Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. It was a pleasure having her make the best out of a not so good situation. Rose is a 20 out of 10.

Had a service done to my dash cam/driver assist functions. I was assigned to Mr. Francisco “Paco” Gonzalez. He was extremely professional, proficient and efficient. After recording the symptoms of my problem in as much detail as he could, he told me how they would proceed in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and the window of time he estimated it would take. He was ‘no nonsense’ about the process MB uses and how he’d keep me apprised at every step. My car was diagnosed and repaired quicker than we’d estimated! Mr. Gonzalez provided me a detailed account of the problem and what was required to fix it. I had no clue at the outset that it was a dash cam problem. All my driver assist sensors suddenly stopped working. He explained how the systems work together, what happened, and how they repaired it. What I appreciate the most is his willingness to push information. That relieves a lot of stress and consternation. Would definitely work with him again should the need arise.

The auto service dept did their work properly, but I suggest maybe next time technicians could check to see if any cleaning is necessary. I took my Chrylser 300 in for a "recall service" on an airbag issue & the ceiling on the roof had to be removed to work on the car. However, I noticed when I got home that there were several dirty spots on the ceiling of the roof. Also, had a problem with the receptionist (Norma). It took several calls & over ltwo hours to get an answer if my car was ready. It was not until I asked to speak to the auto service manager that I was able to get an answer from Armando via a text that my car was ready. I didn't get to pick up my car until 6:05 pm.

I’m giving such a high rating because of the young man that brought us our paperwork when our oil change was completed. He is professional, upbeat, concerned about our satisfaction and VERY kind. He gives a great face and attitude to the frontline of your dealership. He went over our paperwork with us and walked us out to our car. He listened to a concern we had and got us a prompt path to resolution. 😍 He’s cemented my loyalty.
