for a 4% and they are pocketing the extra 2%. This is called a markup and they are cheating you out of thousands.
Lied to & Tricked - Tricked Buyer
I went to purchase a use 2014 Impala and after find that the radio screen had a few issues I decided on a used 2011 BMW that was priced at 24K which is right at KBB value. The sales people assured me that it had a full service check and there were no issues. I bought the car 11 days ago and have drove between 250 & 300 miles. The CAR NOT LONGER DRIVES. Last night I was driving home from work and a message appeared on the screen saying "drive moderately, Drive train malfunction seek service" I was on Walnut Grove by the agricenter so I figured since I live about 5 miles away I'd drive it home and get in looked at in the morning about half mile later all the instruments and headlight went off and the screen flashed what I believe to had said EDC malfunction before it went dark. The car then would not drive over 35 miles per hour. I took it to a BMW dealer to have it looked at and in need over 4k in repairs. GOSSETT assured me that it pass a complete service test and won't need any repairs until the next schedule maintenance. When I told Gossett of this they basically told me good luck
Lied to me to sell me a older model vehicle. - rjarrett2004
I went to Tri-Cities Dodge to purchase a 2016 Jeep Renegade and after looking over what they had available I chose the one I wanted. We made a deal and all was good until we went into financing. When the Finance guy handed me the paper work to sign the vin had pulled up as a 2015 Jeep instead of a 2016. I had the ke to the Jeep in my hand and on the chain t stated 2016 and on the window sticker it said 2016. on all the paper work before getting to the financing it stated 2016. So I asked them if i was a mistake. they went to the manager and came back to tell me it was a mistake on there paperwork and hat the 2016 models didn't come out for another 3 months or so. So I trusted the dealer and bought the 2015 Jeep. The said they would order a tow package and put it on for free for me which was nice. After buying the car I realized they forgot to put the floor mats in after detailing it so I turned around . Out of curiosity and being suspicious I pulled over to the row of jeep renegades I was looking at before and decided to run the vin on the jeep that was right beside the one i just bought.... it was a 2016 Jeep renegade. I went back in to explain my concerns and tell them how they misled me into buying an older model and how they lied to me and the manager didn't apologize or offer to help. he said "Congratulations on your new 2015 Jeep Renegade" so of course that made me upset and instead of making a huge scene I left. I got in touch with the GM and he offered me a free oil change. I contacted Jeep and they are contacting them on my behalf. So I guess we will see.
