By far the best dealership / service department I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I brought my 2021 GMC Sierra in on a Tuesday (no appointment) with a blown engine and had it back the same week with a new motor. Not only was this service done in a very timely manner, my service consultant (Jasmine Garcia) was very professional and called me multiple times to keep me informed during the process. Sewell gained a customer for life I can tell you that.

With the new owners taking over, I believe they are trying to correct some of the shortcomings in customer service that I think has plagued the dealership for years. My previous HD Sierra purchases were done in Austin due to the customer service issues at Patriot. I’m looking forward to giving the new owners and potential leadership a fresh start at this. Little bit of a wait this time with an appointment, but the vehicle was finished quickly. Overall, the visit was not great, but okay considering the change over.

The service advisor is very rude in my opinion. He doesn’t even get up and come out to your car. Tells me I couldn’t prove anything he said. The service manager doesn’t return call says he busy working in shop, but always clean so guess he keeps clean. Changed the oil for the recall putting heavy oil to make it last longer because bad tolerances where was off so there answer is to put heavy oil in it. My opinion is this is a good dealer just with a few bad employees who don’t like doing there jobs. This service manager asked if they had my key and I said yes so he tell me I can leave. I asked for copy of the paper work they requested I sign I was inform that they didn’t give it till I came and pick up the car. But part of the paper work was for the condition of the car when it was drop off well they didn’t even walk out and look at the car. They change the oil and didn’t re set the oil indicated to 100 % left it at 31 % but this service manger said he checked everything. Well that not true !!! Use you on judgement with the bad employees who work he and do sign anything with out getting a copy of what you signed. For a service advisor to say I could not prove anything I would be careful dealing with him or just record him with your phone with I told him and he tell me I could not do that. All phone call so just use your judgement on this advisor. Anyone that say you can’t prove he said or did anything. Oh the service manager say all his review are good. So if you have bad service write a review about it so the general manager and owner will know about it .
