Thank you to Cameron who saw my daughter on the side of the freeway with a flat tire, and stopped to offer assistance! Not only did he get her going again, but asked her to please follow him to the dealership so he could tighten the lug nuts!! Above and beyond obviously means something to Cameron and the Bob Frensley team!

I bought a really nice Dodge Ram, and I worked with James Atkins and Mr. Glick. Both were very courteous and professional. James showed me all the options on the truck, took me on a tour of the dealership, and the service center. I am very pleased with my experience!
Bought a used Truck - JayCanyon
I just bought a used truck today at Steve Jones Chrysler Dodge and Jeep and I had the best experience buying with them. I had been shopping around through the whole nashville and mid TN area and had some really bad and rude experiences. Glenn was super friendly, honest and understanding. He really was genuine and all the rest of the staff there were very nice as well. I'd definitely recommend shopping here if your on the market for a new or even used vehicle! It was a fast, quick and easy process and they weren't pushy or trying to be forceful either.
AWESOME Experience - JeepLvr
Okay, so I know this is hard to believe but there really is a car dealership and a car salesman that treats a customer with respect. I know, I know, you are thinking I am under the influence of something but guess what? I'm not and it's true. My husband and I were in the market for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle and I stopped by Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Newport, TN., on my way home from work. I wasn't immediately descended on by a salesman, which was nice. I went into the showroom and met Mr. Bill Francis. He wasn't "honey this or honey that". He treated me very professionally. I told him what we were looking for and he suggested we get pre-approved through the dealerships website and then we could look at vehicles and options from there. He didn't drag me by the hair to sit down and "work the numbers", which I had heard before. Bill didn't call or email every hour. He let us do our homework and when we were ready he was there for us.
He also understood that my husband and I are professionals and lead EXTREMELY busy lives. When we finally decided on a vehicle he made sure that the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by the finance department as it had to be done on my husband's lunch break. Also the gentleman "Curtis" in the finance department was polite and thorough. He went over the options as far as warranty plans and he respected our choices. He made suggestions based on his experience. He turned what is usually a painful, excruciatingly long process into an informative, professional and concise process.
I highly recommend Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It is a small town dealership that still treats customers with respect. Very rare in our world. Thank you Bill, Curtis and the Stinnett family.
Great Experience! - Glenn
Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....
Fantastic Experience - jeepchef13
From the moment that my wife and I arrived on the Wolfchase lot Alex Myers and the sales staff went above and beyond to make sure that we left with the Jeep Wrangler that I wanted. Alex was very friendly and accommodating to our every need in buying our vehicle.
Long distance purchase - syncromark
I found just the Promaster I wanted - after searching all over the country. Kemmy added a few requested options and had the vehicle ready in just a few days. When I flew in from Portland Oregon, they picked me up at the airport, and had the truck shiny, full of gas and ready to go! I was there less than 30 minutes, and the truck behaved flawlessly during the 2800 mile drive home. If I lived near there, Gupton would have a customer for life! Thanks again!
very friendly employees - 0801
the staff very friendly and Mr Joseph Wallace was off the chain awesome and very helpful, never had a altitude and was very patient with me. That means a lot to me being a single parent and I had my disable daughter with me and he was very sweet and concern. I appreciate that and the experience and will definite send other customers. Thank you all very much for working with me.
Alan Vines Automotive - forrest_durham

Just bought a new jeep. Dealing with Ron and Mark was the easiest buying experience we've ever had. I highly recommend this dealership! Everyone from sales to the finance office was great.
Sales associate - Tiffany Fugate - SavannahTN
I was contacted by Tiffany in response to a internet inquiry about a 2016 Dodge Ram in Nov. 2016.
Any questions , concerns were answered in a timely manner. I found her representation of the dealership to be courteous, kind and professional. She was prepared with all the information I requested in our phone, text or email contacts. Upon my arrival to the dealership Tiffany greeted me at the door, had the truck cleaned and available for a test drive. She also understood/respected I was on a short timeline when I arrived. Long story short, the next day she drove the vehicle 2.5 hours (one way) after a full workday and personally delivered the vehicle! She stayed true to her words from start to finish. Class act.
I would HIGHLY recommend Tiffany Fugate to others in search of a vehicle.
She paid attention to my budget. She did not use pressure sales tactics (thank you). It is obvious she takes pride in her customer service skills. Five starts for her quality of work, friendliness and customer service.
FYI: I contacted three other Dodge Dealership internet services concerning similar vehicles and it was not even close after the first initial contact. Her work was heads and shoulders above the other three internet contacts.
The three star rating (shown above) for the dealership is for management. Three managers at the building/showroom/lot that evening and not one took the time to introduce themselves. As a first time visitor/potential customer in your dealership I hope you would extend that common courtesy. Next time please. Thanks.
Service - Alvin Wagner
Purchased 2017 dodge ram from this dealership 2 weeks ago. Slow Leak in rear tire. Thank you Jessica for the prompt appointment and to the service technician, David , who hand delivered my key and got me out in 15 minutes.
Always great - Tammy
Great service and friendly staff. I would surely be coming back for service. I even, have had my mother bring her Kia here for service.
Great experience - Emily Spradlin
I loved working with the staff at this dealership! Everything was so easy and seamless. My salesman (Josh) was wonderful, as was Charlie, and I was so impressed with Chris, who took care of the financial aspect. Chris was very thorough, and he went out of his way to explain every detail I had questions about. I am so pleased with my purchase and my overall experience!
Really nice staff! - danny4704
I would definitely recommend this place. My car buying circumstances are not the best or the easiest to work with, but Derrick and Eric worked with me to get the car that I truly wanted. Everyone was very nice, and I am very excited about my 2015 Spark!!
Issue Fixed - Matthew Bryant Peterson
I had an issue. They came around and fixed it. I originally left a 1 star review, but their willingness to correct the issue led me to upgrade on the overall experience.
Salesperson great - Brad Dupkoski
Well we test drove the dart. The salesman jason huffine was super nice and honest. We didn't purchase a car from them so not sure on rest of staff. But if the rest are like him then probably be good.
Threatened with physical harm by sales manager - Retiredcop
I was looking at a specific vehicle and noticed a large amount of engine oil on the frame below the engine. I was told that the rear seal had been repaired. When I questioned how the rear seal was repaired without replacing it the sales manager went crazy and began shouting profanities and threatening me with physical violence in front of entire service department. As I turned to walk away the sales manager continued berating me and threatening violence. I turned and showed him my middle finger which was wrong but I had been pushed to the limit. At this point this guy got even more profane and told me that if I did not leave he would kick my ***. This guy went on like this for several minutes as I walked out of the service department. He is an embarrassment to the dealership. After having retired from 30 years in law enforcement I am use to having the dredges of society yell and scream at me but never expected this type of behavior from an AutoNation manager. I have forwarded a complaint letter detailing these details to Autonation Corporate and their Board of Directors.
Excellent service - Simpsonao17
Dealership did everything it could to get my deal done. My salesperson (Walt Whitehead) was knowledgeable and the finance office was efficient in what was needed. Would recommend them to everyone.
Couldn't fix my car had it for 6 months - Kk
They could not fix my Dodge Charger and gave up trying to help me get it on the road without it shutting off. When I got the car back they cut wires didn't tape or fix them back properly. Broke my pcm wire locks and had grease on the inside of car
Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!
Buy at your own risk. - Customer
1.Lied about the mileage and still wanted me to take vehicle( I refused) and yes paperwork was done.
2. Got a different vehicle after getting lied to about the 1st, signed some more paperwork etc. Got home, NO drive out tag! (The salesman says) "oh, you didn't tell me". I'm the customer, do your job ANDY.
3. I asked to have my tags mailed, because I had been back forth to the dealership on their mishaps. They said ,fine, will do ,no problem. I even called to make certain that the employees knew, hey this guy asked for his to mailed. I got confirmation "yes sir ,it will be mailed" Some time later I get a call"Sir, your tags are ready to be picked up!"(at the dealership) SMH!
4.Sometime after that, Jim calls me and says can you give me the Vin# to your vehicle, we're trying to figure something out". Something about keys. Anyway, he said he would back let me know the result of whatever it was he was figuring. I'm still waiting on that call, it's been 5days now.
5. My tags finally come via mail, liked I asked. Awesome right? NOOO! The employees there gave me the wrong vehicle registration!(different vehicle)Can we say incompetent?
6. I called about the incorrect registration and all, spoke with Toni, who was very pleasant to talk to. She reassured me that the problem was being handled, thanks Toni! She also reassured me that they would overnight me another drive out tag, because of course the 1st is about to expire. The next day comes and the FedEx guy drops off the envelope to my home, I open the envelope and there is nothing inside! I have been reasonble(hadnt rasie my voice, used my manners, yes sir, yes ma'am etc)with these ppl with all the screw ups i have endured from and they contiunely screw up. It seems ,now that it is purposely being done. (It may not be true). But you cannot blame a person for thinking that way. Needless to say, I will never purchase a vehicle from again and of course they don't care. Guys reading this! Do not expect great service from them. Purchase there if you want, but DO NOT expect great, good, fair ,I'm etc service from them. I hope you do ,though.
Just Plain Bad! - Joseph L.
We bought a brand new Jeep Renegade from East Tennessee Dodge on July 5, 2016 for $24,368. About two weeks into owning the vehicle, we had to put a quart of oil in it. I just thought that maybe the dealership did not fill the oil before we bought it.
The next month, when checking the oil, it was down again. I put another quart of oil in the vehicle. This time I thought it must have to do with the break in period – given that it is a brand new vehicle.
Then, in the third month, we were out driving on some back roads when the vehicle flashed “low oil pressure” three quick times (within a minute) and then just simply froze up in the middle of the road. Luckily there wasn’t traffic around us at the time. We ended up putting in one quart of oil there. Got it started again and drove to the nearest Walmart and put in another quart there – just to make it back home.
This was when we took it to the dealership the first time on October 5, 2016.
They said that they could not see a leak and wanted to do a consumption test. They filled up the oil, added a dye and told us to come back in 1,000 miles.
We didn’t make that 1,000 miles before it was more than a quart low again. So, we took it back on October 18, 2016. This time, they said that there was a leak at the back on the oil pan. We asked where did all the oil go – at least 4 quarts that we put in ourselves? They stated that it all went on a cross member under the car (which was strange as there has been no signs of an oil leak – not under the car or on our garage floor).
This time they changed the oil pan (so they claim) and put some type of form-a-gasket sealant on the oil pan, filled it back up and told us to drive another 500 miles to see what happens.
Know that at this time, we were afraid to drive the vehicle (and we had reason). However, we tried to put the miles on it to see what would happen. We did not even make it the 500 miles before it was ¾ of a quart low and not wanting to drive it any more. Plus, we figured out where all that oil, some 4+ quarts, was going. It went into the catalytic converter. We found this out because there was so much oil in the converter that it began to blow out on our garage floor from the exhaust pipe. We took it back in on November 10, 2016 and explain the problem and the oil. The service manager stated (at that time) that both the engine and the catalytic converter needed to be changed out.
11/23/2016 – we picked the vehicle up today only to find out that they changed the engine but did not touch the catalytic converter. We called up the service manager and all he told us was that Chrysler would not reimburse them for it. I did get an email from the general manager at East Tennessee Dodge who states; “Chrysler has refused to put a convertor in the car because they claim it is undamaged by the oil consumption.” Which is strange given that it was their own service manager who stated that it needed to be changed.
Now, we have a $25,000 defective, unsafe vehicle that cannot breath. I wonder how long that will last until it dies again? I guess customer safety is out. I guess this warranty is no good. And, I guess they just royally screwed us.
I also tried to contact Chrysler. I used their online form. I received a response that said they would push this off on someone else and that group would call me in 48 hours. Well, I am still waiting.
