I went in to test drive a Fiat spider after looking around at them for a month or two online. I knew basically what was out there and what the prices were at least within a 200 mile radius. I also looked up the value of my trade and knew at least within a broad range what it was worth - granted I was unsure exactly where it would fall in that range. This dealer was my first stop for going out and actually physically looking at the cars and test driving one to make sure it was what I wanted. I did not expect to buy one because the web site only showed 2 in stock - neither the color I wanted (red). But a test drive and looking at the cars in person was still in order as the first step. Met Craig Pesnell while browsing the 2 cars they had in the showroom and very shortly took a test drive to make sure I was comfortable in the Fiat spider (you never know until you try one on). After that talking to Craig I learned they had just got one in that happened to be exactly what I was after (with the exception it had one additional option package I had not been after). We did some talking (all very pleasant and no pressure) and in the end I got a value on my trade I felt was fair and a price on the spider that made it very comparable to the exact thing I was after. Craig was very helpful and answering all my questions and providing the information I needed. We were able to close a deal pretty quickly and I was very happy with the terms. In the end I'm glad it had the other options package since some of the features like the built in garage door opener are very useful. This was a very positive experience for me. The new Fiat spider is a lot of fun. I'm loving it and this was a pleasant way to buy one.

He took care of everything over the phone so that, once we arrived, all we had to do was sign papers. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He made sure to take the time to contact us with updates and just stay in touch during the entire process. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very nice and welcoming. I just bought a used truck today at Steve Jones Chrysler Dodge and Jeep and I had the best experience buying with them. I had been shopping around through the whole nashville and mid TN area and had some really bad and rude experiences. Glenn was super friendly, honest and understanding. He really was genuine and all the rest of the staff there were very nice as well. I'd definitely recommend shopping here if your on the market for a new or even used vehicle! It was a fast, quick and easy process and they weren't pushy or trying to be forceful either.

Okay, so I know this is hard to believe but there really is a car dealership and a car salesman that treats a customer with respect. I know, I know, you are thinking I am under the influence of something but guess what? I'm not and it's true. My husband and I were in the market for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle and I stopped by Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Newport, TN., on my way home from work. I wasn't immediately descended on by a salesman, which was nice. I went into the showroom and met Mr. Bill Francis. He wasn't "honey this or honey that". He treated me very professionally. I told him what we were looking for and he suggested we get pre-approved through the dealerships website and then we could look at vehicles and options from there. He didn't drag me by the hair to sit down and "work the numbers", which I had heard before. Bill didn't call or email every hour. He let us do our homework and when we were ready he was there for us.
He also understood that my husband and I are professionals and lead EXTREMELY busy lives. When we finally decided on a vehicle he made sure that the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by the finance department as it had to be done on my husband's lunch break. Also the gentleman "Curtis" in the finance department was polite and thorough. He went over the options as far as warranty plans and he respected our choices. He made suggestions based on his experience. He turned what is usually a painful, excruciatingly long process into an informative, professional and concise process.
I highly recommend Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It is a small town dealership that still treats customers with respect. Very rare in our world. Thank you Bill, Curtis and the Stinnett family.

When I flew in from Portland Oregon, they picked me up at the airport, and had the truck shiny, full of gas and ready to go! My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Mr. Mickey Dolan was our salesman and Mickey was very professional. He even had another customer but was able to help both by multi-tasking and at no point did we feel like he was not looking out for us. There was absolutely no pressure from Mr. Dolan to purchase and he was able to find exactly what we wanted. When we did pull the trigger on the buy there was confusion on my part and I had to go home to get my wife so we could get the Jeep home. Mr. Dolan waited for us to return when he was supposed to go home for the day and I felt so bad. But Mr. Dolan was very understanding and was there for us to see us off in the new Jeep.

Any questions , concerns were answered in a timely manner. I found her representation of the dealership to be courteous, kind and professional. She was prepared with all the information I requested in our phone, text or email contacts. Upon my arrival to the dealership Tiffany greeted me at the door, had the truck cleaned and available for a test drive. She also understood/respected I was on a short timeline when I arrived. Long story short, the next day she drove the vehicle 2.5 hours (one way) after a full workday and personally delivered the vehicle! She stayed true to her words from start to finish. Class act.

FYI: I contacted three other Dodge Dealership internet services concerning similar vehicles and it was not even close after the first initial contact. Her work was heads and shoulders above the other three internet contacts.
The three star rating (shown above) for the dealership is for management. Three managers at the building/showroom/lot that evening and not one took the time to introduce themselves. Threatened with physical harm by sales manager - Retiredcop
I was looking at a specific vehicle and noticed a large amount of engine oil on the frame below the engine. I was told that the rear seal had been repaired. When I questioned how the rear seal was repaired without replacing it the sales manager went crazy and began shouting profanities and threatening me with physical violence in front of entire service department. As I turned to walk away the sales manager continued berating me and threatening violence. I turned and showed him my middle finger which was wrong but I had been pushed to the limit. At this point this guy got even more profane and told me that if I did not leave he would kick my ***. This guy went on like this for several minutes as I walked out of the service department. He is an embarrassment to the dealership. After having retired from 30 years in law enforcement I am use to having the dredges of society yell and scream at me but never expected this type of behavior from an AutoNation manager. I have forwarded a complaint letter detailing these details to Autonation Corporate and their Board of Directors.

The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is Steve. Steve helped me purchase my dream car with no hassle and was an awesome person to deal with. However, after getting my brand new, fresh off the lot, jeep home, I noticed a few things that needed to be looked at. Left my jeep with the service department for two weeks. Went to pick it up and it was in the exact same condition. The reasoning? There was just nothing they could do! This was the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I hate to give the entire dealership a bad review, as my actual car buying experience was perfect. I would, however, strongly suggest avoiding the service department until they find a service manager that can actually get something done.

Unsafe service department - MilDodgeisunsafe
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in for warranty service on my passenger side air bag. They failed to install it correctly/safely. Of the four bolts that secured the unit, two were missing and the other two were only halfway tightened. After showing the video and discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he admitted that the part was not installed correctly and blamed it on an emplyee that no longer worked there. As compensation he would install some front end parts that I had purchased; boy what a mistake! Almost all the parts were installed incorrectly and in my opinion haphazardly hoping I would not inspect the shoddy/dangerous workmanship. The bellows on my steering rods were twisted because the tech did not bother to relieve the tension when conducting the front end alignment which they would eventually fail and have to be replaced prematurely. Additionally, the service tech crushed my front ABS sensors rendering them useless and causing a warning light on my cluster to sound an alarm and light for (ABS/Brake). Now my brakes lock up when I attempt to brake under normal running conditions- extremely dangerous. Lastly, the front lower ball joints were over pressed into the lower control arm and had to be cut out and replaced. The only part installed correctly was the steering mechanism. Although I am not a certified mechanic, I've grown up with a wrench in my hand working on all of my own vehicles with my father who was a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight and a Teamsters Union leader for 40 years. I did not bother going back to Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN to point out and argue the point because they had chance to rectify their failure once and I wasn't about to let them do it agai- do it to me once kinda deal. You have been warned as a consumer that it is only a matter of time before Homer Skelton Dodge in Millington, TN is responsible for a catastrophic failure of someone's vehicle which could end up in loss of life. DO NOT PARTRONIZE HOMER SKELTON DODGE IN MILLINGTON TN!!

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

My car has been in the shop at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at least 30 times, on numerous occasions for the same issue. After speaking with both the owner and service manager (which there has been at least 3 or 4 different ones in the last 6 months) will give me the run around about the issues saying they can't duplicate the issue. I have taken my car to the shop and they will tell me its fixed but between a day to a week later the same issue would arise again. I have asked for a replacement car because of the countless times its been in the shop but I have been told by the Chrysler company and a 3rd party arbitration that its not a manufacturer issue. But when you have had 5-6 different issues with the same car that you purchased new, would say there is something wrong with the car. The car is unsafe. I am afraid to take my car on a trip to visit my elderly mother but I am afraid daily that the car will stop on me as I transport my kids back and forth to school and other activities. Being a single parent, I purchased a new car because I wanted a safe and reliable car for my family but after purchasing this car from Nashville Chrysler, I am not sure if I chose the right company to purchase from. They have went so far as to accuse my children for issues with the car. My kids are now 13 & 14 and don't drive. That's really insulting to me and my kids because Chrysler doesn't want to take the responsibility of their car's malfunctioning. In the process I have learned that I am not the only person that is having these issues, a person who say my car right after I purchased it, liked the look and went and purchased one. Well needless to say, they are also having issues with their car. To top it off, after I expressed my concerns of the company on their facebook page, the owner, Bent, decided to block me from their facebook. I thought that was the purpose of a company. I am very displeased with the quality of service and management at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. And furthermore, I am very displeased in the unsafe car, I am being forced to drive.
